Beautiful rooftop with a BBQ and kitchenette. Staff were on WhatsApp and very easy to communicate with. They offered to get us some meat and charcoal for the BBQ 😊 Very comfortable bed

Very nice place, good equipped with hair dryer, wash machine and dryer too. Good communication with the staff and they allowed us an early check in. They also rented us a motorbike and booked transfer back to Hanoi.

We stayed on the third floor in a very small but functional room. While the accommodation is quite basic, it had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, and the air conditioning worked very well, which was greatly appreciated. Guests also have access to a washer and dryer on the terrace, which was convenient during our trip. The location was acceptable, although not our favorite during our travels. One thing to note is that there is very little interaction with the hosts or staff. Check-in was done using a code, and communication was mainly through text messages. While our questions were answered, there was no real personal interaction or local guidance. That being said, considering the price, it offers very good value for money. If you are looking for a simple, affordable place to stay and do not need many services or personal attention, Pamela Homestay is a reasonable choice.

Super gute Kommunikation des Betreibers, extrem unkomplizierter slebstcheck-in. Man kann dort selbst Kleider waschen und hat einen geteilten Kühlschrank. Und das Zimmer war groß und hatte alles notwendige. Und der Balkon ist für eine kleinere Gruppe auch super. Die Unterkunft wurde definitv sauber gemacht bevor ich gekommen bin ist aber an manchen Stellen etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Bei mir hat sich die Klimaanlage nicht einschalten lassen, es gab aber als Ersatz einen großen Ventilator, der gut funktioniert hat.

Great location, close to everything we wanted. It is good value for the price. Nice hot shower, great communicative from the host.

The property is quite dated and needs a bit of love but it served its purpose perfectly for the price.

La décoration, le lit, facile à trouvé et d’accès

Pas mal de bruit la nuit

J’aime beaucoup le lieu, les lits sont confortables - pas durs comme d’autres endroits au Vietnam- et il y a la Clim et une salle de bain privée pour la chambre double. Peu d’espace au sol, il y a le lit et le rebord de fenêtre ainsi qu’un porte habits. La gérante nous a gardé les sacs pendant notre boucle de Cao Bang, c’est très gentil !! On a a allongé notre séjour pour s’y reposer

Les rideaux ne coupent pas de la lumière, s’il fait jour dehors il fera aussi jour dedans. Pas de bureau ou table pour s’asseoir et travailler mais rien de grave.

Central location

A bit smaller than it seemed on the pictures, the bad sheets were a bit dirty and i found a dead cockroach in the shower, but besides that everything was fine.

Petit bijoux de Cao Bang nous y avons séjourné 3 fois de suite et fait toutes les chambres (elle sont toutes bien), très facile et pratique d'accès, plein centre et tout est à code ce qui facilite beaucoup l'arrivée. La literie est la plus confortable du vietnam !!

Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist sehr gut. Es gibt eine Terrasse, die gemeinsam von allem Gästen genutzt werden kann (wir waren ganz oben, also hatten wir sie meist für uns alleine). Das Zimmer ist relativ sauber & alles funktioniert (AC, warmes Wasser etc.). Der self check in ist angenehm & hat problemlos geklappt. Die Lage ist auch sehr gut!

Wie schon viele geschrieben haben, ist die Matratze sehr durchgelegen. Das sorgte jetzt nicht für den größten Komfort, aber wir konnten schlafen. Ausserdem ist das Zimmer nicht suuuper sauber, die Wände haben spannende Flecken & ein paar Stellen sehen auch nicht makellos aus, aber wir fanden es nicht eklig & haben uns trotzdem relativ wohl gefühlt (außerdem ist das Bad sauber, was wir am wichtigsten finden).

Personal muy amable y dispuesto a ajudar en lo que pueda, ubicacion excelente. Tuvimos un problema en las habitaciones y nos lo solucionaron rapidísimo. 100% recomendable.

Very nice design and details

The mother of the owner was very kind and tried to help eventhough she speaks no english. The owner answered me via whatsapp quiet quickly and helped to organize the bustransfer to Ha Giang (the second half was by localbus what we didn't knew, that would have been nice. But anyway it was an experience..) The bed was ok, the room had some nice decoration.

Room small, bathroom mouldy because the circulation is bad. Quiet noizy street from 6am.

Comfortable, clean and practical. Only stayed 1 night before the loop and it was great!

Rooms are tastefully decorated, providing us with all we need for a restful stay. Communication was great and prompt. Host provided us with all the necessary information for us to access the rooms. They also readily arranged for a room on the lowest floor for our mum who has mobility issues.

The floor tiles of the bathroom are rather slippery when wet after taking a shower.

The staff are so kind and helpful, our host was so responsive and helped us out with everything and solved an issue with the room.

The young lady running the Homestay is adorable, she helped me all the way. I was coming from Hanoi by night bus, so she sent me a message to show the bus driver with detailed explanation on where to leave me. Then she helped me finding vegan restaurants, she arranged trips and on the day I left she helped me booking a taxi to take me to a homestay near Ban Gioc Waterfalls, stopping and taking me to visit all the tourist attractions in between, it was a wonderful experience. The Homestay is in a very convenient location in the city centre.

The room was very clean and nicely designed. The hostess is very friendly and super helpful. She helped us with everything we wanted to know. The homestay is centrally located in the city. There’s a lot of good restaurant nearby. It’s possible to rent motorbikes.

The apartment was clean and very cozy with a good location. There was everything you need. The host is incredible friendly. We came early in the morning with a night bus. We could store our luggage and even have a shower and a nap in one of the free rooms. The host also helped us to rent a scooter or provided a laundry service. We really enjoyed our stay!

It located at a convenient location. The host is warm and welcoming. She helped me out with bike rentals as well as following up with the bus companies. I has a lovely stay.

Really clean and cozy. Super nice host (over WhatsApp), she helped us with figuring out how to go to Ban Gioc Waterfalls and also helped us book a bus to Hai Phong. Everything was super clean. The mattress was nice, the blankets were thick and there weee outlets next to the bed. Also a full body mirror, which was not at all necessary but added to the feeling of comfort and being at home.

The staff is so friendly and nice, she recomended a lots places and local food for me to try. Also, she make me feel so welcome and enjoy my trip. The location of this home is in downtown, near walking street for food and drink. Highly recomended, will come back one day
