Une Cabane au Verger

It feels like a beautifully renovated attic room. It was very clean and had a modern interior, and although it was small, it had everything we needed. There was a jacuzzi bathtub instead of a separate bathroom, and personally, I really enjoyed it. However, if you’re not traveling as a couple, it could be a little inconvenient since there’s no separate shower, so you have to shower using the bathtub in the room.

Since the room is set up like an attic, the stairs leading up to it are more like a ladder and are quite steep, so you need to be careful when going up and down. If you find the stairs uncomfortable, there is also an option to access the room through the host’s house.

Geweldige inrichting. Heerlijk ruim bubbelbad waarbij je kan kijken naar de lucht. Alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig. Lekker bed.

Die Cabane ist wunderschön gelegen. Vorm Haus gibt es Ziegen, Schafe und Hühner. Die Ausstattung ist liebevoll gestaltet und alles was man braucht!

Niks eigenlijk

Een heerlijke plek om te verblijven. De locatie is mooi, je komt binnen via de schapen/geiten die heel rustig en lief zijn. De patio is netjes en kan je lekker zitten. De kamer is schoon, mooi en ruim en van alle gemakken voorzien.

De trap naar de kamer is wat onhandig, maar daar hebben ze eventueel een oplossing voor. En er is geen aparte douche. Je kan eventueel douchen in het bad, maar dan moet je wel uitkijken dat je niet alles nat maakt.

Lors de l'accueil, la propriétaire a tout fait pour que notre installation se passe pour un mieux.

Sehr nette Gastgeber, die alle Fragen schnell beantworten, wobei durch die gute Organisation im Vorhinein eigentlich kaum Fragen übrig bleiben. Highlight ist natürlich der Whirpool. Alles sehr modern und sauber!

Eine kleine Anmerkung: wir hätten uns ein scharfes kleines Messer zum schalen und schneiden von Obst gewünscht.

Het verblijf is zeer rustig gelegen, je hebt gratis parking vlak ernaast, en door de aparte ingang heb je voldoende privacy. De trap is wat klauterwerk, maar eens boven kom je in een oase van rust en word je meteen verleid door het bubbelbad. De kamer is tot in de puntjes afgewerkt, met mooie sfeerverlichting, toffe spreuken aan de muur en goudkleurige accenten die het geheel een chique uitstraling geven. Het bubbelbad kwam ook perfect van pas na een dag wandelen!

De bedden waren voor onze smaak te hard. De scheidingsmuur met de woning van de eigenaar mocht ook iets beter geïsoleerd zijn, soms hoorden we de eigenaars naar elkaar roepen door de gang.

Kleines Zimmer mit Whirlpool und bequemen Bett, alles sauber und praktisch. Achtung: Bad ist quasi im Raum, WC ist in einer winzigen Kammer innerhalb des Zimmers (also kein eigenes Badezimmer). Alles sehr gemütlich, Whirlpool ist klasse. Tolles Lichtkonzept.

Petit endroit hyper cocooning et confortable 😍 Le lieu est vraiment chaleureux et décoré avec goût. L’emplacement est parfait, c’était vraiment agréable de passer par la pairie des moutons, ils sont adorables ❤️ Idéal pour une déconnexion de deux trois jours en nature, proche de Durbuy 🥰 Magnifique vue sur le ciel étoilée depuis le lit 🌌 L’entrée par l’échelle est insolite😆

La seule difficulté est de monter l’échelle avec ses affaires

mooi afgewerkte kamer, zeer vriendelijk en goed bereikbare eigenaar, zeer schoon, comfortabel bed. De bakker en winkel op wandelafstand zijn een mooie plus, parkeren kan vlakbij

het enige minpunt is de trap, die is zeer steil en onhandig om materiaal naar boven te dragen, hier mag misschien een extra waarschuwing over want voor iets minder sportieve mensen zou dit een probleem kunnen zijn.

The place is well located, a stone's throw from the nice little village centre and the surrounding countryside is beautiful. Quiet location. Owner was responsive over the phone and by mail. The place was super clean and considering its small size, much has been done to maximize the available space.

When I arrived, the owners were in the garden and saw me coming but merely waved from the distance. I have experienced warmer welcomes... The trap leading to the place itself is tricky to climb, worse so if you carry luggage : steps are super narrow and it's hard not to knock your knees and chins on the steps' sharp edges. A simple ladder, with round rungs would have been preferable. What I found quite unhygienic was having to do the washing up in the "bathroom" washbasin which was doubling as kitchen sink. Although I only stayed one night, I wouldn't have wanted to stay much longer as the place is neither a B&B (no breakfast) nor a "gîte" as the kitchen is not equipped for that. The garden furniture has seen better days (cushions could do with a wash). However, if you can handle the above comment, then the place is pleasant enough.

Heerlijk bad en goed donker in de kamer! Het was een prachtige kamer, goede prijs-kwaliteitverhouding. Mochten wij nog eens in de buurt komen gaan we zeker terug

La chambre est très agréable, très propre à notre arrivée, moderne et décorée avec goût. Les extérieurs sont aussi très agréables. L’hôte est très réactive et disponible si besoin. Je recommande totalement !
