Ubytování slibuje kuchyni, ta je ale přítupná poze mezi 12h a 17h. Ručníky za poplatek. Hotel je velmi hlučný (navíc ještě stavební práce v sousedství, ale to je dočasné předpokládám) a za mne špinavý. Postel nepohodlná (tvrdá), koupelna, kde se člověk raději osprchuje za 30 sekund, na wc ulomená štětka atd, atd...

Reviewed Aug 24, 2026Anfitrião extremamente simpatico e um otimo sitio para fazer novas amizades e conectar com pessoas desconhecidas, bem localizado e super boa relacao preco qualidade recomendo muito para quem quer conhecer marrakesh e gastar pouco recomendo a ser extrovertidos que tudo se torna mais engraçado e acolhedor.
Entrada do hostel deixa um pouco a desejar mas de resto um pouco fugido da rua principal mas perto de tudo.

Reviewed Aug 21, 2026The host, I feel awful for forgetting his name already… was very friendly and extremely accommodating. He was quick to help out with recommendations or sort you with a transfer or anything you need for your stay. The facilities were all we needed them to be. Clean and nice and quiet. With a lovely rooftop area.
Being a pampered westerner the only thing a miss was AC however there’s no way I can seriously count that as a negative for the price this hostel offers.

Nous voulions nous faire rembourser deux nuits mais le propriétaire a mis trop de temps à répondre donc nous n’avons même pas eu de remboursement partiel, notre séjour est donc revenu cher pour un hostel Sinon sans problème le prix est adéquat

Reviewed Aug 11, 2026El Riad tiene una ubicación extraordinaria. Hemos sido un grupo de 19 personas y la verdad que el lugar nos ha venido muy bien, por estar junto a la Medina, y porque nos dieron 3 habitaciones para nosotros solos, por lo que ha estado bastante bien el alojamiento. Pudimos dejar el primer dia allí las mochilas, y el último día dejarla todo el día, incluso al regreso no permitió ducharnos. El personal ha sido muy amable en todo momento y muy comprensivo con el tamaño del grupo. Repetiremos a pesar de la calor.
El alojamiento está bien, lo que ocurre que con tanta calor, quizás es complejo al no tener aire acondicionado, pero teniendo en cuenta el tamaño de nuestro grupo, ha sido un acierto este alojamiento. El desayuno a los chicos en general no les ha gustado, pero eran jóvenes. Los adultos si nos ha gustado bastante.

Il ragazzo é molto disponibile e carino, noi siamo arrivate all’una di notte ed é venuto a prenderci fuori dalla Medina

Reviewed Aug 5, 2026Ich kann das Kif Kif Hostel von Herzen empfehlen! Schon vom ersten Moment an habe ich mich unglaublich wohlgefühlt. Die Atmosphäre ist sehr familiär – man fühlt sich nicht wie ein Gast, sondern fast wie ein Teil der Familie. Das gesamte Hostel ist außergewöhnlich sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet. Besonders die wunderschöne Dachterrasse ist ein echtes Highlight – perfekt zum Entspannen, Frühstücken oder um andere Reisende kennenzulernen. Das Frühstück war jeden Morgen frisch, lecker und mit viel Liebe zubereitet. Außerdem ist die Lage super – das Hostel war leicht zu finden und ein perfekter Ausgangspunkt, um Marrakesch zu erkunden. Das Beste sind jedoch die Mitarbeiter. Alle waren unglaublich freundlich, herzlich und jederzeit hilfsbereit. Sie haben sich wirklich Zeit für ihre Gäste genommen und dafür gesorgt, dass man sich rundum wohlfühlt. Da mein Flug erst später ging, durfte ich sogar länger im Hostel bleiben. Das war alles andere als selbstverständlich und hat mir den letzten Tag sehr erleichtert. Man kann hier leider nur 10 von 10 Punkten vergeben – wenn es möglich wäre, würde ich 100 von 10 geben. Vielen Dank an das gesamte Team für die wundervolle Zeit! Ich komme bei meinem nächsten Besuch in Marrakesch definitiv wieder. ❤️

Il fait très chaud même s'il y des ventilateurs dans les dortoirs.

Reviewed Jul 14, 2026L accueil était super, les informations sont claires les réceptionnistes sont très disponibles et cherche à aider et à rendre service. Le petit déjeuner était délicieux et c est très apprécié de pouvoir déjeuner dès 8:00 contrairement à plusieurs établissements chez qui rien n’est possible avant 10:30. La douche était très propre avec un bon jet et de l eau chaude et froide, les toilettes sont propres et il y en a suffisamment, les dortoirs sont bien agencé, on a de l espace et de l air . Et j ai passé la plus grande partie de mon séjour sur le rooftop qui rajoute encore une grande valeur à ce lieu. Je me réjouis de revenir pour y passer mes derniers jours de vacances, car j’ai également eu la possibilité de laisser une partie de mes affaires sur place en lieu sûr! Un grand merci 🙏🏽
Les quelques blattes dans les wc de l entrées ( mais visiblement ils sont arrivés en même temps que moi ).

La qualité du service a été top tous le long du séjour je conseille fortement pour ceux qui veulent être vers le centre Marrakech et pour pas chère !!!

Un grand merci à Karima, Karim ainsi qu’à tout le staff pour leur accueil chaleureux, leur disponibilité et leur gentillesse tout au long du séjour. On s’y sent tout de suite à l’aise. Je recommande cette auberge sans hésiter et j’y reviendrai avec plaisir lors d’un prochain passage.

猫がいるので、苦手な方は注意 かわいい子猫たちです。 WiFiは繋がってない時がたまにあるので確認 １階は問題なく繋がります Google mapの道が変な案内して迷った。 市場を斜めに横切って、アーケードの下を通って左に曲がるのが一番分かりやすいです。 入り組んだ道に入ると迷子になります。 空港からバスで市場近くで降りてそこから10-15分ほど歩きます 市場の声掛けはガン無視してください。

Reviewed Jun 27, 2026L’ostello Kif Kif è l’ideale per chi vuole godersi un soggiorno nella Medina. L’ostello è pulito, fornito di tutti i servizi necessari e ha uno staff incredibile. Abbiamo veramente apprezzato anche il servizio di colazione e la terrazza presente sul tetto per dei momenti di relax. Super super consigliato!!

Crowded and exact location is a bit complex to find , sometimes google map doesn’t take you to the hostel voz it is deep within the streets. The first night was a bit kind of suffocating but then it was fine, good value for money .

He was rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional towards guests. Instead of being helpful, his attitude made the stay even more unpleasant. I would not recommend this hostel to other travelers until significant improvements are made in cleanliness, breakfast quality, and customer service.

Reviewed Jun 16, 2026Kind staff, exceptionnel location for the price, you are literally located in the heart of the old medina, 5min walk and you are at Jamae El FNA just perfect, I couldn't complain about the location XD, the terrace was nice had a view at the famous mosque, nice scenery.
I mean it's a hostel! The beds are alright nothing exceptional, can get very hot there is no ac so keep that in mind, the whole hostel isn't the most futuristic advanced thing, it has that old house vibe to it, if you are looking for something fancy I don't think this is the pick, but hey for the price you CANNOT complain hahaha

Ci hanno dato la possibilità di lasciare i bagagli custoditi durante la nostra notte nel deserto. Hanno organizzato al meglio da e per l'aeroporto. Colazione buonissima! Bellissimo terrazzo dove poter passare la serata e chiacchierare con persone da tutto il mondo. Il plus è la presenza di gattini adorabili!

Es wird angezeigt dass es Parkmöglichkeiten gibt. Leider gab es aber keinen Parkplatz. Wir wurden ca. 10 Minuten entfernt auf eine Straße verwiesen, in der wir kostenpflichtig am Straßenrand parken sollten. Am zweiten Morgen wollten wir frühstücken und auch nach mehrfacher Nachfrage wurden wir ignoriert, sodass wir nach 45 Minuten warten ohne Frühstück gegangen sind. Zudem hatten die Zimmer keine Fenster/Belüftung weshalb es nachts sehr heiß wurde.
