Very expensive for what you get, not a lot. No Aircon in Main living Area, none, a very hot house, fan only. Dirty house not clean, No Coffee Mugs, Bring Your Own. No toilet paper, nothing, only 2 towels for 6 people Garbage from the last visitor still there. Poor value for good money spent. Also, you get strange messages from owner, like spying on your visits, not good.

This was the first time I was meeting my Filipino family we had a few more guest then anticipated I think 300peso per head extra is fine but charging 300peso for infants was not to my liking I think this can be better managed in the future

Warm upstairs . Need to add more aircon. Gated community so not much of a view but didn't bother us.
