Después de haber hecho la reserva y ver en la aplicación que todos los costos estaban incluidos, el día de llegada me dijeron que debía cancelar adicionalmente el IVA; solicité la factura con el cobro del IVA pero no la recibí. Adicionalmente, a pesar que me envié los datos de los huéspedes tan pronto me los pidieron, cuando llegamos al alojamiento tuvimos que esperar para poder entrar. Cuando nos entregaron el apartamento, nos mostraron sillas de playa; sin embargo, durante la estancia nos las pidieron de vuelta para entregarlas a otro apartamento.
