Reviewed Sep 9, 2026Personeel is enorm vriendelijk en alles is proper. Leuke ontbijtruimte op de bovenste verdieping van het hotel.Ontbijt was lekker met voldoende afwisseling. Kregen een kamerupgrade naar kamer met balkon wat wij enorm apprecieerden. Je kan je auto makkelijk parkeren.
Hou niet zo van vast tapijt als vloerbedekking.Ondanks dat alles zeer proper was en iedereen zijn best doet vind ik tapis-plein niet zo hygiënisch voor een hotel! Jammer van de donkerblauwe kleur in gangen en kamers. Het maakt alles heel donker. Zwembad is klein maar zorgt voor de nodige afkoeling.

Reviewed Sep 3, 2026Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen - eine Renovierung wäre erforderlich. Beim Frühstück gab es sehr viel Auswahl, aber leider alles ziemlich geschmacklos - sogar das Brot. Ich hätte mir mehr erwartet.
Die Lüftung im Bad hat nicht funktioniert. Die Klimaanlage war sehr alt. Das Frühstück entsprach nicht meinen Erwartungen.

O isolamento sonoro não funciona, ouvem-se as conversas nos outros quartos e no corredor e as portas a bater.

Reviewed Aug 30, 2026Struttura ubicata in buona posizione per poter visitare Albufeira e più in generale la costa tutta dell’Algarve.La camera è accogliere con un letto matrimoniale grande e confortevole, sei cuscini di diversa consistenza in dotazione! Terrazzo/balcone ampio con un tavolino e due sedie. Bagno con doccia abbastanza grande. Prima colazione ottima per qualità dell cibo dolce e salato offerto, ampia scelta e varietà; due plus su tutti: miele biologico e premuta d’arancia da frutto fresco ‘NO SUCCO PRECONFEZIONATO”!! Parcheggio auto in struttura all’aperto.
Nulla da segnalare, un piccolo suggerimento doterei il balcone di uno stendibiancheria visto lo spazio esistente.

Reviewed Aug 28, 2026A forma como fomos recebidos foi incrível, duas natas à nossa espera e um sumo de laranja natural bem fresco, colocados ao dispor no quarto alegrou-nos ainda mais a estadia.
O que não adorei foi do barulho das cadeiras a arrastar no restaurante. Ouvia-se bastante no quarto, estávamos no piso 2, mas mesmo assim voltaria a repetir a experiência.

Unico piccolo difetto la camera era molto umida infatti c'erano alcune macchie sul soffitto.

The staff were so friendly and attentive, and the hotel encourages environmentally room cleaning options by rewarding guests with a €5 voucher each day if you opt out. Honestly, nothing was too much trouble! The buffet breakfast was amazing, so much choice of quality foods and al fresco dining overlooking the most beautiful views. We are booked to return next year!

Reviewed Aug 24, 2026Nous avons bien aimé l’hôtel. Il était très bien situé, à proximité de tout, ce qui facilitait vraiment les déplacements. L’hôtel était propre et le personnel très sympathique. Ils ont même fait l’effort de parler un peu français malgré la barrière de la langue, et nous avons toujours réussi à nous comprendre. Ils étaient vraiment aux petits soins avec nous et très gentils.
Le seul point qui pourrait vraiment être amélioré concerne l’éclairage de la chambre. Il est assez faible et, une fois la nuit tombée, la chambre devient vraiment sombre. Il y a bien une petite lampe, mais elle n’éclaire pas suffisamment pour éclairer correctement toute la pièce. Un éclairage principal plus puissant ou quelques lampes supplémentaires seraient vraiment appréciables pour rendre la chambre plus confortable.

Reviewed Aug 22, 2026Wir waren 10 Nächte im Velamar Boutique Hotel und haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Das Hotel ist sehr sauber, das Personal ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit und es hat während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts alles wunderbar funktioniert. Besonders gefallen hat uns das Frühstück auf der Dachterrasse – eine tolle Auswahl und ein wunderschöner Start in den Tag. Auch die kleinen Extras haben uns positiv überrascht. Besonders toll fanden wir die nachhaltige Aktion: Wer auf den täglichen Wechsel der Duschtücher verzichtet, erhält sogar einen 5-Euro-Gutschein für die Bar. Das Zimmer wird trotzdem gereinigt. Eine wirklich schöne und durchdachte Idee!
Die Zimmer sind leider etwas hellhörig, sodass man Geräusche aus den angrenzenden Zimmern teilweise gut hört. Persönlich hat uns ausserdem der Teppichboden im Zimmer nicht so gut gefallen. Beides hat unseren insgesamt sehr positiven Aufenthalt aber nur wenig beeinträchtigt.

Les gens qui mettent leurs seviettes pour garder leurs transats toute la journée. Nous qui arrivions souvent vers 14h on se retrouvait sans transat.

Reviewed Aug 17, 2026El desalluno muy bien y muy original con un panel de miel que me encantó, el armario, las mesitas, el baño, la piscina, no me gustaron, el aparcamiento sin techo, las mesitas solo tenían tres patas sin cajones, las puertas y que el frigo estaba dentro, no cerraban, el baño la puerta no se podía abrir del todo, tampoco se podía usar el WC si usabas el lavabo, sin vide, el pueblo y la cala no me gustaron nada por el desmadre que hay, cala llena de algas negras y la historia para llegar, si fuese un sitio natural sería fenomenal, pero es un crimen a la naturaleza. El colchón muy bueno.
Ya lo comento arriba, en general el lugar que no an respetado nada.

Durante la estancia fue mi cumpleaños y me dejaron una botella de cava con un trozo de pastel en la habitación como regalo. Un gran detalle inesperado. El personal atento y simpatico. Buen lugar para pasar tus vacaciones. Muy recomendable
El secador se apaga al calentarse y no habia un enchufe en el baño que soportara dispositivos como plancha del pelo. La animación del hotel justita.

Volíem pendre alguna cosa i gaudir de la piscina, però sempre que anàvem no hi havia personal per servir-nos les copes. Tot I això, ha estat una bona estada.

Reviewed Jul 25, 2026Aardig personeel, schoon, rustig, lekker ontbijt en eten aan het zwembad, ruime kamer, genoeg parkeergelegenheid en strand op loopafstand.
Teveel bedjes bij het zwembad waardoor het erg krap was. Weinig bedjes waren echt de hele dag in de zon, schuiven ging moeizaam. Het gebouw ziet van buitenkant verlaten en slecht onderhouden uit. Miste een grote spiegel in de kamer. Indeling kamer en douche niet logisch, hebben wat meubels weg laten halen.

The roof top breakfast restaurant is a delight and balanced with a tapas offering in the bar throughout the day and evening. Good sized pool area for a boutique adults only hotel. If you want to go out to eat restaurants are within walking distance.

Reviewed Jul 19, 2026Das Frühstück war gut & die Mitarbeiter reagierten freundlich und lösungsorientiert auf unsere Beschwerde. Uns wurde daraufhin eine deutlich ruhigere Suite angeboten.
Die sehr gute Bewertung können wir leider überhaupt nicht nachvollziehen. Unser erstes Zimmer war extrem laut, stark abgewohnt & mangelhaft gereinigt. Im Bad lagen Haare, die Bettwäsche war fleckig & im gesamten Zimmer waren deutliche Verschmutzungen, Beschädigungen sowie erhebliche Renovierungsmängel sichtbar. Nach unserer Beschwerde erhielten wir eine Suite, die zwar ruhiger war, aber auch dort war die Sauberkeit nicht akzeptabel. Am Abend entdeckten wir einige lange schwarze Haare auf dem Badezimmerboden. Zusätzlich funktionierte der Abfluss der Dusche nicht, sodass nach dem Duschen das gesamte Badezimmer unter Wasser stand. Auch in der Suite waren zahlreiche unsaubere handwerkliche Arbeiten & deutliche bauliche Mängel zu sehen. Entspricht weder dem beworbenen Standard noch dem Preisleistungsverhältnis. Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt sehr enttäuschend & wir würden nicht wiederkommen!

Shower leaked slightly our the door and could have done with a long mirror in room, but nothing major, we loved the stay

Reviewed Jul 15, 2026Personnel d’accueil super ! Petit déjeuner complet avec possibilité de manger sur la terrasse très sympathique. Literie confortable et petit balcon appréciable.
Hôtel très bruyant dès 8h30 (passage d’aspirateur, rigolade, etc), personnel de nettoyage insistant qui n’hésite pas à toquer et rentrer dans notre chambre à multiples reprises dans la matinée pour finalement ne pas nettoyer notre chambre de la journée. À notre retour à 20h les serviettes étaient toujours par terre et le lit non fait. Serviettes reçues déjà sales avec des taches noires et brunes dessus. Alarme incendie à 4h30 du matin sans explications ni message d’excuses à deux reprises. Chambre très sombre, lumière défaillante ou du moins très peu utiles car très faible intensité. Bruit de la VMC de la salle de bain très fort et désagréable sans possibilité de la désactiver.

Reviewed Jul 13, 2026A welcome drink at the snack bar. A good breakfast, freshly squeezed orange juice. An excellent environmental program. We told them we were participating in the program and didn't need to clean the rooms, but they managed to take out the trash anyway. Good job, guys!

Reviewed Jul 13, 2026The staff were very friendly and helpful. The bedrooms were clean and had most amenities, and the breakfast was good with some choice.
The pool area was the most disappointing part of the stay, it was much smaller than appears in the photo's with loungers placed extremely close together. I didn't use the pool once as it was just not a relaxing and inviting space, being on top of the neighbouring loungers beside you. Also to access the pool, you had to go through a games room, which was just awkward.

Hotel je renoviran ali ima dosta toga sto ne funkcionise . Vrata ulazna se nisu zatvarala kako treba pa smo tri puta trebali zvati za popravke. Ne mjenjaju peskire svaki dan. Bazen je jako mali.

Reviewed Jul 7, 2026Everything was really great but the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff was exceptional. This is my third visit in 10 years and it has been consistent every time. Good variety of breakfast items, cheap but quality drinks and food available at the pool bar.
My holiday ended so I had to leave

Reviewed Jul 4, 2026Nous avons séjourné pour 1 nuit dans cette hôtel lors de notre voyage au Portugal. L'hôtel se trouve un peu à l'extérieur de la ville d'Albufera (qui est très festive), il dispose d'un parking si vous venez en voiture de location. Parking assez grand et fermé par une barrière électrique (code fourni à votre arrivé). Nous avions une chambre confortable, avec un petit mot et deux petites pâtisseries à notre arrivé. Cette attention particulière et personnalisée est très appréciable. La salle de bain était correcte. Nous avions passé la journée dans la piscine, celle-ci est un peu petite, mais un roulement des clients faisaient que tout le monde trouve sa place. Il y a un petit bar où vous pouvez commander à boire et à manger. Les wraps au poulet et au thon étaient très bon. Je recommande cet hôtel pour un séjour.
Une carte différente de celle présent à la piscine pour le restaurant du soir.
