Прекрасное расположение, прекрасный персонал, хорошие завтраки, в общем и целом очень понравилось по цене и качеству это самый лучший вариант ещё и бассейн на крыше.

The staff were friendly and helpful. We tried to find a nearby pharmacy close to midnight, and the staff quickly located one for us. He even offered to let us use his motorbike. We stayed for four nights and really enjoyed the atmosphere at Dolphin Hotel and our time in Da Nang.

I am a day swimmer and the pool is a little bit small for me.

Las instalaciones del hotel no están mal. El gimnasio, piscina y habitaciones muy bien.

El desayuno es algo escaso, pero hay muchas opciones de comer fuera.

Staff gentilissimo, ci hanno permesso di fare colazione poco prima dell’inizio del turno perché avevamo un volo. Appartamento grande e pulito con 2 camere e due bagni. Vicino alla spiaggia

In effetti in uno dei due bagni c’è solo un vetro per separarlo dalla stanza ( una tenda copre solo metà), dipende con chi si va in vacanza. Per il centro serve un grab.

Really close to the beach, and an amazing seafood restaurant at 3 min walking. Nice pool and nice breakfast

Nicht alle Angebotenen Ausflugsmöglichkeiten konnten wirklich über das Hotel gebucht werden. Frühstück nett aber bedürftige Auswahl.

Camera a fost foarte spatioasa, curata, bine compartimentata si echipata. Stafful a fost incredibil de dragut si receptiv. Micul dejun bun. Locatia foarte buna, aproape de plaja. La ultimul etaj se afla piscina hotelului care iti ofera un view frumos asupra orasului si plajei, in special seara

The room I had ordered had a bad (mold-ish) olor and I asked to change it but since the hotel was almost fully booked I actually got downgraded instead of an upgraded. The 2'nd room didn't have the smell and was a bit cleaner but it was on a lower floor with a horrible view. I expected more from the hotel since it was recommended to me. The pool upstairs was small (felt much smaller than on the photos) and a lot of construction going on around the hotel. I would say it was 5-6/10 overall. Maybe other rooms would have been a better experience. I just stayed one night.

Helpful and friendly staff. Great breakfast. They were well prepared and able to help out give directions to everything and more. Couldn’t rate highly enough. Space was excellent especially considering the price.

It is not beachfront but very good distance from the beach. The staff is very friendly and breakfast also relatively healthy. Close to a lot of locations and also suggests what to do in the city + tours

The fact that tv does not work( breakfast choices are somehow limited. Also the view is mid and the sauna is not working. Gym is kind of small.

Location was fabulous for the beach, eating and getting around De Nang. The staff were incredible, friendly, kind helpful. The hotel was best value for money, clean, comfortable, great size could easily live there.

Staff molto gentile e disponibile. L’appartamento con due stanze e due bagni è ottimo per gruppi più numerosi in quanto permette di avere la cucina e il salone in comune. La piscina e la sauna sul rooftop sono veramente stupende.

La colazione molto scarna e limitata. Il bagno in stanza con la porta trasparente di vetro non permette assolutamente di avere la privacy dovuta.

La atención del personal fue excelente, todo muy limpio y muy correcto. Sabanas, cama y toalla excelentes. Nos hicieron el desayuno para llevar porque saliamos temprano por la mañana.

예약 및 체크인 과정이 아쉬웠습니다. Booking을 통해 성인 2명, 어린이 2명(6세, 1세), 총 4명으로 예약했고 예약 확정도 받은 상태였습니다. 그런데 체크인할 때 직원이 예약 인원이 3명이라며 추가 요금이 필요하다고 했습니다. 그래서 booking 예약 내역을 직접 보여주며 처음부터 4명으로 예약했고 호텔에서도 해당 예약을 확정했다고 설명했습니다. 제가 예약 내역을 보여준 후에야 직원이 다시 확인하고 4명이 맞다고 했습니다. 추가 요금을 내지는 않았지만, 체크인 전에 예약 인원조차 제대로 확인되지 않았다는 점은 아쉬웠습니다. 또한 객실에 좋지 않은 냄새가 나서 머무는 동안 불편했습니다.

We konden eerder in het appartement terecht en dat was heel fijn. Vriendelijke ontvangst bij receptie. Goede ligging tov het strand. Ontbijt was goed. Kamers waren schoon en appartement is ruim van opzet. Handig via whatsapp allerlei informatie gekregen.

The Stuff is exceptional everybody does their at most best to make the stay as comfortable as possible. The services are adjusted to your comfort. Everytime after breakfast we would be asked if we needed water, the room cleaned or anything else and every request was handled professional and immediately.

We didn't like that we were only informed a day before arrival that there a ongoing construction sides that could interfere with our peace. However they mostly interfered with our view wich turned into a construction side rather than the sea. However after we announced the issue we could change to the highest room after a few days. However there is no clear sea view anymore since alot of building protects are rising.

Fantastic studio apartment with excellent bedding and A/C . Would definitely recommend and stay again. The staff were very friendly and helpful, would have stayed longer if we could.

Sehr herzliches Personal. Sehr gut ausgestattetes Apartment, jeden Tag gab es 2 Flaschen Wasser. Der Strand ist fussläufig in 3 Minuten zu erreichen. Frühstück lokal und europäisch ausgerichtet.

Leider sind derzeit viele Baustellen in der Nähe.

La piscine sur le toit la chambre était très propre et spacieuse non loin de la plage . Le mobilier était top pareil pour les équipements.

Le petit déjeuner a encore une petite marge d'amélioration. Mais dans l'ensemble c'était très correct.

The beds and pillows were comfortable, unfortunately that’s about as positive as I can be.

The location was our main gripe - construction work right outside our room from 6am till 11:30pm. Surrounded the full hotel, you could not escape it. If you went to the pool, you’d have to endure the sound all day. The pool area had a pane of safety glass missing leaving an open gap…on a rooftop pool. The hotel was clean-ish but there are grubby marks throughout the place, mainly in the shower area, walls, wooden slats missing from blinds etc. The breakfast was sparse and disappointing. Whilst we can cope with a poor breakfast and grubby marks for a few days, we did report the noise given that our family room faced directly on to a building site. The staff did make an attempt to find alternative accommodation for us but given that we are a family of 5, options are limited for rooms that could accommodate us at this late stage. I felt staff brushed off our concerns, repeatedly stating that they are “cheaper than other hotels in the area” like we shouldn’t have any reason to complain and that they can’t control the construction work going on in the area. That may well be the case but there are still safety standards that they should be upholding and replacing the pane of glass on the rooftop pool should be a priority for them before someone gets seriously hurt.

L hôtel est top nous avions un appartement très spacieux. L emplacement est bien car éloigné du grand axe bruyant mais le quartier est tout en travaux et moche.

Emplacement avec un hôtel entouré d immeubles en construction avec bcp de bruit la nuit. Petit déjeuner franchement nul avec très peu de choix. Télé qui ne marche pas. Juste un boîtier d iptv à payer en plus Piscine miniscule

Отличный отель и большой номер! Очень хорошие завтраки. Есть удобный балеон с видом на иоре. Большой холодильник и всё для приготовления в номере. Кроме этого чистый бассейн и сауна. Всё идеально и очень понравилось. Большое спасибо персоналу! Всегда помогали во всех вопросах!

Everything about the room was great - the size of the room, the bathroom and shower, and the comfort of the beds exceeded our expectations. The staff were super helpful and allowed us to use the facilities after we checked out, as well as store our luggage as we waited for our sleeper bus. They also provided us with recommendations for food, activities, and travel in Da Nang which we found helpful. The pool was clean and well maintained, and the gym had a wide range of equipment. The breakfast was nice with eggs made to order. Location was ideal - slightly away from the more busy section of the beachfront, but only a short walk from My Khe beach and the shops

Nothing that we didn’t like

The staff is very attentive and kind. As an independent hotel, they maintain the property very clean and well and saw many other guests using gym and rooftop pool. Also loved the breakfast - they rotate the vietnamese noodle dish for breakfast daily and liked all of them.

Location was a bit off the centre. I was going to travel to Son Tra so it was convenient for me and using Grab everytime made everything easy though.

Loved proximity to beach, the rooftop pool was very refreshing, and staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was more of an apartment style which made it very comfortable too live in for longer stays.

Everything looks like a brand new. Comfortable zonated room, clean, white and pure beddings. They offers breakfast, small gym and rooftop cozy pool. The location is just few mines to the beach. If you need the central part - have to have 20-30 minutes walk. Smily and welcoming stuff.

There was no view from the window, just the wall.

schönes Hotel etwas abseits von Trubel (also kaum Lärm) aber mit kurzer Entfernung zum Strand. Frühstück war gut. Fitnessraum war vorhanden - aber nicht genutzt, Sauna leider auch nicht. Pool war auch ganz gut, tolle Sicht auf die Stadt am Abend aber dadurch das es keinen Sonnenschutz gibt war natürlich das Wasser ziemlich warm und keine Wirkliche Abkühlung. Hatte mir für die 9 Tage dann einen Scooter gemietet (trotzdem es versicherungstechnisch eine Grauzone ist) um damit dann in die An Thuong Area oder anderswo hinzukommen, deutlich flexibler und dann auch günstiger auf Dauer als Sicht jedes Mal einen diesen rasenden GrabScooter zu mieten.

Overall great. Staff was really attentive.

Breakfast variety

Für diesen Preis ein außergewöhnlich gutes Hotel sehr sauber alles neu renoviert mit kleinen Pool auf dem Dach und eigentlich in guter Lage weil in 5 Minuten mit dem Motorrad alles erreicht wird ansonsten gibt es auch zu Fuß in der Nähe Restaurants in 3 Minuten Entfernung es ist ideal wenn man seine Ruhe haben will aber auch ideal wenn man feiern will weil wie gesagt alles nur fünf Minuten entfernt ist absolute Empfehlung wenn man das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis berücksichtigt auch das Frühstück ist völlig in Ordnung wenn man keine riesen Ansprüche stellt

Es gibt in der Nähe zwei drei Baustellen aber dafür kann das Hotel nichts wenn wir nicht sonderlich empfindlich ist stört das aber auch nicht da man eh nicht den ganzen Tag im Hotel verbringt

I am a vegetarian. I was told the fried rice in breakfast has only eggs. However in my plate I saw meat in the fried rice. I showed to the person at the counter and they said sorry. How can a sorry help?
