Потрясающее расположение! Милый уютный балкон в номере,который выходит на площадь, где кипит жизнь,с балкона очень красивый вид на соседние колониальные сдания. Рядом полно ресторанов. В 11 вечера заведения закрываются,поэтому ночью шума нет. В номере есть всё необходимое,кондиционер,телевизор, холодильник.

La ubicación y la atención del personal

La ventana no cerraba. No contaba con agua caliente. Le faltaban detalles de mantenimiento

Excelente ubicación: dentro de las murallas, rodeado de bares y restaurantes, muy cerca un supermercado. Personal muy amable, en especial quiero mencionar a la Sra. Fanny y al Sr. Gabriel. La habitación es cómoda. Cuenta con un restaurante que es super recomendable.

Muy buena ubicación y su balcón a la plaza. Una postal única! El personal que nos recibió súper amable.

Faltaba una flor en la ducha (regadera). La mampara del baño no quedaba bien cerrada por lo cual parte del agua se escapaba y mojaba el piso del baño. El wifi con alguna intermitencia

Be aware, you are at plaza san diego, ay night they're os a lot of life 🥰 if you like that, you are right here.

The property is in prime location and all staff was excellent. Everyone was super helpful and anything we needed would get taken care of.

2 days out of the week we had no water so we couldn’t shower, brush our teeth or flush the toilet. It wasn’t the hotels fault since it was a city thing is what we were told.

- Location. The location is great if you can withstand the noise all hours into the night. Close to everything and central. Tucked away inside a smaller but popular square. No noise isolation. -Breakfast. 2 options but made fresh and good. Nothing amazing and you can’t even choose fruit juice and coffee at the same time but a high point among the numerous disappointments. definitely not a determining factor in staying here though. Oh they also do not bring water unless you ask. -Staff. Minus the breakfast lady, the staff are very friendly and helpful despite the language barrier for us. I do believe that they genuinely want to make the rooms for rent better, but that's just my hunch.

This is an important review for anyone wishing to stay at this hotel. I think it's important to know that this is basically a restaurant that has four rooms available above it. By no traditional sense of the definition does this resemble anything close to a hotel. Cons: - not all rooms are created equal. Room 4 was shockingly dirty, old and out of date. Black mold in the bathroom, visible dust and dirt in the room, on top of the single and only garbage can, visible dust on a fan that didn't work but also seemed neglected for years -hardly any water pressure and no hot water (yes, believe the other reviews) -a ROCK HARD mattress. We were able to see the other mattresses in the other rooms as they were being cleaned and this was only in room 4. We honestly had no idea mattresses could be made that firm. -the noise. Now the hustle and hustle from the balcony side was expected. Cartagena is touristy and loud, and while the balcony doors provide 0 protection from the noise, we came in Knowing this was the case. The part that was unforgivable was the noise from the restaurant below. Literally below. After a long a night of serving until late, all you hear is the noise from the kitchen cleaning, well past midnight. Again, this goes back to this "hotel" being really just a side gig for the owners of the restaurant. -we stayed here 3 nights and not not once was our room cleaned, sheets changed or bed made or garbage can emptied. Again, a bunch of restaurant owners renting out 4 rooms above their restaurant. Not a "hotel" -the early morning music blasting from the restaurant. This I think is partially a cultural difference, but the breakfast staff seems to just be blasting music that they want to listen to at 8am. Again, no sense of how to run a hospitality business. - The Staff. Really just 1 con here and it was the horrible attitude of the woman who serves breakfast. Rude, dismissive and really just a buzz kill when you wake up.

I loved supporting a family business rather than big, snobby hotel chain! The family was so nice greeting me each time they saw me and it made staying there very pleasant. I appreciated the air conditioning and lovely breakfasts that overlooked the courtyard.

The WiFi is not great. Thank goodness I didn’t have a lot of calls and only one where I had to be on video when miraculously the wifi was excellent. It was very spotty so for a digital nomad or someone who needs their space to have good wifi and a desk to work at, I would not suggest this place. It’s a great place if you’re looking for an affordable option in the heart of Cartagena and love supporting a family business however. (I also suggest the shower drains better if at all possible)

the staff are nice enough to check me in very early. They are accommodating to my needs. I would stay here again. It is located close to everything in the inner city wall.

It is not their fault but it is located in front of plaza where people still singing even at 10pm.

The room had everything we needed. The location is great overlooking a small Plaza. And the staff was very helpful and friendly.

A little noisy at night but not bad compared to many other places I have stayed in Colombia.
