Anstay Beach Da Nang

We had a very pleasant stay at Anstay Beach. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and the sea view was beautiful. The beach right in front of the building is much quieter and more peaceful than the busy My Khe area, which we actually really enjoyed. It is great for swimming, relaxing, and taking a walk along the coast. Sometimes you can even see local fishermen pulling in their nets from the beach, which gives the area a very charming and authentic atmosphere. The rooftop is a shared area with a lovely sea view, and there is also a washing machine available for guests to use, which was very convenient for a longer stay. There are several local restaurants and small eateries nearby, so it is easy to try Vietnamese food without going far. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay. I would recommend this place especially to travelers who prefer a peaceful seaside atmosphere rather than a crowded and busy tourist beach.

Really enjoyed our stay here. The apartment was very clean, comfortable, and the sea view was one of the best parts of the stay. The beach in front of the building is peaceful and not overly crowded, which was perfect for us. It feels more local and relaxed than the main tourist beach area. We went swimming several times and also enjoyed watching the fishermen working along the shore in the early morning. It was a very nice and authentic experience. The rooftop is also a great bonus. It is a shared space with an open sea view, and guests can use the washing machine there, which was very useful. There are a few local food places nearby, so you can easily find simple Vietnamese meals within walking distance. A good choice if you are looking for a quieter beach stay rather than nightlife and a busy tourist atmosphere. We would happily stay again.

Звукоизоляции ноль В 5.30 у всех подъём - на зарядку на пляж- проснетесь и вы тоже. Вокруг просто мусорная свалка. Таракан (огромный летающий и прыгающий) может ждать вас в лифте, как и нас. Шумные кондиционеры, у которых не особо работала программа. При заселении на полу был песок. Попросила помыть полы - пришла женщина: подмела и протерла пол, не отодвигая ни стулье ни стола.. Я сама ходила и сдвигала ей все, чтобы нормально убралась. Ни тряпочек, ни средств для уборки нет - хоть и заявлено в описании номера. Белье на кроватях синтетическое - волосы стояли дыбом от него. Очень неприятно на нем спать - прям кололось. Смачивали водой постоянно, убирая статику. Подушки несвежие сами по себе, комками. Сервис нулевой. Просто номер с плитой холодильником, телевизор, кровать.. Близко плаж Возможно, если на долго снимать- купить все: постель, фери, тряпки, веник - самому цзощицать за жильём - то норм. Вопрос цены.. Но если на недельку - много неприятных ощущений. В дананге выбор есть. Можно поискать чтото покомфортнее.

La chambre, tout comme l'hotel était très mignon et relativement bien placé. La réceptionniste (quand elle est là) est très sympa. Gros point positif pour les machines à laver en libre service à l'étage.

Super mal insonorisé. On entend tout, j'ai très mal dormi. Je ne comprends pas les commentaires qui disent que c'est calme, je pense que ça dépend des voisins, mais on entend vraiment tous les étages !!

The view of the ocean from my room is beautiful. The room is big and comfortable The big TV has Netflix.. free washing clothes. Beautiful roof views with comfortable seating.. Great staff.. 2 minutes walk to the beach restaurants and markets very close.. there are bakeries and coffee shops a block away. Very fast internet.

They charge 5 percent to use bank cards. The door to the apartment can be tricky to open. The kettle plug didn't fit the outlets . I miss bottled water every day.. The balcony is very thin. No room for a chair. It is very difficult to work at adesk because the refrigerator is there

Great location, beach is just across the street. Good apartment - 2 bedrooms and 2 toilets. Hood communivation with accomodation, let us check in early.

5% for paying with credit card is too much, usual gee is 2-3 %.

J'ai réservé un appartement avec balcon comme l'indiquait la photo du descriptif mais en réalité le fameux balcon faisait 10 centimètre de large, l'hôtel est entouré de terrains remplis de détritus, il n'y avait pas souvent de personnel à l'accueil

Die Zimmer sind modern und sauber. Das Hotel liegt direkt am Strand. Der Check-in und Check-out war sehr unkompliziert

Die Rezeption ist nicht ständig besetzt. Man muss eine Nachricht schreiben und warten, dann kommt jemand (kann aber gerne 15-20 min dauern). Das ist eher unpraktisch.

View biển tuyệt vời. Cách biển có vài bước chân. Bãi biển rất đẹp. Khu vực không quá ồn ào nhưng cũng không quá vắng vẻ.

Clean apartment with enough space for our family of 5. Restaurants close by as well as mini supermarkets making it very convenient. Beach clubs just a short taxi ride away and the beach was directly opposite the apartment

This was my second time staying at this beachfront studio apartment, and it was just as wonderful as I remembered. The building has been recently renovated and is now very clean and well maintained. The view overlooking the beach is absolutely beautiful and makes every morning and evening special. The host was, once again, incredibly friendly and supportive throughout my stay. I also really enjoyed spending my afternoons at the beach right in front of the building — such a relaxing and peaceful experience. I will definitely come back again in the future.

I had a wonderful stay at this apartment by the beach. The location is absolutely beautiful and peaceful, far less crowded and touristy than My Khe Beach. The beach here is clean, quiet, and perfect for swimming or even surfing. In the early morning, you can watch local fishermen pulling their nets by the shore — such a romantic and authentic scene. One of my favorite parts was the amazing rooftop view of the ocean and coastline. It was the perfect place to relax, especially at sunrise and sunset. The check-in and check-out process was super easy with self check-in and self check-out, which gave me a lot of privacy and freedom. Every guest has their own access code, so the building feels very secure while still being convenient. I often came back very late at night after going out, and I never had to disturb anyone. The neighborhood also feels incredibly safe and relaxed — maybe that’s something special about Da Nang. I was surprised to see motorbikes parked outside overnight without guards or even locks, and everything was totally fine 😂 Highly recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful beach stay with beautiful views, privacy, and a more local atmosphere.

We had a wonderful family stay at Anstay Beach apartment. The location is fantastic—right by a beautiful beach, just a few steps away from the swimming area and a great spot for SUP and surfing. There is also convenient parking available for those traveling by car. The apartment itself was clean and well-equipped with all the basic amenities we needed. Check-in and check-out were very flexible and easy, with a smooth self check-in process. Access to the building felt safe and convenient with a personal access code. The host was also very accommodating with housekeeping arrangements—we appreciated the flexibility as we preferred more privacy and only requested cleaning occasionally. Overall, a very comfortable and enjoyable stay for our family.

I had a great stay at this cozy studio at Anstay Beach Da Nang. The host was very responsive, friendly, and always ready to help whenever needed, which made the whole experience smooth and comfortable. The area is peaceful and located right by a beautiful beach that is not overly crowded like other parts of Da Nang. It’s perfect if you’re looking for a more relaxing and quiet atmosphere. Getting around is also very convenient—you can easily reach anywhere in the city using ride-hailing apps. Overall, it’s a lovely place to stay, especially if you value comfort, tranquility, and a great beach nearby.

The room was clean and the Ac worked good.

Worst apartment I had in Vietnam. I felt not safe at all the host didn't want to refund me after I noticed there was a breach in security in my room. And when I showered, the door open itself. I came back from groceries and the door also could be open without the key room. He said there was a battery issue but I didn't feel safe. The cameras only points to the elevator and one room. There are three rooms on each floors and two of them are not under surveillance so if your door is starting to be out of battery and you have bad intentioned person next to your room you can be in danger since your door will not lock. The host didn't care and didn't want to refund me anything. He didn't care about the security breach, he just replaced the battery and said everything is fine you can leave it's not in the policy. I am gonna pursue the matter with booking when I come back to France. Please everyone be safe

It was a good week. Staff very kind and helpful. So close to the beach. Shops local. Easy to get into main streets with no issue.

Không đánh giá về phòng được vì ko có cơ hội ở. Nhà mình đi phượt bằng ô tô, thích đâu dừng đó. Lúc đầu đã định ở lại Huế nhưng sau khi ăn trưa còn sớm nên gia đình quyết định đi sang Đà Nẵng. Đặt phòng trên Booking, chủ Homes còn gọi xác nhận mấy giờ đến để tiện đón tiếp. Vậy mà chỉ ít phút sau, chủ home đã gọi báo hết phòng. Vậy phòng trống trên Booking là gì? Nghe nói hôm đó Đà nẵng Hội An cháy phòng, chắc có lẽ có người đặt giá tốt hơn nên hủy phòng của gia đình mình. Nói chung là nguyên nhân thế nào thì kết quả cũng rất tệ!

Nothing good was there about the host nor the stay at all , they cancelled my booking and did not allowe me to enter the facility even though i had the booking confirmed he texted me you are not allowed to enter because you haven't transferred the money via bank account though the payment type was based on pay at the properly.

Хозяева очень гостеприимные и отзывчивые. Расположение хорошее прям возле моря. В апартаментах с видом на пляж было две комнаты, одна видовая, вторая более тихая и я смогла хорошо отдохнуть. Есть кухня и все необходимое для приготовлении еды, также стиральная машина, что несомненно является большим преимуществом для меня. Рада была проживать в этом месте.

had a wonderful stay at the beachfront apartment at Anstay Beach. The ocean view from the room was truly amazing — waking up to the sound of the waves and the peaceful, clean beach was unforgettable. You can even go paddle-boarding (SUP) right in front of the building, which was a fantastic experience. There’s also a very beautiful café called Cá Gỗ just 200 meters away, perfect for relaxing with a drink. The apartment itself is spacious, spotless, and fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The host is friendly, helpful, and always ready to support whenever needed. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a peaceful and comfortable beach getaway.

The location (at the more local end of the resort) and view from the communal rooftop terrace and living room. Very comfortable and spacious for a family of 4. Two bathrooms!

Not really a negative but the owner’s weren’t really around to advise us but could be contacted by WhatsApp and kindly let us use the washing machine on the top floor.

Room is small and old. Towels look old. Bed sheets are also old. This property really needs some upgrades. Family suite is not a suite. Balcony is not a balcony. Charge extra fee for paying by credit card. However, the location is the best. Walking only 3 minutes to the beach.

Die Unterkunft befindet sich in einer guten Lage etwas abseits der Hot-Spots. Generell ruhiger gelegen. Der Strand ist 2 Minuten Fußweg entfernt, was sehr vorteilhaft ist. Zudem ist hier auch weniger los… super zum entspannen. Die Vermieter waren sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Es gibt vor dem Gebäude genügend Stellplätze für Roller, das ist ideal.

Man merkt, dass es auf der Rückseite des Gebäudes gerade in den Morgen- und Abendstunden verstärkt Lärm kommt. Zudem sind die Fenster nicht ideal gedämmt. Leider war die Klimaanlage auch etwas laut trotz Schlaffunktion.

Walking distance to the beach and a good bahn mi stand

Kinda far out, it's a grab ride to decent restaurants. Scooters parked where getting in or out of the building can be a challenge. You have to enter a number code to get in the front door, sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. It was not unusual to have to enter the code numerous times before it decides to let you in.

Fantastic location! The beach is literally a minutes walk away. The room was spacious and perfect for those who want to cook something with a sink, induction, and kettle available.

The property advertises a 24-hour front desk, however, that is simply not true. From late night to early morning, if you want drinking water, get locked outside, or anything else, then tough luck. The bathroom did not have a hand wash, so using the shower gel was the next best option. To pay for the booking they said there was a 8% charge on card, so cash is preferred. They said I could pay the next day by cash and after I agreed, they requested they keep my passport as a guarantee! I've never seen that before. Not sure if I would recommend this place to everyone. Depends on their expectations from the property.

Noisy air conditioning right over the head of the bed. Being charged 150,000 vds for having towels changed on 3rd day of a 5 night stay, because one towel had makeup on and the hotel don't do a hot wash. Resulting in 3 of us using our beach towels for the remainder of our stay, for fear any mark would upset the staff; and despite 3 other hotels in Vietnam on our recent travels, having no problem with make up on towels. Also, forcing us to hand-wash the hotel towels to ensure there was no marks on them when leaving. See photos. Poor layout of main room forcing you to have an ugly view, of what looked like a derelict building. See photo. Failure to empty bins-When we asked if the staff could empty the bins, they professed to not understand English, but saw the bins were overflowing and needed emptying as would happen after 3 days,but left them overflowing when entering the rooms. Staff were nowhere to be seen and seemed inexperienced in hospitality when we did have contact.When we were going out for the day they came running over to us from a room at the back of the hotel to ask if we were checking out, which was really upsetting as we had already paid on the day of arrival, and we're really perplexed at their approach. No safe luggage storage- When we asked if we could leave our luggage after checking out, the only place available was by the front door on an unmanned reception area. Where two people had been sitting who were merely making enquiries, but no staff were dealing with them.The whole experience was very unsettling, and we couldn't wait to leave.
