There was no electricity(host communicated right after we booked and was unwilling to provide us our refund immediately so basically had no choice but stay there) and there was no water, someone fiddling with the door while we were trying to sleep, continuously banging and pushing the door. Reported to the host told us to say it's an Airbnb even though the building manager was sent there was reassurance done, host barely communicates we felt unsafe left before checkout time.
