Reviewed Apr 27, 2026Location was good, lots of parking space. Situated near a convenience store and a few minutes away from the Matang Museum. Check-in was easy as they have a 24-hour desk receptionist, and deposit payment is pretty flexible. My room was comfortable, and the toilet was pretty wide.
It’s not very disability-friendly, as there are no ramps or lifts. I personally don’t have an issue with that, but if I were to come with someone who has a disability, it might be difficult to navigate—especially if you book the smaller rooms. I also found it odd that they have a rule stating your deposit won’t be returned if the room is left dirty. They mentioned that for stains such as ink, makeup, or blood, additional cleaning fees will be charged.

Room are exposed to direct sunlight. ,so it needed to use air conditioner with a very low temperature.... And the curtains should be sliding adjustable so that it's easy to use adjust...it's just a suggestion. Other than that everything is really worth the money.

Reviewed Feb 23, 2026Their receptionist. He was very friendly and attentive. Quite informative as well.
Price was not as worth compared to the room. Big room but the air conditioning was warm, and no mini refrigerator as well. And no lift or elevator in the premise.

Reviewed Feb 14, 2026Overall it was very much worth the price for the comfort. The room and washroom was clean and looks new. Just that need regular maintenance as it has been beginning to show wear and tear in certain places
Nothing to complaint much; there is a convenience store below the hotel. A little over 3-5 km to Taiping town. Need to go out to buy food or dine out first before going to settle in hotel room.
