Reviewed Sep 10, 2026The whole area is surrounded by trees which isolates it from the world around it. The view of the mountains is beautiful. The food was fantastic and the waitresses gave great service. We will definitely be back.

Manque d’insonorisation au niveau de la porte de la chambre qui donne sur le couloir. La nuit ça va mais un peu gênant le matin.

Reviewed Aug 15, 2026The hotel has been renovated and it's stunning. The food was not cheap, but excellent. The bedrooms were simple but functional and clean. The staff were lovely (although a little slow providing services, but nothing that bothered us). We really enjoyed playing paddle (extra cost) and the hotel is close to the main town which is a plus. we also loved the pool and the tranquility!

Reviewed Aug 3, 2026Music was way too loud in the pool area and its restaurant. There were costumers with glass bottles inside the pool, despite it not being aloud. Hotel staff would even bring the bottles themselves to the clients that were inside the pool. Some bottles were laying just outside the pool where kids were walking. Other customers would bring food to the chaise-longs beside the pool, that same food would later fall close to the pool and would be dragged around the area, making it look dirty. Staff was very nice but seems untrained.

Gros problème au check-in. La réservation sur Booking.com était en dollars. Arrivé sur place, impossible de régler en dollars. L’hôtel impose la conversion en pesos avec leur propre taux sur lequel l’hôtel prend 6% de commission. Pour rappel, le prix sur Booking.com n’est pas un prix variable que l’hôtel peut modifier comme bon lui semble. Nous avons bataillé pendant 1 heure à l’arrivée. Le personnel globalement non aimable, ni serviable. Chambre lit double peu confortable avec un lit trop petit et une salle de douche totalement inconfortable. Petit déjeuner buffet très moyen.

Reviewed Jul 20, 2026Las toallas estaban totalmente deterioradas. La ducha no tiene puerta o cortina por lo que toda el agua se sale. Me asignaron una habitación justo al lado del cuarto de mantenimiento donde se escuchaba mucho el ruido de los empleados. Invitar a los empleados que hable más bajo.

Reviewed Jun 8, 2026La limpieza de la habitación, el desayuno y los servicios del restaurante. El baño, agua caliente, camas cómodas y buen aire acondicionado. La habitación no tenía vista, pero la tranquilidad y el silencio compensa para descansar.
La piscina estaba absolutamente sucia, y no hablo de hojas encima por los árboles, sino agua aposada con espuma sucia, lama en el fondo y en las paredes, se veía a simple vista. Nos quejamos y mandaron a recoger las hojas, pero lleva una limpieza profunda de vaceado, lavado de paredes, mantenimiento y tratamiento de agua. No hay más amenidades, por lo que la experiencia de estadía decae mucho.

Reviewed Apr 22, 2026Grundsätzlich ist die Anlage schön und sauber. Das Frühstück an sich war lecker.
Man fühlt sich hier nicht wirklich willkommen, das Personal an der Rezeption wirkt gleichgültig und kühl. Wesentlich schlimmer ist es im Restaurant Bereich, das Service lässt zu Wünschen übrig , das Personal ist nahezu unfreundlich, teilweise hat man das Gefühl das Personal ist genervt. Wir hatten ein Deluxe Zimmer mit Balkon oder Terrasse gebucht, bekommen haben wir ein Zimmer mit Fenster, auf Nachfrage haben wir dann ein Zimmer mit Balkon erhalten. Bei diesen Zimmer hat dann der Abfluss der Toilette nicht funktioniert, dies wurde dann am nächsten Tag repariert. Weiteres hat die Lampe nicht funktioniert, das Problem haben wir dann selbst behoben. Im Badezimmer war bei ein kleines Loch in der Wand. Alles in allem war dies ein eher Enttäuschender Aufenthalt

Semana santa con un torneo de padel que no respeto horario con música hasta altas horas , gritos , festejo. Imposible descansar la pileta abarrotada. No funcionó como el descanso esperado. La cancha de padel funciona todo el año y está frente a un buen número de hab. Sugerencia...Pedir las opuestas
