Hotel Gran Jimenoa

Al llegar al hotel, la señorita de recepción bastante fria y desagradable después de abonar la habitación te dice que hay que dejar un depósito por si rompes algo. Esto no me ha pasado en ningún hotel en mi vida. Luego te das cuenta de que el hotel se cae a pedazos y deben reponerlo con el dinero de los clientes. El espejo del baño roto, al colchón se le veían los muelles, la cisterna no funcionaba y nos quedamos con el mando en la mano. Piscina sucia, obras ruidosas en la zona del desayuno. Un cuadro. Muy bonito de fachada y muy decadente y descuidado por dentro.

Demasiada basura dondequiera y que nadie recoge. La naturaleza se preserva con atención y perseverancia .

El precio está alto y las sillas del balcón son muy incómodas. De nada sirve tener una buena vista si no tienes un buen lugar para apreciarla.

Ubicación: lugar tranquilo. Quitaría la música para poder apreciar el silencio y sonido del agua.

El restaurante necesita una renovación y limpieza de techos. La comida rica. El personal muy atencioso.

El aire no enfriaba lo suficiente, además el precio al reservar me costaba unos 7 mil pesos y al pagar fueron 9 mil pesos y algo, con lo demás estuvo bien

El hotel GRAN JIMENOA, es un lugar muy acogedor, especialmente para aquellas perdonas como yo que busca relajarse y conectar con la naturaleza. En paisaje le doy un diez, la verdad que me fascinó desayunar mientras escuchaba el sonido del río los árboles batian las hojas regalándome su aire puro y fresco. La verdad no me quería ir, pero iré más amenudo.

Deben mejorar el mantenimiento de los aires acondicionado principalmente en los meses junio, julio, agosto y septiembre, que es donde el calor se siente más, aunque el calor es todo el año, en esos meses es mas intenso.

The location was very beautiful

- The shower didn't have any water pressure and was cold. When we told them they said you have to wait 10-15 minutes before the water will get warm. That's okay but why didn't you tell us when checking in because nobody keeps the water on for 10-15 minutes if they don't know it will take that long - The next day somebody would come for the water pressure when we went out but when we came back we still didn't have any normal water pressure and they told us nobody came yet. So during our stay we couldnt have a normal shower. The hotel was empty so it was not a problem of too many people showering at the same time - The employee at the desk told us to contact the management on whatsapp, so we did. They told us we would get a 10% discount. In my opinion this is way too less if you weren't able to have a normal shower but we thought okay they will do something and we're fine. I've been asking them for a week already how they will give me my refund but they don't respond on whatsapp and they didn't give it. Would recommend it for the location but I wouldn't go if you want to have a normal shower. - It is a nice and peaceful place but they had a whole class of teenagers for a day who were very loud in and around the pool. Had to go to the hotel room for working on my laptop because there was too much noise around

The property is amazing with the river next to it- it has beautiful views and you can bathe in the river which was awesome! The grounds are gorgeous and the restaurant was delicious. The staff was super helpful and friendly.

The room we got had 2 beds, one of the beds had mold on the sheets. We told the staff and the replaced it right away which was nice but it’s an expensive hotel for that to happen.

The first day when going for breakfast it wasn’t enough food and not enough table we have to shared ours with other guests.

La chambre est rénovée avec gout et offre une vue sur le pont suspendu. Le restaurant de l'hotel est excellent, de nombreux plats sont proposés à la carte. Le personnel du restaurant et de l'hotel est très accueillant. Le parc de jeux pour les enfants est un point fort pour les familles.

Rien L’hôtel a annulé la réservation le matin même du séjour car il avait un séminaire (imprévisible évidemment)

On a été délogé, certes dans un hôtel de même catégorie et du même groupe surtout (histoire d’encaisser tout de même la réservation), mais qui n’était pas du tout dans le même cadre : en bord de route et pas dans la nature au bord de la rivière. Le temps de trouver l’autre hôtel et de faire le check-in… il n’était plus possible d’aller faire une randonnée (les sites des chutes ferment à 16h…) Bref merci à l’hotel pour nous avoir totalement fait foiré l’étape. Alors que s’il avait annulé la réservation plus tôt, nous aurions organisé différemment l’étape.

Het is veilig, hygiënisch en rust gevend door de natuur. Met 10m rijden was ik midden in het centrum van de dorp. Ontbijt was inbegrepen en er was genoeg te eten en ook nog eens vers 10 krijgen ze van mij!

Het is veel mooier in het echt dan op de fotos. Misschien kunnen ze iets doen met de fotos zodat meer mensen op af komen.

Всё хорошо, ночью было шумно. Проходил банкет в кафе а шум был такой, как будто у тебя в номере.

L’hôtel a un cadre incroyable. Nous sommes vraiment en immersion dans la nature. La nourriture était particulièrement bonne ; le repas a été un véritable bon moment. Le lieu est formidable et il a tout pour réussir, mais il lui faut un nouveau souffle. L’hôtel a vraiment tout pour plaire. Il pourrait largement être un cinq étoiles, mais l’entretien courant laisse vraiment à désirer.

Pour commencer, nous n’avions pas d’eau chaude. Quand je l’ai signalé, on m’a répondu de tourner les robinets de la douche et du lavabo vers la gauche et d’ouvrir les deux pendant longtemps. Nous n’avons jamais eu d’eau chaude et j’ai dû insister. Nous avons à peine eu le temps de prendre notre douche que nous n’avions déjà plus d’eau chaude. La salle de bain était à peine fonctionnelle ; elle aurait vraiment besoin d’un petit coup de rafraîchissement. La propreté laisse vraiment à désirer. Autour de la piscine, il y avait des gobelets usagés, des chewing-gums et des pansements. Une femme de ménage est passée facilement trois fois devant sans jamais les ramasser. Une fois de plus, j’ai dû le signaler. Nous avons également très bien mangé, mais je trouve cela dommage : on nous donne une carte avec différents plats, et lorsque vous passez commande, au moins 30 à 40 % de la carte n’est pas disponible. Vous n’avez pas non plus la possibilité de prendre un dessert, ce qui est regrettable, car la nourriture est incroyable.

Gebuchtes Zimmer mit Balkon erhielten wir erst nach Urgenz. Rund um Swimmingpool und Spa Bereich wurde gebaut mit erheblichen Lärm und war daher nicht benutzbar. Zusätzlich wurden ständig die Grünflächen gemäht. Da gab es keine ruhige Minute.

Everything! We had an amazing restaurant there, the grounds were beautiful. The room was exceptional. It was right on a river, which was gorgeous.

It was a little far out of town. It took us about a half an hour to walk, but really you wanna do a taxi most of the time. There wasn’t that much happening in the town so that wasn’t great either.

Location and ambiance are fantastic and unmatched. Quiet, with a lot of room. So always easy to find a quiet place.

Wifi coverage and speed were spotty in some areas. Also, we had issues with our bathroom shower head. It was fixed, but still affected our experience. Also, hot water can take a very long time to start.

Uncomfortable bed. Overcharging for a dated room. Have to wait 45 minutes to an hour for hot water to run through the faucet. Room smell moldy.

This isn’t my first time staying at this hotel. It’s beautiful and peaceful, with delicious food and very polite staff. The grounds are lovely, with a river and a beautiful garden.

The place is amazing beautiful but has no offer. Pools closed at 7 pm, breakfast is between 7 to 9 am that is very early hour to wake up on vacation and the staff they are educated but not kind

Piscine moyennement entretenue (1 spot pendouillait dans l'eau et pas réparé pendantnotre séjour). Une table de ping-pong pas entretenue.. et une seule balle.. perdue le lendemain et aucune de rechange. Petit déjeuner peu varié et peu copieux.

El personal en general deberia tener mas amabilidad y hospitalidad.

Staff is very professional. They are all very friendly and ready to help with anything you have to ask. 🤗😄 The resort is beautiful with mountain views and a river running right beside it.The breakfast is amazing and included. A great start to a day of hiking, golf, or watersports.

El río estuvo fabuloso, la decoración del hotel para la ocasión, limpieza de las instalaciones, el desayuno bien variado.

Excelente, el lugar es Precioso todo lo que uno busca en una campo frente a un Río en la montaña es Mágico , cerca de todo pero a la vez lejos del bullicio , se respira profundo aire limpio , Paz y un sonido que invita a reflexionar la vida y la humanidad lo verdadero valioso que Dios nos da através de su creación .

Quizás podrían adecuar un poco mejor poder bajar al Hermoso Río con poca cosas , como una escalera de cemento y una cuerda que cruce de lada a lado el río por seguridad nada más .

The location on the river is nice but beware you will hear it when trying to sleep!

The room, despite being the superior one, needs a full refurbishment. The balcony door was broken and didn't close, which took them quite a while to fix. Reception didn't believe me when I reported it. The curtains were all coming off. The blinds don't cover the windows so there is no black out. There was a fridge but no way to plug it in The wi-fi keeps disconnecting The yb was set in demo mode so kept displaying a screensaver when trying to watch anything The air con stopped working
