התארחנו בדירה המקסימה של אלירן ברחוב יפה נוף באשקלון, והחוויה הייתה נהדרת. מדובר בדירת שני חדרים נעימה, מטופחת ומאובזרת ברמה גבוהה. הדירה במיקום מצוין — במרחק הליכה מהמרינה ומאזור המסעדות והבילויים.. חדר השינה של ההורים כולל מיטה זוגית ונוף לים, וחדר הילדים, שהוא גם ממ״ד, כולל מיטת קומותיים עם מיטת חבר. בנוסף יש סלון מרווח, פינת אוכל ומטבח בחלל פתוח אחד, ומרפסת גדולה ונעימה עם נוף יפהפה לים הנשקף גם מהסלון. הדירה מאובזרת בצורה יוצאת דופן — מרגישים שאלירן באמת חשב על כל פרט קטן כדי שלאורחים יהיה נעים ונוח: מסוללות ספייר לשלט, דרך מכונת קפה עם קפסולות בטעמים שונים, מלחייה ופלפלייה דקורטיביות, כיסאות ים שאפשר לקחת לחוף, מתקן לייבוש כביסה ועוד אינספור פרטים קטנים שעושים את כל ההבדל. הכול נקי, מצוחצח ומתוחזק ברמה גבוהה, ורואים שהושקעה הרבה מחשבה ואכפתיות בכל פינה. נהנינו מאוד מהשהייה, ואין ספק שנחזור שוב. אנחנו ממליצים בחום על אלירן המקסים ועל הדירה המהממת שלו.

Мне понравилось все буквально: отличное месторасположение, супер видовая квартира, оборудованная для отдыха на все 100%, новый дом, 18 этаж. Идеальная инфраструктура рядом. Превосходная линия пляжей через дорогу. Бесконтактной заселение. Хозяин внимателен, общение с ним доставило массу удовольствия.

Мне бы хотелось иметь частную стоянку к квартире, например подземный паркинг, а не искать место на улице. Хотя могу смело сказать место для машины на улице нашли без проблем.

Service service service. Absolutely spectacular. An amazing place with a beach view. Kitchen facilities and just an all out pleasurable experience. Will return.

Location is great, the view from the balcony is amazing, the rooms were clean, the bed had new sheets and everything was fine. The living room was well organize and the kitchen is fully equipped.

We had to buy water because there is no water to drink in the apartment the bathroom has bad smell of wet towel + there are no windows in the bathroom

We loved staying at Eliran's apartment. The location is just minutes from the beach, and the view from the master bedroom and the balcony can't be beat. There's also the Ashkelon Marina very close by. The 2nd bedroom doesn't have a view because it's a mamad (shelter). There is a small kitchen with everything you need to cook a meal, and the table comfortably fits 4.

Be aware that the water boiler takes some time to heat up!

Het uitzicht was prachtig, alles was netjes en goed geregeld voor ons. Communicatie met de eigenaar was heel erg goed.

Très bel appartement parfaitement placé. Un hôte d’accueil réactif et très aimable.

La gentillesse, l'accueuil, la réactivité et la disponibilité du propriétaire. La vue est magnifique, tout était très propre et fonctionnel. Quelque soit la demande le propriétaire nous répondait dans la minute. Le quartier est très sympa puisque l'appartement est à 2 pas de la marina où il y a des cafés, bar, restaurants, supermarchés et des attractions pour les enfants. Notre séjour était parfait ! Merci beaucoup au propriétaire et à son papa également qui a été adorable.

Une petite remarque personnel mais le matelas de la chambre parentale était un peu trop ferme. Pour le reste rien à dire.

Нам очень понравились эти апартаменты! Чистые, с 2мя раздельными спальнями и отдельной гостиной с кухонным уголком. Вид на море с террасы был великолепный! До пляжа не спеша идти максимум 5 минут. Рядом есть пара небольших продуктовых магазинов + променад и много кафе. Нам было очень комфортно. Вернёмся еще. Хозяин был всегда на связи, очень вежливый и приятный в общении.

Great location - the beach, shops, restaurants, and the embankment for morning runs are all nearby. A very nice new building with a gym on the ground floor. A magnificent sea view from the window. The apartment is clean and cozy, with everything you need. On the balcony, there are armchairs, a table, two large sun loungers, and a large sun umbrella. A special thank you to the host. He was always available and willing to help, even with things beyond the rental itself. Check-in and check-out were seamless and he was very accommodating to my specific requests.

The capsule coffee machine uses delicious but hard-to-find espresso-club capsules. But the host is aware and promised to sort it out.
