Incomplete basic things (no bathroom mat & tissue) the first room that was given to us, the aircond was not working (not cold), the receptionist offered to change to another room (same level at 1 a.m BUT the room was occupied with other guests!) and we need to change to another level which was a bit hassle

Reviewed Nov 15, 2025Tilam springnya amat menyedihkan kerana springnya sudah lembik nyebabkn sakit tulang belakang saya. Tilam tu sepatutnya sudah dilupuskan dan jgn diguna lagi utk pelanggan. Engsel kabinet pun sudah teruk dan berbunyi bila dibuka dan ditutup seakan2 cerita seram. Maaf saya katakan, saya tak akan menginap lagi disana dan saya tak akan rekomen saudara mara dan sahabat handai.saya utk bermalam disana.

we booked and paid for family room but got 2 small rooms with interconnecting door only without any price change or breakfast offers..plus, the aircond in the room very old and noisy..and risk we found rove beetle (charlie bug) in both rooms

It took over 2 hours to queue for check-in (3pm today, 5pm). The check-in process was incredibly slow. The chess competition began at 3 p.m.; the hotel management should have coordinated with the event organiser to allow earlier check-in.

The room accommodation could be better. Unfortunately, the air conditioner was leaking.

Everything Room is small. Bed is broken. Towel is thin and dirty. Bed linen is dirty. Tv has one channel. Only one bedside table. Sink is clogged. Bidet on the left? Bathroom amenities only shower cream, no cup or face towel. Breakfast is horrible, we both had diarrhea after eating nasi lemak. . And we paid RM 171.00 for this horrible experience. Will never step at this hotel ever again.

I didn't like that they didn't provide a laundry bag. However the swimming pool is dirty. That didn't keep the area clean. Unwashed plates and cups were on the banquet table.. The floor is not properly maintained.

Limited parking space and how cramped the parking area. The hotel needs a makeover too. TV channels also very limited and distorted.
