Die Hellhörigkeit im oberen Stock, von Zimmer zu Zimmer. Man verstand jedes einzelne Wort der Leute im Nebenzimmer.

Casa banho fora do quarto.

The 24/7 coffee/tea/hot chocolate machine is such wonderful addition at this hotel. This meant that I could begin breakfast at an earlier hour in a comfortable way ( and also to have a calming hot drink in the evening upon returning to the hotel). Staff were hardworking and professional.

The room's lighting was basic. Everything worked fine, but it was just a touch austere.

The main advantage was the excellent location, close to many must-see places. Even with kids, it was easy and enjoyable to walk around and explore the area. We also really appreciated the opportunity to leave our luggage after checkout, which was very convenient.

Some of the beds were broken and need attention. We understand that the room and roof are old, but the wooden patch/repair was quite poor, annoying, and even a little worrying as it felt like it could fall while sleeping. There was also no mirror in the room and some basic necessities, such as a kettle and water, were missing or not clearly mentioned during the booking. Overall, the room would benefit from some basic improvements and maintenance.

Posizione centrale, distanza massima dai mezzi pubblci 10 min. Struttura essenziale e pulitissima. Massima cortesia e disponibilità. Spazi comuni vivibili, residenza ottima per una vacanza sostenibile.

Per me è perfetta. E' una foresteria, non un hotel 4 stelle, ma ciò che manca ad alcuni, a me non serve (e non serve alla maggior parte delle persone).

La posizione è veramente strategica.Personale accogliente e disponibile,la stanza grande,con aria condizionata.Ho apprezzato la disponibilità delle bevande calde e di l’ acqua h24.Consigliato per chi non vuole soggiornare in un hotel ma una struttura con suo fascino ottocentesco.

La colazione buona ma personalmente mi sono mancate le uova.

Posizione strategica per visitare la città a piedi rimanendo al di fuori del centro piu caotico, comodo anche per raggiungere i vaporetti e graziosa la vista sul canale.

Die Lage ist super, mitten in Venedig, tolle Umgebung, sauberes Zimmer mit hohen Decken, insgesamt tolles Gebäude. Frühstück in Ordnung. Man bekommt die ganze Zahl kostenlos Heißgetränke. Wir konnten unser Gepäck nach dem Check Out noch dort lassen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Alles in allem absolut empfehlenswert.

Ein bisschen Jugendherbergscharme (kleines Bad und etwas in die Jahre gekommene Einrichtung) aber sonst alles super.

Posizione favolosa e palazzo magnifico.

The breakfast was great and we felt safe here. The room was very warm and we didn't figure out that we had a/c until we were leaving which was too bad, would have been nice to walk into a room that was already cool. Overall the staff and the hospitality was very good.

The bathroom was small but served our needs. It would have been nice (as already stated) to have a room that was already cooled down. All in all, this is a good place to stay.

La camera era situata nel mezzanino, quindi non si vedeva fuori (c'era il muro di cinta che copriva visuale) e non aveva il bagno all'interno della camera (colpa mia non avevo letto bene la descrizione). Quindi suggerisco di chiedere camere al primo o ancora meglio secondo piano

うるさ過ぎず、でも観光地には程ほど近く、立地が良かった。朝食も美味しかった。

割り当てられた部屋だけ？トイレ・バスが別部屋で鍵が無いと開け閉めできない部屋で、３人なのに鍵１つ。どういうこっちゃ。

Relaxt hotel om te verblijven, met prima ontbijt en gezamenlijk gebruik van de koelkast. Ook fijn om de hele avond koffie, thee en water te kunnen halen in de eetzaal. En goed werkende airco, superfijn na een warme dag in de stad. Op ongeveer een kwartier van het San Marcoplein, maar wel 35 minuten vanaf het eindpunt van de people mover. Maar met een tussenstop ook prima te lopen. We hebben het erg naar onze zin gehad!

L emplacement, le côté pratique même en arrivant tard dans la soirée. L accueil, très bien, parle français, c'est pratique.

The location was great with only 10 minute walk to SanMarco. The receptionists were very friendly and helpful.

On the day of check in, the beds were immaculate and clean but on the second day when we came back to the hotel after shopping the beds were not tidy (I took the photos and showed it to staff) . Also a cleaner was having dinner in the dining room for guests, which shocked me.

The location is terrific - not too far from main attractions and restaurants but quiet and peaceful. The building is beautiful, and they've done a good job to make the rooms comfortable. The host was also very helpful in recommending a place where we could park our car and get a ferry into town, which was a tremendous help.

Breakfast was simple and sometimes you had to wait 5-10 min for the receptionist to arrive.

Sehr saubere und gepflegte Zimmer, leckeres Frühstück (Self-Service in Buffetform), guter Ausgangspunkt, um Venedig zu erkunden: Rialtobrücke ca. 10 Minuten, Markusplatz ca. 15 Minuten. Sehr freundliches Personal. Wir hatten ein 4-Bett-Zimmer mit Duschbad und Klimaanlage, im Hochsommer eine Wohltat. Unser kleiner Hund wurde freundlich begrüßt. Es gibt einen Fahrstuhl bis in den 2. Stock, 3. Etage nur fußläufig erreichbar. Die Unterkunft versteht sich sowohl als Hostel als auch Hotel und hat - je nach Zimmer - etwas Jugendherberge-Charme. Für uns war es perfekt, klare Empfehlung.

El desayuno y el comedor donde se desayuna. La tostadora no tostaba el pan ni teniéndolo 10 minutos. El suelo del comedor retumbaba cuando andaba la gente y como la gente no paraba de moverse fue muy desagradable

Cómodo hospedaje, muy cerca de la Plaza San Marcos, en un antiguo Palazzo. Fácil de llegar, excelente relación precio calidad, y lo mejor el desayuno.

The location is exceptional, tucked away in a quiet corner of Venice while still being convenient for exploring the city. Our room was clean and spacious. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and accommodating throughout our stay. Breakfast was also good, with a nice selection to start the day.

The only downside was the room's design. It had more of an office-like feel than the cozy atmosphere you typically expect from a hotel.

Świetna lokalizacja w nieco spokojniejszej części miasta, 10 min spacerem na Plac św. Marka, blisko również do stacji tramwajów wodnych pływających na Murano i Burano. Obok niezwykła księgarnia Libreria Acqua Alta. Czysto, spokojnie, bardzo pomocny i sympatyczny personel. Wiekimi plusami były całodobowy dostęp do kawy, herbaty, wody oraz możliwość bezpłatnego przechowania bagażu po wymeldowaniu. Smaczne śniadanie. Prywatna łazienka (mieliśmy do niej swóǰ klucz) była na przeciwko pokoju, dosłownie jeden krok korytarzem.

O quarto em que ficamos estava em reforma e tinha pouca iluminação, somente com luminárias.

The location on the water and the air conditioning was a HUGE bonus! The breakfast was amazing as well. It was perfect for our family of 5 adults. We absolutely LOVED this place and would stay again. The charm and character is just amazing.

Habitación privada, pequeña pero funcional, limpia y ordenada con todo lo necesario para una estancia cómoda. Aire acondicionado en la habitación. Desayuno incluido tipo buffet bastante bueno debo decir.

Solo que tenía el baño compartido aunque no fue mayor problema. Un poco alejado de lo más turístico pero nada del otro mundo, con una caminata corta puedes llegar donde quieras!

O banheiro não era dentro do quarto, mas era exclusivo para nosso quarto e foi avisado quando fizemos a reserva. Então não foi um problema!!!

O tecto do nosso quarto estava muito degradado. Tinha rachas por todo o lado, e uma zona tinha tábuas fixas ao tecto para tapar um buraco

- Everything was clean and the room was spacious - The breakfast included was good with a buffet style method and the choice between eggs, sausages, toast, yoghurt, cereal, fruit and cakes - Access to hot and cold drinks 24/7 was super helpful - Initially our aircon did not work but the staff were prompt to get it fixed and then it worked perfectly - We had a few hours before our flight and the accomodation offered to store our bags even though we had checked out

- The location was a 30min walk from the train station but very close to the water taxi, restaurants and shops - We requested a double room as we were a couple but was provided with two single beds which we had to push together. They were never made up to be a double bed so it made sleeping together quite uncomfortable - The shared bathroom was sometimes inconvenient as we had to share with 4 rooms total so it did cause some competition to access the facilities

A localização é óptima, boas vistas, na zona de refeições tinham sempre as máquinas de quentes e frios disponíveis o dia todo para podermos beber uma água fresca ou desfrutar da vista com um café ou chá, funcionários simpáticos

A casa de banho supostamente privada era no exterior do quarto e deu a sensação que não era bem exclusiva daquele quarto

Barbara was an amazing host. We had such a good time in Venice. She talked us into staying an extra night and we had a wonderful time.

The room was amazing. It’s an old building and you just felt the history looking out the windows.

El espacio de la ducha era mejorable (si mides más de 170 cm es incómodo) ya que es abuhardillado. Cortina de la ducha con moho.

La camera, anche se datata, e per un certo verso, giustamente, essendo in un palazzo storico, non era dotata di armadio, nessuna gruccia, nulla dove poter appendere un abito. Poco pratico, i vestiti tutti in giro, nessun cassetto, insomma, per il prezzo richiesto mi aspettavo qualcosa di più, anzi, il minimo indispensabile. Inoltre non ci hanno dotato di telecomando TV, nonostante la richiesta, nessuno è intervenuto. Colazione discreta. Poca scelta.

A hospedagem superou minhas expectativas. A localização é excelente e os funcionários foram extremamente prestativos durante toda a estadia. Foi muito conveniente poder deixar as malas em um depósito antes do check-in e também após o check-out. O café da manhã era delicioso, com grande variedade de opções, e ainda havia café e chás disponíveis 24 horas por dia, o que fez toda a diferença. Certamente me hospedaria novamente.

Het personeel was top. Heel aardig en behulpzaam.

De gedeelde badkamer op de derde verdieping werd gedeeld met drie andere kamers. Dat was niet wat ik verwachtte. Toen we dat aangaven konden we tegen een kleine vergoeding naar een andere kamer met een eigen badkamer.
