-There is no iron board. -There is a stove to cook but not enough kitchen utensils even to cook simple dishes. . - for television i suggest changing to a smart tv because the house was equipped with wifi.. The current channels are not so many. - put some light under the upper bed for the mirror or Maybe you can change the position of the mirror like behind the door. At least at the bright area. Can use if we close the door. Thank you for asking...

Reviewed Aug 20, 2026The location is very convenient and close to the Melaka City. There are plenty of places nearby for food, drinks, shopping and entertainment. The condo facilities are also very good, especially the swimming pool, gym and playground.
The cleanliness of the room could be improved, especially the bathroom. I also noticed that some of the wooden flooring was already cracked, and the wooden bathroom door was also damaged and starting to crack.

We booked this homestay for 2 nights but ended up leaving after the first night because the conditions were unacceptable. The house is very old and poorly maintained. The toilet door is old and in poor condition, and there was mold in one of the rooms due to what appeared to be a water leak. The biggest issue was the cockroach infestation. There were cockroaches everywhere, and we found dead cockroaches in the kitchen area, which made us uncomfortable enough that we didn't even use the kitchen. Our children were frightened by the number of cockroaches, so we decided not to stay for the second night. Unfortunately, this was a very disappointing experience, and we cannot recommend this homestay unless these maintenance and cleanliness issues are properly addressed.
