Reviewed Sep 1, 2026De plaats, die was prachtig. Het gebouw is heel erg mooi en errond de weides en het uitzicht was prachtig. Ook het personeel was heel vriendelijk.
Het was wat jammer dat het zwembadwater groen was. Het was mooi weer en hadden wel graag aan het zwembad gelegen en eens kunnen zwemmen. Dit was jammer genoeg niet mogelijk. We hebben dan onze dagen zoveel mogelijk buiten de accommodatie ingepland. Terwijl we wel graag even wouden genieten van de rust en het zonnetje.

Reviewed Aug 31, 2026Wonderful stay in nature. The golf cart ride up to the tent was a super convenient touch, and Lulu was the best staff member - truly caring and genuine person.
Since the tents lack electricity, secure charging lockers would be a great addition—charging devices in the humid shower/toilet rooms risks damaging them. Also, outside food isn't allowed because it's a gourmet destination. While the restaurant quality justifies the high prices, having fridge access for basic snacks or breakfast would make stays much more practical, especially for people on special diet.

Reviewed Aug 29, 2026It's a beautiful hotel, very nice interior design and many facilities like a pool, sauna, jacuzzi and tennis court. Staff is very welcoming and nice. Rooms were beautiful and clean. Surroundings of the hotel are stunning.
We felt like everything at the hotel was slightly chaotic. I sent multiple messages in advance with questions about our stay, to which nobody responded. During our stay, we noticed how the hotel was understaffed and present staff was working long hours and were doing multiple jobs at the same time to make sure that everything at the hotel was done. We also had dinner at the hotel, which was highly priced, around 75 euros. For the quality we got, we found the price very high and also wondered whether you need to present it as a sort of "haute cuisine" dinner. Better to serve more classic dishes with reasonable prices. Prices of the drinks (wine, water, cocktails) were also horrendously high.

Reviewed Aug 26, 2026A beautiful and historic building that takes you several hundred years back in time. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The atmosphere and the views were absolutely wonderful. The breakfast was also very good.
We had a double room with a private bathroom, but it was smaller than expected. There were also a few spiders in the room, which is understandable considering the age and historic character of the hotel. However, what was not so comfortable was that the toilet had no proper door and was completely open to the room. This made the room feel less private.

Reviewed Aug 23, 2026Le château est superbe ainsi que le domaine qui l’entoure. Les tentes sont propres, relativement bien aménagées. La nourriture du restaurant est délicieuse. Le personnel est très sympathique.
L’organisation n’était pas parfaite: - 45min d’attente pour le check-in - On nous amène à la tente sans vraiment d’explications sur les emplacements des sanitaires, les accès, les choses à disposition, etc - Terrain de tennis pas entretenu donc presque impraticable - Pas de personnel au bar (ni intérieur ni extérieur), il faut attraper un employé au vol pour obtenir à boire - Erreur dans notre choix de menu le soir au restaurant - Pas d’électricité dans la tente (uniquement dans les sanitaires où tout est trempé car c’est aussi la douche et les toilettes dans une petite pièce) - Il fait très froid et humide dans la tente même au mois d’août avec 20 degrés (un petit chauffage d’appoint ne serait pas de refus)

A truly atmospheric hotel set in a beautiful historic château, with stunning views, a lovely swimming pool and jacuzzi, delicious breakfasts, and an absolutely fantastic chef’s dinner on the terrace. A huge thank you to the entire team and the owner for the exceptional service! The whole staff was incredibly friendly, attentive and professional - we haven’t experienced such a high level of service in a long time. A special thank you to Lucia for making our stay even more special.
If I had to mention a few things that could be improved, they would only be small details. A blackout curtain would have been nice, as the morning sunlight came through the window and woke us up a little earlier than planned. Our room was next to the billiard room, and the beautiful old doors - which I imagine are almost as old as the château itself - did let quite a lot of sound through. Perhaps in the future, they could be replaced with better sound-insulated doors while keeping the beautiful historic style of the château. A few more clothes hangers (around 4–6) in the wardrobe would also be useful, as well as a small shelving unit or étagère for personal belongings. I think this would be especially appreciated by guests who need a little extra space for their things. But honestly, the biggest regret is that we stayed for too short a time! Next time, I would definitely book at least three or four days to fully enjoy this beautiful place and explore more of the picturesque surrounding area.

Reviewed Aug 21, 2026Spectaculair mooie plek waar het personeel zich uit de naad werkt om er een perfecte beleving van te maken. Heerlijk eten op het terras buiten met prachtig uitzicht. Lekker zwembad met comfortabele ligstoelen en fijne jacuzzi. Prima ontbijt waar goede koffie vers voor je gemaakt wordt.
Wij hadden een suite onder het dak. In de woonkamer komt een trap naar beneden uit als vluchtroute. Dat kan ook niet op een andere plek dus wel begrijpelijk. Je moet goed ter been zijn vanwege hoogteverschillen met veel trappen.

Geen grote dingen. Hor op de kamer was fijn geweest, we moesten voor het slapen eerst op muggenjacht en er waren ook oude muggen op de muur/plafond zichtbaar. Een randje of deur bij de douche zou handig zijn, het water liep al snel uit de douche omdat het putje niet zo goed doorliep.

We stayed in a room with a bathtub, which was super beautiful and comfortable. The staff was very welcoming and accommodating, letting us use the facilities of the hotel on the check out day.

Da italiana, la cena non é all'altezza delle aspettative e del costo. L'esperienza é molto valida ma il cibo non altrettanto.

Unfortunately, my experience at check-in was quite uncomfortable. The staff member who checked me in asked me for a private ride of approximately 1.5 hours the following day, saying that the owner should not know about it. I found this inappropriate, especially as I was a guest of the property. At the same time, I was incorrectly told that breakfast was not included in my booking, when in fact it was. As a result, I skipped breakfast the next morning, and the issue had to be resolved at check-out. I would have preferred to discuss this directly with the property, but I was unable to reach them by phone. I believe guests should not be put in the position of being asked for personal favors by staff members.

Reviewed Aug 16, 2026We liked very much the rural location, a perfect stay over on our route, and loved the charming historic aspect of the buildings and yard. The friendly welcome and kind assistance with the luggage was so appreciated to a spacey 3 room set up with lovely view across the meadow.
Next time we’ll strongly request a walk in shower. The bath- tub arrangement was not so easy.

No Aircon. The room was on a slant from side to side and from bathroom to bed. We had a Queen suite, directly above the BBQ area, we returned one evening and It smelled like the hotel was on fire and the room was in a smoke haze. No shower. Breakfast was ONLY JUST adequate although it was very fresh and at 28 euro each was not good value for money. No TV in the room. Communal TV room right next to our bedroom door. You are a long way from anywhere of reasonable size.

Die Beschilderungen für Wandertouren sind nicht immer so eindeutig wie man das in anderen Regionen (Tirol, Schweiz) gewohnt ist - aber alles machbar und letztlich sehr schön. Der Tennisplatz hat schon bessere Zeiten erlebt.

Kwaliteit van het water van zwembad en jacuzzi. Weinig info over prijzen van avondeten.Prijs ontbijt aan de dure kant. Geen pistolets of spek ,rioolgeur van de (bijkeuken )stoorde ons. Waren wel warme dagen geweest,misschien was dit de oorzaak.

Reviewed Jul 17, 2026Hôtel château magnifique très bien tenu. Très bon accueil. Cadre vert très beau et paisible. La suite était très belle et confortable. Nous avons passé une nuit très calme. Le petit déjeuner est excellent, avec notamment plein de fruits et le gérant faisait des omelettes minute. On recommande!

We chose this hotel mainly because we really liked the swimming pool shown in the photos. Unfortunately, the reality was very disappointing. The pool water was very cloudy, and there were many dead insects floating on the surface. It didn’t seem like the pool was cleaned daily with a skimmer, and the areas near the edges of the pool appears as greenish color not blue. According to my experience normally hotels’ pool is cleaned every evening, and you can usually see the pool vacuum or other maintenance equipment being used, but we never saw any sign of that here. The water was so cloudy that when you dived underwater, you completely disappeared from view. This was not only unpleasant but also raised serious concerns about the cleanliness of the pool. We used the pool on our first day, but because of its condition, we decided not to use it again for the rest of our stay. It was a huge disappointment, especially since the pool was one of the main reasons we chose this hotel.

Os quartos estão um pouco antiquados. Em um dos quartos que reservamos, a cafeteira não funcionava. Jantamos no restaurante do hotel, que entregou uma comida muito boa, mas o preço ficou extremamente caro. Não creio que valha a pena. No dia em que nos hospedamos, a Sauna estava quebrada. Isso nos decepcionou um pouco.

Reviewed Jul 6, 2026This hotel is basically located in a postcard! Surrounded by amazing landscapes, this is the perfect place to recharge and enjoy some quality time in nature. The chef & waiters at the restaurant deserve a special mention for the delicious food & impeccable service! And so does the receptionist/property manager for his help.
