Great hotel. Very green and beautiful territory. The room looks like in the pictures. Great private beach - One of the best in the area! Breakfast is diverse. Coffee at breakfast is prepared by a barista and it is amazing! Cozy kids club.

No add mango to breakfast Beach towels need to be changed more frequently. Some of them are dirty or worn out (it’s quite important for a 5 star hotel)

They upgraded us, due to dirty, not cleaned floor. In the new place the shower water was not running away.

This is a place with a lot of incompetent and unmotivated people in service. Once the food ordered was not eatable. The manager of food service had to excuse himself at least 15 times in one evening. They better should dismiss 35% of the people and use the money to pay the others better so they are more motivated.

Everything is new & clean. I really liked that so 100% recc. I would absolutely stay here again. The private beach is really nice too. The staff members were really friendly & nice.

Sehr schöne Anlage und wunderschöne Zimmer. Viele verschiedene Essensmöglichkeiten und sehr zuvorkommendes Personal.

Zu wenig liegen am Meer/Pool für alle Gäste. Nach 9-10 Uhr war es schwer noch einen Platz zu bekommen. Essen und Getränke im Hotel für vietnamesische Verhältnisse sehr teuer.

Breakfast was great with lots of options. the lunch and dinner menu need a serious overhaul. with different menus for the different area's. The level of food needs to match the location.

Отсутствие оборудованных мест на море. Ресторан в лагуне значительно хуже по качеству еды, у бассейна все было вкусно, а вот во втором ресторане все блюда были не съедобными.

All the buildings are well kept and look stunning. All facilities are modern and clean.

Only downside is the tv’s in the room. They are very outdated and dont have internet. Only cable tv.

Райское место с идеальным балансом уединения и комфорта Останавливались в отеле на вилле (конец февраля -начало марта), и это был потрясающий отдых! Хочу отметить несколько ключевых моментов. Локация: Отель находится совсем недалеко от аэропорта, минут 15 езды, что очень удобно после перелета, чувствуется полная оторванность от цивилизации. Самое сильное впечатление — это территория. Она словно ботанический сад: продуманный ландшафтный дизайн, повсюду цветы и зелень. Здесь невероятно красиво и уютно. Отдельное спасибо за приватность: отель живет своей жизнью, людей много, но за счет грамотной планировки ты наслаждаешься одиночеством и не сталкиваешься с соседями постоянно. Пляж и СПА: Береговая линия замечательная — заходить в воду комфортно, песочек приятный. Правда во время нашего отдыха волны были постоянным явлением, но температура воды была приятная для купания. Спа-центр тоже порадовал: качественный сервис и отличные процедуры. Питание: Завтраки очень понравились — свежие, вкусные, есть выбор. Рестораны (работало 2) с интересными и вкусными блюдами.

Единственное, на что хочется обратить внимание администрации — это нехватка шезлонгов на пляже. Иногда приходилось искать место, хотя на территории в целом достаточно пространства для отдыха. Но это не испортило общее впечатление. Вернулась полностью восстановленной. Обязательно приеду еще раз! --

There are less chairs on the beach, it should be more so more people can enjoy. Foods are fresh but cooking should be more tasty.

Nice spot with lovely view, this could be a very nice hotel

The feeling it’s all about money. You are charged for your transfer right upon arrival. Anything you ask they talk about money first. You feel like they are afraid you would leave without paying. The New Years’eve meal was so so. The wine not even pleasant. The buffet despite its variety had no taste. Oysters were close to death. Upon arrival there were 5 staff behind the desk completely overwhelmed with paper work and many clients awaiting. One of them was even served before us. Others would pass right in front of us and the staff was not even aware who was first in line. 5 staff people in their paper work not paying attention to clients waiting… We were told that we would have a breakfast box upon departure but did not (early departure). We sure noticed many Chinese people at the airport having their breakfast boxes with the hotel name on them. Priority was sure being given to Chinese groups rather than individuals. After being in many hotels in Vietnam this was the first place where we noticed a lack of professionalism. There were many other details that I would not mention here. Too long.

Two bedroom pool villaen var god - masser af plads og privat beliggenhed. Sidste dag til morgenmaden hvor det var svært at få bord, kom der en manager og bød os velkommen til Ana Mandara. Vi orienterede hende om at vi havde været der i 5 dage og at dette var vores sidste dag - og nævnte ved samme lejlighed nogle af de mange skuffende oplevelser vi havde haft. Manageren forsøgte at rette op oå det; gav os late-check out, frokost og spabehandlinger. Det var fint, men desværre for sent få timer før afrejse. Det ændrer heller ikke oplevelsen af manglende organisering og ujævn og primært dårlig kvalitet.

Blev ikke budt velkommen, men blev mødt med besked om at aflevere pas og kreditkort. To dage før ankomsten fik vi pludseligt besked om at der var sket en overbooking så de ville have os til at flytte værelse efter 1. overnatning. Dette til trods for at vi havde betalt for opgradering til Premium Sky Seaview pool villa til alle 5 overnatninger 10 dage før ankomst. Vi måtte skrive og ringe to gange og insistere på ikke at ville flytte. Vi fik endelig efter meget besvær en villa med have og pool istedet for premium sky pool villa. Savnede dog udsigten vi havde bestilt. Men villaen havde god privat beliggenhed, og det var rart at være der fordi stedets øvrige faciliteter ikke fungerede godt. Stedet er gennemgående præget af manglende ledelse og organisering og ujævn og primært dårlig kvalitet især i restauranterne, hvor vi igen og igen ikke fik det vi bestilte og desuden fik kold og kedelig mad. Oplevede flere gange at bestille vegetarmad, som alligevel indeholdt kød. Bestilte også en mocktail som blev serveret som et halvt fyldt glas. Da vi påpegede det fik vi besked om at det jo var fordi den var uden alkohol. Tilgengæld opkrævede de den samme pris som den tilsvarende cocktail med alkohol kostede. Hygiejnen især ved morgenmadsbuffeten til mange mennesker var ikke i orden. Der var fx ingen “handsanitizere” ved buffeten.

여행하면 리조트나 호텔투어도 같이 하는 편인데 이번 나트랑여행 12박을 하면서 2박씩 6개의 5성급 숙소를 옮겨 다녔는데 그중에서 최고였다. 리셉션응대 객실내부 및 외부경관 조식 모두가 최고였다. 객실 내부에 약간은 소음이 있어 이야기 했더니 업그레이드된 빌라로 교체해 주었고 추가비용 없이 약간 늦은 체크아웃도 가능했다. 한국어가 유창한 MAL LAN님이 여러부분에서 도움을 주셨고 챙겨주셨는데 너무 감사드립니다.

깜란지역이 다 그렇듯 시내와 거리가 있는것 빼고는 특별히 없었다

직원들이 상냥해요~가족들이랑 또 올게요🤍👍🏻 늦은시간 체크인도 교통도 편리해서 더 좋았어요!

The courteous staff and having the chance to meet the hotel's GM on the floor greeting guests and have a conversation. All the staff were very good and spoke good english. I had booked the wrong room type and the reception was able to upgrade us at a cost with an available room. The stay turned out well.

All the rooms had fruits placed, our room didnt have anything except plates and cutlery. The reception said there'd be a turndown service with chocolates at 6PM - also nothing. I found this strange and inconsistent Also the bedroom a/c wasnt cold but the bathroom a/c was very good.

Ana Mandara Cam Ranh is a well-designed, laid-back, medium-scale resort - exactly what we were looking for. Getting upgraded to a suite with pool and sea view was a pleasant surprise! The suite is beautiful and has all the amenities for the needs of our family of 3 generations. The staffs were all lovely and attentive which completed the whole experience. We highly recommend Ana Mandara and would love to stay here again if we come back to the region.

Dining options are rather limited. This didn't bother us as we had a short stay but a bit more variety would be great.

The beach was fantastic, and our kids couldn't get enough of it! Plus, the hotel's green areas were impeccably maintained.

The restaurant menu needs significant improvement, as the current offerings were disappointing. I was also quite confused by the policy regarding outside food and drinks; being asked to sign a declaration not to bring anything into the hotel felt excessive. Furthermore, the reception staff appeared unhappy and unwelcoming, which impacted our arrival experience.

I do fancy the atmosphere here, full of green trees, big outdoor swimming pool and an exquisite private beach. The staff and managers served us so well, they were supportive and kind.

Food at the restaurants was expensive, but not really good. Rooms were ok, but the towels and bathrobes looked really old, not a 5 star hotel standard.

Nice green boutique beach resort with beautiful gardens and landscaping and some real authentic local charm. Friendly, well-trained staff and interesting design and architecture too!

The gardening and landscaping is generally very nice, except around the main pool area where there is a lack of shade and virtually no trees at all. There are plenty of lounge chairs for sun bathers, but a real lack of options if you are looking for a shady refuge.

Excellent breakfast. Clean contemporary room. Friendly service. The staff handled our lost luggage issue perfectly and they fetched the suitcase from the airport.

If you looking for somewhere quiet to relax, then Ana Mandara is your happy place. Right on the beach, plenty of pool loungers available both by the beach and pool. Water quality in the pool is very good. Everything everywhere spotless. We have a deluxe beach view room B402 and it was nice and big with a separate lounge which was very comfortable. The fruit bowl was a bonus as was the plate knife and fork to eat it with. Bed and pillows very comfortable and large shower. We tried all the restaurants and faultless, especially the choice at breakfast and the added cheese room an unexpected and much used surprise. Staff very friendly, and exceptional service. (a big high five to Cindy for friendliness). I give this hotel 10/10, could not fault

The staff is very friendly and room cleanliness is an A+. We booked a family suite, which was very spacious and comfortable. The breakfast is very good and so is the pool area and the hotel location to the beach. Kids’ club has nice staff and activities.

The hotel is about 30-45 min from any convenience store. While there are free shuttle busses, they only depart at 09:00 and 11:00. Hotel should provide free transfer in afternoon as well in my opinion. Hotel food is too pricy - close to European prices. Seeing you are so far from Nha Trang town, you feel forced to pay premium price for average food. Kids’ club could be closer to pool for parents to be able to relax while near children. Also, the activities are very staff driven - leaving a lot of waiting time for kids as adult needs to finish each child before going to the next one. Yoga instructor was downright awful. I have done yoga consistently and for some time various places. This was by far the worst yoga experience (not really yoga). Instructor’s guidance and voice was not at all meditative or powerful. It was irritating. Instructor started taking pictures at the end of class, which I found inappropriate and asked to be deleted as I didn’t consent to pictures being taken of me. Complimentary fruit was only on day 1. Rest of days we sometimes got some chocolate with filling. Hotels at lower prices offer more complimentary foods. The hotel is packed with Koreans taking pictures of themselves constantly with every move (cofee break - picture; billard - picture; beach walk - picture; ordering a juice - picture) and being very isolated. Makes you feel like you are in a Black Mirror episode where phones have taken over. While this is not something the hotel controls, maybe they want to reconsider their collabs with influencers as this is creating a funky and inauthentic atmosphere.

Beautiful resort to escape from the hassle

Staffs was friendly. Good aesthetics all around the resort to take photos. Nice breakfast buffet with lots of options from Western to Asian cuisines, plenty to choices. We loved the public pool and bar side. Room was clean and spacious.

The location was stunning, staff were helpful and friendly.

There was no staff in the pool bar the whole time we stayed. We thought this was a bit of fake advertising as we loved the fact that there would be a pool bar at our hotel. (this was obviously just for looks) We also did get bleach stains on our laundry which wasn't the greatest, but the reception took the laundry bill off our full bill.

It is a smallish intimate resort that has great access to the beach and great pool and dining facilities. Everything was understated and elegant. We walked the entire stretch of beach and Ana Mandara is definitely the best resort on the beach. The food was excellent and the breakfast was too. The staff were attentive. We were given great care by Mai Lan. The rooms were large and well appointed and tastefully decorated. Thanks Mai Lan for taking good care of us.

From the moment we checked in we felt looked after and able to relax. The room was beautiful, lots of space, great view, comfy bed, and great amenities. The staff are all so helpful too, especially the breakfast team! Breakfast had a great selection of hot food, noodle soups and banh mi. We had dinner on the last night in the Ana Sand House- would highly recommend the clay pot fish!

The fruit selection at breakfast was a little disappointing, some bananas, mango or dragon fruit would have been nice.
