Reviewed Dec 13, 2025Location is near IT park, which is good for eating and finding places to chill.
We arrived at 4:30pm, but when we did, the hosts had us wait because the previous guests "checked out late" and they weren't sure if the room was actually cleaned. (Srsly at 4:30pm??) Additionally, which got us very triggered is that they asked for an additional 500 pesos for a "cleaning fee" which wasn't indicated in their property or check in details at all. There was a vague instruction that says bring extra cash for any additional fee. Like what do you mean additional fee? Also, they are not airbnb to ask for an additional 500 pesos cleaning fee. In the bathroom no hand soap, shower gel, and shampoo. I guess it is common but this could have been included since they asked for cleaning fee. There was only 1 glass. The shower didnt even have at least shower curtain so the water wouldn't splash everywhere and the shower head was clogged so only a few holes release water so the pressure was low and making it hard to shower. It felt more like a drizzle and not as a shower. The window blinds are not doing anything so if you are used to sleeping in a dark room, well you will wake up very early.

I had to collect the key from the owner’s shop next to the hotel, which was inconvenient because I was already exhausted from my trip. The room had no toiletries—no tissue, no soap, and not even drinking water. On top of that, I was asked to pay an additional 500 so check the rate, read small prints.

Reviewed Nov 4, 2025I like the pool, the sauna, and the ambiance. I also like how affordable our room was.
I expected that the room would be ready since check in is 2pm. We waited for 1 hour and 15 minutes I think but good thing was that the owner or caretaker allowed us to extend 1 hour for our check out. Also, there were no tissues in the bathroom but overall it was good 😊

Pas de drap, couette ni serviette pour la 3eme personne alors que j'ai réservé et payé pour 3 personnes. Le canapé lit n'est pas du tout confortable. Pas de table pour manger.

В близост се строи хотел, но забелязах , че до всеки хотел се строи друг. Басейна се затваря в 9 pm, фитнеса е малък с много малко уреди, но човек ако знае какво ще тренира е достатъчно.

Reviewed May 30, 2025The bedding's and bath towels. Love a clean space, but the bedding is a mess-covered in white particles everywhere.Feels messy in our clothing specially when wearing black. I’d like to let you know also that the bath towels in the unit are not absorbing water properly. Could you please provide a better set of towels? I’d really appreciate it. Thank you!

Reviewed Mar 27, 2025The room was so comfy and clean. Best bed we’ve slept in on our travels in 6 months. Netflix and YouTube on a big TV were a bonus. We have no complaints about the room. HOWEVER, we had a flight at 7PM and we asked if we could leave our bags in the storage room as they do have one in reception and we saw other guests using it to store their luggage in it. But they said no we can not use it as they are not allowed and the hotel has a policy saying no luggage storage. This was a big inconvenience for us as we had to walk around the city all day with our big heavy back packs. So don’t stay here if u have a late flight
