Muy amable el personal, el apartamento muy espacioso y limpio, las vistas preciosas, muy buen ubicado, con restaurantes y supermercado a 100 metros. El pueblo con mucho encanto y a 5 minutos andando.. Desayuno muy completo y bueno. Las piscinas en buen estado.

El agua de la piscina spa, estaba fría. NO te recogen los platos y vasos utilizados de un día para otro y tampoco te dejan el kit de limpieza.

La situation du logement et accès à la plage et aux commodités tout près. Un super petit déjeuner buffet, très varié. Une jolie piscine, salle de sport et billard dans l'hôtel.

Certains équipements un peu vielles et mériteraient un rafraîchissement. Manque de passoire dans la cuisine.

Am avut un apartament cu living, o camera, 2 bai si o bucatarie. Apartamentele sunt mari, incapatoare si bine gandite.

Este un complex de apartamente de 3 stele, nu de 4 stele cum se promoveaza ei. Mobila, decoratiunile, totul este vechi. Micul dejun este de 3 stele, limitat, restaurantul arata de 3 stele. Insa din pacate pretul care il platesti este pentru un hotel de 4 stele. Nu se merita banii platiti.

Posizione e gentilezza personale

Estaba todo muy bien. A 10 minutos en coche del centro de Albufeira y era una zona tranquila sin problema para poder desplazarte a cualquier sitio. Hemos ido en agosto y no hemos tenido problema para aparcar ni un solo día. Cerca de supermercados, restaurantes, farmacias y playas.

Por poner algo las almohadas eran muy incómodas.

Pas assez de transat à la piscine et trop de gens qui sautent dans l’eau qui n’a aucun respect des règles dans la petite piscine…trop de bruit

Ganz nette Mitarbeiterinnen Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Die Parkplätze Möglichkeiten inklusive Die Lage ist schön, es gibt viel Auswahl von Restaurants und einkaufen in der Nähe,. Abends ist viel los draußen. Das Hotel bietet auch jeden Tag verschiedene Unterhaltungsprogramm an.

Die Haare an die Wand in der Toilette. Das Hotel ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber ist trotzdem schön.

La piscina interior, después de un paseo caluroso llegamos tarde para la piscina exterior y la interior nos vino muy bien para recuperarnos. La piscina exterior con el bar al lado también está muy bien. Los apartamentos son espaciosos y están bien equipado.. Hay que destacar la atención del personal en general buena y en especial el de recepción, un 10..

Spacious rooms - we had family suit for 4-5 people with two bathrooms and separate bedroom, both rooms had airco Buffet breakfast (good variety of food) Helpful staff We've stayed in this hotel at least 5 times and every time it was great

One small issue was related to the room above us. It seems we had a very early-bird family staying there, and for a few nights, they were up around 5 o’clock and would start making noises known to people living in apartments as “rolling large metal balls” on the floor , which disturbed our sleep. After chatting with the staff, it stopped (although we’re not sure if it was a coincidence or if they spoke with the people staying above us).

Great staff and clean friendly hotel

The hotel room was clean however it needs updating and freshening up. The location is amazing but the hotel definitely needs some TLC in terms of a refresh.

Lovely staff, clean pool and nice food.

The air conditioning didn't work well enough. It was fixed by an engineer but it still wasn't enough to keep the room cool. It would stop me staying at the hotel in future.

Choice of break fast

Lovely property, clean and spacious apartments 5min walk to the beach. Lots of bars and restaurants in the area. Nice quiet area

Everything was perfect, other than the slight inconvenience of having to walk the full way around the block if staying in building 2. During the day is fine as you can cut through the small pool area by the Resturant until 6.30pm Also, we didn’t know that there were 2 pool sections so we stayed at the small pool on the first day, which was perfect as it was quiet and relaxing. And only saw the big pool on our second day. (We were only there for the weekend) so I’d suggest letting people know of both on check in, but it was lovely to experience both pools.

O pequeno almoço estava ótimo, delicioso e foi uma experiência ótimo em experimentar o pequeno almoço britânico. A piscina aquecida estava ótima.

Piscine extérieure friache. Les chambres côtés rue, sont bruyantes (on a pu changer apres 2 nuits, côtés piscine plus calme et au soleil)

O pequeno almoço tinha bastantes opções de comida. Os empregados eram simpáticos e sempre disponíveis a ajudar. O aparthotel está bem localizado o que me permitiu estacionar o carro no dia da chegada e só voltar a pegar nele no dia da saída. Temos tudo muito perto desde restaurantes, supermercados, transportes, etc. Gostaria que o meu quarto tivesse vista para o lado da piscina e não para a estrada principal contudo como se trata de uma zona calma não se ouvia barulho.

Não apreciei o facto de ter de ir tomar o pequeno almoço fora do edifício do hotel embora a distância seja mínima porque é mesmo em frente. Não apreciei o facto do checkout estar marcado para as 11 horas e eu já com as malas à porta, perto do elevador, às 11:05 ter de voltar ao apartamento, para ir atender uma chamada telefónica, vinda da recepção, para alertar do horário do checkout. Não era necessária tanta pressão.

Отдыхали в конце марта . Людей было не много, что хорошо. Завтрак минимальный, но вполне можно накушаться, кофе с кофемашины. На территории бассейн, ресторан, крытый бассейн и маленький спортзал. В пешей доступности супермаркет и много маленьких магазинчиков и ресторанов. Океан близко, минут 8-10 пешком. Нам понравился отдых. Попросили утюг- принесли быстро. Уборка была каждый день.

Хотелось бы завтрак более разнообразный и чуть побольше выбор, но персонал в ресторане приветливый.

L'appartement au top pour le prix en cette période. Le ménage fait chaque jour (lit, salle de bain, serviettes...) l'équipement complet de la cuisine pour 3 personnes. La piscine chauffée, agréable en mars. La salle de sport pour les plus sportifs. L'emplacement avec restaurants proches et commerces à 2 pas. Mini supermarché pour les courses de l'autre côté de la rue... Parking non gardé mais lieu très calme dans une voie sans issue.

Le petit déjeuner pourrait être amélioré facilement en qualité. Plus de variété de confitures ( fraise,abricot uniquement durant toute la semaine), ( des confitures en pots avec petits raviers pour prendre ce dont on a besoin,nutella, miel seraient un plus je pense. De même que le café que je n'ai pas trouvé très bon quelque soit la recette( café au lait, noir, cappuccino et même le chocolat chaud n'était pas top) Ceci dit, le serveur et toute l'équipe était aux petits soins et ceux qui aiment le breakfast anglais étaient je pense satisfaits. A noter une corbeille de fruits frais à disposition et des fruits frais découpés qui changent chaque jour. Les croissants feuilletés étaient bons aussi. J'aurai aimé du beurre doux et pas seulement du salé. Des morceaux de baguette à la place des petits pains qui étaient frais mais minuscules. Pour le prix on ne peut peut-être pas trop en demander, mais comme on me demande mon avis...

There’s no air-con, the system is old/outdated and only seems to circulate the air in the room - it’s not fit for purpose . I don’t recall having this issue in the main building. Also, the bathroom extractor wasn’t working.

Everything was great. We were able to check in early and were upgraded to a one bedroom suite from a studio. Friendly helpful staff and good breakfast. Short walk to the beach.
