Este hostel tiene muy buena atención, calidad de servicio y mucha amabilidad. Mohammed Ali cuida del hostel y de que todos los huéspedes se encuentren bien incluso integrandote en la propia cultura marroquí. Tienes que vivirlo! Hay tranquilidad y buen cous cous!

Viaje con una amiga y lo mejor de la estancia en el Riad fue poder estar acompañadas de Mohammed Ali, el anfitrión siempre estaba atento por si nos faltaba algo, y además nos integró en su cultura y familia. Nos sentimos dos más de la casa. Si vuelvo iré allí solo por lo cuidada que me sentí!

El personal, todo es súper amable y dispuesto a ayudar. El desayuno perfecto y la ubicación es lo que se lleva todos los premios! Te queda cerca todos a los puntos de interés es increíble.

En mi ignorancia no sé si se pueda llamar un Riad, pues no es lo que había visto en videos. El baño de la habitación privada es bien pequeño pero por el precio lo vale.

La ubicación me pareció muy bien, cerca del centro, con mercado justo debajo del hostel, más cerca imposible. Muy lindo recorrer y perderse por las calles, y ver tantos detalles en cada rincón.

Lo único es que el desayuno podría ser un poco mejor, pero por el precio está ok. Eso sería lo único, pero tampoco es que no me gustó.

La posizione è molto buona: abbastanza vicina alla piazza principale ma fuori dal caos e accessibile con i mezzi, perciò ottimo punto per pick-up pre-tour. Ambiente complessivamente carino, ragazzo del Riad gentile, carina la terrazza.

La camera aveva un forte odore di umido e la stanza WC era talmente piccola che le gambe toccavano la porta. Avevamo la colazione inclusa ma non è stato possibile usufruirne perché la mattina dopo partivamo presto per un tour e il ragazzo del Riad ci ha detto che non poteva fornirci in anticipo la colazione.

Os quartos dan para a rua e tem muito barulho. Nao tem ar condicionado. O cafe da manha marroqui nao tem frutas ou alguma coisa que nao seja pao ou ovo.

Mohamed Ali es el anfitrión de este hostel, es un chico de origen sahariano muy majo, y que ha hecho que mi estancia sea muy cómoda.

La struttura è pulita, in un ottima posizione (molto sicura rispetto ad altre) e i proprietari sono fantastici! Mohamed parla tante lingue e questo facilita tutto, è molto gentile e disponibile, se hai bisogno di qualsiasi cosa ce lui! Numero uno! Mio fratello 💪🏻

The staff were absolutely lovely and made me feel very welcome and taken care of, especially as a solo female traveler. They were always available whenever I needed anything and genuinely went out of their way to help. What I especially appreciated was how thoughtful they were — I overslept breakfast a few times, and even hours after breakfast had officially finished, they would still bring it to my room without me even asking. It's also amazing value for money. The price is very affordable, especially considering the hospitality and everything you get during your stay. For budget travelers or backpackers looking for an inexpensive place to stay in Marrakech, I think it's a great choice.

The main thing I would suggest improving is the security of the female dorm. The door cannot be locked and basically stays open all the time. As a solo female traveler, this made me feel a little uncomfortable at first, as technically anyone could just walk into the room. It would be great to have some kind of lock to make it feel more secure. Another thing to keep in mind is that the bathroom is located outside the room and is shared with guests from other rooms, including men. It wasn't a major issue for me, but I think it's useful for other female travelers to know this in advance. The hostel is located inside the old Medina, and for someone who isn't used to travelling in this part of the world, the surroundings can feel a little intimidating and scary at first. I personally felt completely fine there, so I wouldn't really consider it a negative — just something worth being prepared for.

What stood out the most was the exceptional hospitality and kindness of Mohammed Ali. He was always helpful, friendly, and willing to assist with any questions or requests, making my stay much more enjoyable

It’s was really good on of the best hostels I’ve ever been in , the staff are very kind and welcoming to foreigners and moroccans as well , the place was clean and feels like home

Quiet, quaint and pretty inside

The area is in the Old Town - very busy and loud, but it definitely has those Moroccan vibes. The breakfast was delicious and very traditional, which we really appreciated. The tourist tax was €25 for two people for 5 nights. The two guys running the place are very nice and helpful, and the cleaning lady was lovely. The place is clean, and everyone is very welcoming. Unfortunately, we did get bitten by something in our room, although we’re not sure what it was. Overall experience: 8/10 for a hostel - good standards, good price, and very friendly staff!

Habitación supuestamente con aire acondicionado que terminó siendo solo un ventilador, ventanas al salón que no se podían cerrar, donde no se pide a los clientes que no hagan ruido. Había una cucaracha muerta debajo de la cama, que para mí no es problema pero una de las personas de la habitación les tenía fobia (una revisión de última hora lo arreglaría). No nos daban llave de la habitación que se quedaba abierta y por una taquilla te cobraban 5 euros!! Había una puerta abierta a un callejón constante y nuestra habitación estaba cerca… nos fuimos a las dos horas de llegar y se negaron a devolvernos la tasa municipal, por 2 horas de estancia! Toallas 1 euros, sábana 1 euros… el frigorífico no enfriaba.

Een prima hostel met voldoende fasciliteiten en een mooi dakterras op een locatie die dicht bij de meeste bezienswaardigheden. Het personeel helpt je daar waar ze kunnen.

In de avond wat lastiger te vinden. Als een locaal iemand me niet geholpen had, was ik gemakkelijk aan de deut voorbij gelopen. Geen helder naambordje. Google verwees me aanvankelijk via kleine zijstraatjes, waar ik helemaal vast liep.

El Hostel es muy lindo y cómodo. El personal es muy agradable. Los espacios comunes son muy lindos. La habitación tenía aire acondicionado. Está muy bien ubicado.

The place was great and very welcoming, especially Ali, who was incredibly kind and attentive. They usually close the door at 2 a.m., but he went out of his way to give me his number so I could call if I returned later, and he would open the door for me. Really appreciated the extra effort and hospitality!

The only downside was that you don’t get your own key, so you have to ring the bell and wait for someone to open the door whenever you come back. However, I think this is common in most hostels in Marrakech, so it wasn’t a major issue.

Mir hat alles gefallen, es war eine tolle entspannte zeit, ich war meistens nur zum schlafen dort aber die Leute die dort gearbeitet haben waren sehr freundlich und nett. Man trifft dort auch sehr coole Menschen und frühstück ist auch gut. Kann ich nur empfehlen👍 ich war am 19-25 Juni 2026 hier und würde gerne wieder buchen.

Mir fällt nichts ein außer das es ungefähr zu fuss 15 min von großen Marktplatz entfernt ist. Aber dafür auf dem weg in den Zentrum erlebt man extrem vieles👍

Il n’y a pas de clé pour la chambre malheureusement . Un peu bruiant..

L'ospitalità del proprietario è stata veramente eccellente: ci ha fatti sentire come a casa. Peccato aver soggiornato li solamente per una notte. Anche la posizione è veramente ottimo eoe poter visitare comodamente.

Il bagno potrebbe essere migliorato.

El desayuno estaba muy bueno. La ventana sin ruídos funcionó muy bien, ademas del aire que también estaba bien.

La ubicación podria ser mejor. Para adentrar al riad tenemos siempre que llamar a alguien. No tenemos llaves ni nada, esto puede ser un poco molesto ya que la Calle era muy intensa.

Nos gustó todo. Ubicación perfecta, muy cerca del centro, apenas 10 min andando. La atención fue increíble, nos trataron genial, muy serviciales y el desayuno riquísimo. Tiene una terraza muy guay donde subirte a relajarte después del movimiento del centro de la ciudad. Sin duda, si volvemos a Marrakech, volveríamos.

Acordamos tener el desayuno media hora antes del horario habitual. Cuando nos levantamos no havia desayuno, nos dejaron colgados un tubimos que buscarnosla vida. Calor en Las habitaciones.

Colazione buonissima, abbiamo dovuto attendere un po' rispetto all orario che ci era stato comunicato, ma preparato tutto al momento.

Peccato che sii sono dimenticati di mandarci la navetta che avevamo già precedentemente prenotato, per fortuna hanno rimediato chiamando un taxi facendoci attendere solo una mezz'ora in più....

Pretty standard hostel but the staff were so amazing and kind. I was sick with food poisoning when i arrived and the staff went so out of their way to help me and make me feel comfortable and didn’t look for anything in return. So so grateful!

There is only air conditioning in certain rooms! Take note when booking especially for summer in Marrakesh as the heat is not a joke!

Chambre donnant sur la rue : très bruyant Insonorisation de l'immeuble : il n'y en a pas. On entend tout ce qu'il se passe dans la rue et dans l'immeuble. Douche + wc dans un placard Petit déjeuner au sous sol du riad (dommage, il y a une terrasse sur le toit). Horaire de 8h à 10h. Pas prêt à 8h. Pour rentrer dans le riad, pas de clé commune. Il faut sonner et attendre d'un gardien nous ouvre.

I liked the hospitality, they were really kind, generous and welcoming. The room was clean and I really liked the breakfast because they were giving traditional marrocan food. I went with them to Essaouira , the pick up was from the hostel , it was comfortable, good and they also accompanied to that place. I got the experience as a local and it was unforgettable. Until next time, can't wait!!

La ubicación era buena, a tan solo 10 minutos de la plaza en línea recta no tenía pérdida. Es una gran parte a tener en cuenta si buscas algo por el estilo.

La limpieza deja mucho que desear, las sábanas manchadas, cucarachas, polvo en la puerta, etc.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms and the bathrooms were cleaned every day and there was attention to details. The rooftop was pleasant.

One of the bathrooms had a bad smell from the sewer and excess of humidity. It was right in front of the street so it could get very noisy at night.

It was amazing ! J'ai passé les jours de Aid là-bas ,c'était comme chez moi. Abdrahim est le hôte just magnifique très généreux . Surtout j'ai adoré la terrasse. Sans oublier le rapport qualité prix je le note 10/10. Thank u, HOSTEL JAD ZIAD.
