Locația in zona Castello, aproape de S. Marco și de liniile de vaporetto. Priveliște interesantă de la geam, poze atașate. Zona mai autentică, neinundată de turiști, ceea ce am şi cautat.

Camera de la ultimul etaj în care am stat arăta trist. Problema nu era clădirea veche ci faptul că nu era întreținută. Poate alte camere eram mai ok, nu mi-am putut da seama. Oricum, proprietarul nu se implică suficient: geam spart, becuri arse, solutie de climatizare ineficientă (și a fost nevoie), mobilier obosit.

Außerhalb der dünnen Rinnsal-Dusche gab es im Zimmer nur ein winziges, schmales Waschbecken mit einem kleinen Ablagebrett darüber. Beim Zähneputzen musste man sich zwischen Becken und Brett krümmen. Das Handgeländer im schmalen, steilen Treppenaufgang über 2 Stockwerke klebte unangenehm.

Nella camera con il bagno condiviso era presente il lavandino , che fa molto comodo. Il rapporto prezzo - qualità è ottimo. L'atmosfera del palazzo e della camera è molto nello spirito veneziano.La posizione è ottima per visitare Biennale, Lido , San Marco. L'ambiente è pulito ma vissuto, dentro il palazzo antico , molto bello. Dalla finestra si vedono i tetti delle case e delle chiese veneziane. Subito sotto casa c'è un ottima pasticceria per fare la colazione. Lo staff è riservato e gentile

Do not book. I stayed one out of three booked nights. Apart from old, the rooms were dirty and had mold on the walls. The shared bathroom was at unusable conditions when I arrived. At 33 degrees during the evening, the ventilator only worked if the lights were turned on and opening the windows was not an option since there was a loud generator on the entire night. I had to book a different room for the remaining two nights, and even though I took pictures and tried to come to an agreement, the property refused to refund me (even partially) for the two unused nights.

簡直太可怕了！ 首先是接待，住宿方在住宿前一晚，以what´s app訊息要求我提供護照照片來辦理入住，我認為這個舉動的安全考量非常有疑慮，請對方同意資訊僅供入住辦理使用，但對方經過多次提醒才含糊的同意。 成功入住後，我們傳了訊息詢問是否能寄放行李，對方不正面回覆而是說隔天早上見。見面後，表示不能提供此項服務，但有推薦寄放行李的地點。當我們試圖詢問旅遊資訊的時候，對方表示威尼斯市區的餐廳都不錯，有回答跟沒回答一樣⋯⋯倒不如禮貌地請我們自己查詢。 最重要的是，整個住宿環境非常差勁，地板上鋪著老舊骯髒的紅色地毯，共用浴室的淋浴間卡了許多頭髮，房間一打開就是一股奇怪的臭味。我們照住宿方的說明，在入住第三天的時候要求清潔服務，在此之前垃圾桶都需要我們自己帶到櫃檯請對方換，但只是換了床單⋯地板、洗手台，看起來都是敷衍的清潔過。 最後，強烈建議夏天要入住此處，就要有悶在房間或是讓蚊子在房間開派對的決心。因為天氣太過炎熱，我們晚上必須開窗通風才能入睡，但飯店提供的電蚊燈作用不大，並且我們也噴上大量的防蚊液，但就是沒有用，全身都被叮慘了！ 沒有給員工最差評，是年輕的男性接待人員蠻友善的，最後一天才遇上他，提供了我們另一台電風扇。

Sajnos nem tudom ajánlani ezt a hotelt. Rettenesen koszos, minden tele van pinceászkával, a szobák kritikán alulian kicsik, jelentősen drágábbak ahhoz képest. Minket meg is csípett valami utcsó este. Nincs víznyomás, rettenetesen büdös, már maga a folyosón a dohos szagot wc illatosítóval akarják elnyomni. A padlószőnyeg minősítehtetlenül koszos, semmilyen formája nincs a takarításnak és élhetetlen meleg van bent a szobákban , amit egy hatalmas ventilátorral kellene megoldni, azonban hiányos az ablak minden kitámasztásának lehetősége, így se be se ki nem megy a levegő. A 10 órás kicsekkolást annyira komolyan veszik hogy iszonyú és csomagokat nem őriznek meg, hiába is igérik hogy elraknák. a szállást hiába elöbbtől kéri az ember 12 mondanak hogy átlehet venni. A plafon penészes a konnektorok kijárnak, tücskök laknak a lépcsőház falában, mindenki belát a fürdőbe és a szobádba, minden szikszallaggal van rögzitve és megoldva. És rettenetesen meredek erősen megdölt iszonyű mennyiségű lépcső vezet fel. Jelentősen drágább mint, hogy a minimum akár igért szolgáltatásait betartsa. Ha rossz véleményt írsz egyből ír a tulaj, hogy hop hop... Látta hogy láttad írjál neki vissza... A zuhanyzó ablaka behozza a törmeléket a rosszúk felpurhabozása miatt.

Good location! Very central and easily reachable. Price was okay for this location and time of year.

Dirty rooms, lots of dust and very dusty carpet. You could see the thick dust on the lampshades. The bathroom smelt really bad of sewage. When we first arrived it smelt like chlorine. Shower curtain and window were very dirty as well.

Η τοποθεσία ήταν εξαιρετική και το προσωπικό ήταν ευγενεστατο! Ακριβώς κάτω από το δωμάτιο είχε mini market καφέ και φαγητό! Το δωμάτιο στον τελευταίο όροφο που μείναμε, ήταν αρκετά ευρύχωρο σε σχέση με άλλα που βλέπαμε στην περιοχή!

Το μόνο αρνητικό ήταν ότι δίπλα από το δωμάτιο είχε ένα μπάνιο και τις πρωινές ώρες είχε αρκετή φασαρία.

Die Lage im entspannten Stadtteil Castello ist hervorragend. Das einzig Positive am Zimmer waren das gute Bett und der Deckenventilator.

Unser Zimmer war so winzig, dass kein Stuhl mehr hineingepasst hätte. Mit Sicherheit hatte es nicht die versprochenen 16qm! Nach der dritten Nacht hatten wir ganz eindeutig Bettwanzenbisse (Zimmer Nr. 9). Nach unserer Meldung wurde alles frisch bezogen, aber leider nichts zugegeben. Mückenschutz vor den Fenstern wäre besser als die vorhandenen Antimückenstecker.

The biggest advantage of this property is the price. It was one of the cheapest options we could find in Venice, and the location is excellent—within comfortable walking distance of St. Mark’s Square and many major attractions. The Wi-Fi was free and fast, clean towels were provided, and the air conditioning was available, which was appreciated during the hot and humid weather.

Very old property that has nor been renovated for a long time. While it does have a certain charm and we didn’t mind the narrow staircases, the overall condition left much to be desired. There was a persistent musty smell, the curtains, carpet, and various surfaces were old and dusty, and the air conditioning blew unpleasant-smelling air. The shower pressure was weak but manageable, however, the shower drain did not work properly and water accumulated while showering. The issue that ultimately ruined our stay was what we strongly suspect was a bedbug problem. After the first night, both my partner and I woke up with multiple bite marks, which we initially assumed were mosquito bites. By the end of our stay, the number and pattern of bites made us highly concerned that they were caused by bedbugs. We recommend that the property thoroughly inspect the room and address any potential pest issues.

We've stayed at this hotel before and that is why we chose it again. It is in a very good location in Venice, close to the center but in a quieter area. The room is very spacious and comfortable for two people. Right outside there is also a kitchen with a fridge.

We stayed for 4 days and there was no room service at all. The curtain in the bathroom is in very bad condition, dirty and moldy, urgent need to change it immediately!

Super Lade, ruhig und nettes Personal!

Leider stimmt Preis Leistung überhaupt nicht zusammen. Alles sehr alt und das Bad gammelig und schimmelig. Die Dusche war eher ein Rinnsal. Wir konnten sie Fenster nicht öffnen und die Möbel/ Einrichtung war alt und lieblos. Leider nicht zu empfehlen. Alles einfach zu gammelig.

Die Lage ist hervorragend; mitten in der Stadt zwischen Markusplatz und Biennale-Gelände. Ich hatte ein charmantes Doppelzimmer mit eigenem Bad und sensationellem Blick über die Stadt.

Die Ausstattung ist ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen. Das Zimmer und Bad waren aber trotzdem sauber.

Struttura estremamente trascurata e sporca. Moquette e tende macchiate, mobili vecchi e porte logore. Anche la manutenzione base manca: le prese elettriche si staccano dal muro. Soggiorno decisamente bocciato per la mancanza di igiene e cura.

Está correcto, pero muchas escaleras sin ascensor y escaleras muy estrechos los peldaños.

Sin aire acondicionado, imposible si hace calor.

Posizione top 5 Min da Piazza San Marco e 10 dalla Biennale.

Purtroppo struttura un po' vecchia, servizio ridotti al minimo. Ci si deve adattare parecchio.

Asukoht on väga hea. Personal on sõbralik ja suhtlus hotelliga toimis väga hästi - kõikidele küsimustele sain kiiresti vastused. Voodipesu oli puhas. Aknast avanes meeldiv vaade linnale.

Dushiruumis oli ebameeldiv lõhn, kanalistasioonist äkki? Trepikojas oli tugev puhastusvahedi või putukamürgi lõhn.

No-thrills hostel-style pension, good prices in may, fantastic location just a few minutes away from San Zaccaria boat hub. The receptionist made a great job at decorating the room as the trip was a birthday gift.

A lot of the problems we encountered has already been described in other guests comments, it looks like the management does not care about them. Hygiene and cleanliness are definitely not up to standards either.

Om de Biennale te bezoeken is deze lokatie echt perfect. Medewerkers zijn heel vriendelijk.

The location and friendly staff are the only positive aspects of this property.

The property looks like it hasn’t been renovated in 30 years. If I hadn’t needed to find accommodation at the last minute, I would never have chosen a room without a private bathroom — but since I had to…. the shared toilet turned out to be located right next to the reception desk, and the facilities were old and disgusting. It was not comfortable at all. The only positive thing was the sink in the room, so at least I could wash my hands there. The carpet was horribly dirty, both on the stairs and in the room.

Chambre très petite, tout petit point d'eau en face du lit en guise de lavabo et moquette sale et tachée.

L’emplacement et le prix raisonnable

La propreté laisse à désirer. Poussière sur le cadre de lit et armoire de la salle bain cassée et empoussiérée. Tachés sur la moquette et odeurs de canalisation dans la salle bain. Les ampoules étaient très peu lumineuses et l’une d’elle ne fonctionnait pas. L’escalier c’est pas des blagues non plus. À éviter si pas dans une très bonne forme physique.

La propreté laissait à désirer, surtout la salle de bain. Pour 154 € la nuit, un petit meuble pour ranger 2-3 t-shirts aurait tout changé.

Super lokalizacja, wszędzie można dojść pieszo, niedaleko przystanek. Pomocny właściciel, szybko odpisuje i rozwiązuje problemy. Pokój był dość przestronny, spokojnie zmieściła by się w nim większa grupa. Czystość bez zarzutu. Ładny widok z okna!

Pokój nie jest zbyt ładny, wiem, że cena jest relatywnie niska jak na Wenecję, ale standard naprawdę nie zachwycał. Bardziej niż pokój przeraża w sumie droga to niego, kręte korytarze i bardzo ciasne, wysokie schody, które naprawdę są wyzwaniem, szczególnie z walizką.

L'hôtel est très bien situé, à proximité de la place Saint-Marc et du vaporetto. Le personnel est gentil et serviable.

Il n'y avait personne pour nous accueillir et nous guider sur les équipements, notamment la salle de bain commune que nous avons dû trouver seuls... La chambre est "dans son jus" mais sale et très poussiéreuse. Certains équipements sont dangereux : prises électriques anciennes et applique à allumer en vissant l'ampoule ! La chambre n'a pas été refaite ni les serviettes changées sur notre séjour de cinq jours.

Het was niet hygiënisch, er was veel schimmel in de badkamer, de badkamer stonk enorm als jefe deur dicht liet.

Bonne situation géographique.

La chambre était humide avec une odeur de renfermée et pas de possibilité de bien aérer la pièce (une fenêtre qui ouvre à peine). Le mobilier était minimaliste, une table mais pas de chaise, et même pas de crochet pour pendre les serviettes de toilette. Notre chambre ne correspondait pas aux photos montrées sur le site. Pas de savon ni shampoing pour la douche, et une seule petite serviette par personne pour tout le séjour (3 nuits). Je ne m'attendais pas à un hôtel de grand standing, mais pour le prix, j'étais déçue. Les autres chambres avaient l'air mieux, on n'a peut-être pas eu de chance.

Cojimos una habitación si darnos cuenta de que el baño iba ser compartido, pero el problema no fue compartir baño si no que teniamos que compartir un baño de un metro cuadrado con 3 HABITACIONES MÁS, fue ASQUEROSO, ibas a ducharte y veias el baño sucio con restos de orina en el suelo y apenas limpiaban ese baño. 2. ⁠Para subir a las habitaciones hay que subir 2 plantas y los escalones son diminutivos y muy inclinados, es un peligro y fue agotador. 3. ⁠La habitacion estaba podrida, la moqueta sucia y desgastada, del grifo casi no salia agua y el balcón era un peligro. 4. ⁠A mi pareja le dio diarrea por beber del agua del grifo. No lo recomiendo por muy barato que sea, de verdad que no vale la pena, hay lugares mucho mejores

La chambre aurait mérité un petit peu plus de ménage. L’hôtel ne peut pas stocker les valises après le check-out. Attention il y a beaucoup de moustiques le soir.
