Excellent homestay dans Cao Bang. Hôte accueillant, chambre bien grande, climatisée et salle de bains également agréable et propre. Rapport qualité prix imbattable pour la situation à quelques pas du centre, dans un quartier calme. Parfait!

Petit oubli de sachets de savon non jetés à la poubelle du précédent occupant mais nous n'en tenons pas compte au vu du qualité prix ;)

La dame qui s’occupait du logement était vraiment très sympathique et arrangeante. Nous avons même pu donner nos affaires à laver assez tard le soir, et tout était prêt dès le lendemain matin, ce qui était très pratique. L’emplacement est top et le rapport qualité-prix est vraiment très bon. La chambre est un peu petite, mais vu le prix, cela reste tout à fait correct. Pour rester quelques nuits, c’est une très bonne option !

Room was really spacious and comfortable, we even extended a night. Property is in a quiet but good location, within 15 minute walking distance to busy restaurant/shop area. Host was super friendly and helped us with laundry and moped rental, both at a good price.

Everything was amazing

Logement bien placé, rapport qualité prix imbattable. La femme qui gère l’établissement/réservations est incroyable et disponible. Elle m’a aidé pour les lessives, en un temps record, réservation de billets de bus, location de 50cc chez un confrère, et pour trouver des cartes postales.

Les gérants sont très accueillants et et très disponibles. Ils n'ont pas hésité à appeler la compagnie de bus pour nous. Les chambres et la salle de bain sont très propres. Les lits sont confortables.Ils proposent même un service de location de scooters.

The staff was entirely wonderful and welcoming. I stayed in room 1 on the first floor. The location was great because it was walking distance (about 10 minutes) to all the major areas. It was nice and dark and very quiet - great for a good sleep. There was a fan in the room and the ac worked well.

The room smelled a little musty and the bed was very hard.

Chambre spacieuse Possibilité de louer un scooter au homestay : ce qui nous a permis de faire la boucle de Cao Bang. L'hôtel nous a gardé nos bagages durant les 2 jours où nous étions partis et nous a réservé également une chambre pour notre retour. Au calme malgré un très bon emplacement proche du centre. Le personnel s'est occupé de nous commander un taxi pour notre départ.

La habitación súper amplia y el baño también, limpio y la chica nos ayudó en todo lo que le preguntamos, alquilamos ahí mismo la moto para ir a la cascada y a la vuelta nos dejó usar la habitación hasta la hora del bus por un precio excelente!

Trang was very kind and helped me a lot by booking me a bus last minute. The rooms are very good,comfy, the laundry service is very fast and the motorbikes are also really good ! Everything is perfect I totally recommend it !

Helpful staff that makes an effort to communicate through Google translate, dorms are clean and designed for maximum privacy and efficiency of sharing space.

It would be really nice to get keys for the dorm room so you know your stuff is secure if you leave for the day. Also to be able to store small food items or drinks in the fridge/boil water.

Very kind and helpful owner. The rooms could definitely use a do-over, but overall for that price it was a very enjoyable stay.

Lovely hosts. Always available via whatsapp. Communication via google translate was also no problem. They let me in very spontaneously in the middle of the night, helped me with all questions, got me an impeccable semiautomatic on super short notice, same for my laundry. Enough breakfast and dining opportunities close by. The 10 min walk to the centre is well worth the calm and the cleanliness of this homestay. Beds are spaceous and might be a bit on the hard side for some but I had the best sleep in weeks. Was there shortly before tet.

A bit far from the main place

The best aspect first is that the staff is amazing. They were super kind and they helped us with booking everything, including transport to our next stop (Ba Be lake) and visit to Ban Gioc waterfall (+more) on our day in Cao Bang. Just to precise, we arrived at 4:30am with a night bus and the owner welcomed us and opened the door for us, which was so kind. We were in a shared room of 4 with 4 huuuuge beds so there was plenty of space.

Not much except that there is no common area or at least we didn’t see it 😌 but we stayed only one night.

The room was comfortable and at a great value for the price. The woman at the reception was very helpful with helping us find a driver for the day, and answering our many questions. When I had several hours to spend before my bus and after checkout they had no problems letting me hang out and even use a shower.

The lady is very welcoming and helpful with anything you need 👍👍

Great value combined with a very nice and helpful owner. Additionally a beautiful balcony, with a good location to reach the center of the town.

In our room the silicone around the sink in the bathroom had a slight stain.

The dorm room was clean and comfortable. Staff were easy to reach via WhatsApp. The aircon worked well and it wasn’t too far a walk from food and coffee

Restaurants, cafes, shops are within the walking distance from the hotel - Rooms are small and comfortable for an affordable price - The hotel manager is very nice and responsive. She can answer any question related to Cao Bang and the surrounded sights - good quality motorbikes are available for rent in the hotel

- the water pressure in the shower was quiet low

Unlike other hostels I stayed in Cao Bang, this one wasn’t that noisy, so I slept well at night. Comfy beds. AC works properly.
