Very clean property and helpful staff.

Location to exhibition hall, spaces rooms, very clean good gym

Breakfast needs a lot of improvements. No egg counter, sausages very poor quality and croissants and bread item very poor.

The staff was really help full they tryed really hard to understand us and meeting all oir request . Recomend and will surely book again

50% more expensive than Hapton by Hilton which is a similar product. If it was a bit cheaper I would use this hotel all of the time!

Le personnel qui ne parle pas un seul mot d’anglais. La baignoire qui ne peut être utilisée que par des nains.

Все было чудесно. Персонал отзывчивый, номера просторные. После выезда возник вопрос - и в WeChat персонал помог его решить. Завтрак в отеле ориентирован на азиатскую кухню, что я скорее отмечу как особенность отеля, нежели как недостаток. В номерах бесплатный мини бар и кофемашина.

La ubicación del hotel para desplazarse a la feria de Cantón era bastante buena, y la habitación amplia para poder trabajar.

El desayuno un auténtico desastre, poco que escoger y muy malo, aparte de la falta de limpieza en todo el conjunto del hotel, aspecto muy negativo.

Location is near to Exhibition centre. Breakfast is good. Shuttle also helps in reaching the exhibition centre

Laundry amenity was good to have Staff was helpful when they understand you. Unfortunately majority can barley understand English

Small gym amenity for the size of the hotel AC control did not work properly. Location is not as convenient as marketed. There is not much around. it would be quite a bit of walking distance. metro was near which is great.

- Large and comfortable room - Every day, after the Canton Fair, there is a reception in the hotel lobby with a snack for visitors - Free 24-hour laundry, very well equipped. Just arrive and use! - Free shuttle to Canton Fair - Good location considering the purpose of going to the Canton Fair

- Weak and slow Internet - Elevators that get tumultuous at breakfast time and stop obeying the commands to go to the floors - Weak breakfast, 80% turned to Chinese, food repeated every day - Hotel reception attendants who speak almost no English ("hi, bye" level) - A lot of dust in several places in the room (I passed my hand and it got very dirty)

The location is great — just 150 meters from a subway station. McDonald's, Starbucks, and FamilyMart are all within 30 meters. It’s a relatively peaceful area with beautiful surroundings. The staff were kind and helpful. Special thanks to Mia and the other receptionists for making our trip easy and smooth.

All was good, but they should work on the housekeeping. It was a little disappointing that the cleaning lady didn’t even vacuum. She did replace the daily supplies perfectly and made the beds, though. Maybe we should have requested vacuuming or cleaning the floor separately... Still, the room was big, comfortable, and bright - everything else was very good.

All my stay at the hotel was perfect by the help of ada the duty manger

Breakfast was included in room price and we have booked 2 twin rooms over total 4 guests. but surprisingly when we approached for breakfast the staff denied then I reported to the front desk but again only 2 person (1 room) got the same and other guests denied again.

No bell boy, no service at the room.

They took charge double and they are not sending back my money ..it is trouble issue even ı sent my bank credit card swifts

Breakfast could be improved - perhaps made to order omelets / poached eggs. Can only give breakfast a 2/5 for quality. Juices were very average.

Clean and the bed is very comfortable and just outside there is outdoor cafe where you can chill

Facilities, Room and Location of hotel was excellent. Conveniently located within a short walk from the Metro station. Starbucks, Mini super market and Mcdonalds located just around the building.

Difficult to communicate with most staff at reception since no one speaks English. Property was advertised with Gym, however there is no Gym in this hotel. Specifically booked this hotel to use the Gym facilities during the stay.

Clean and good location

They are not professional. They charged my credit card and when I arrived they ask for payment again. They said my payment will be refunded back to my credit card. I paid again by cash but still did not receive the refund. This is very stupid to refund back and receive payment again.

Apart from the location to the exhibition centre, there's nothing much. Could have gotten better hotels in the city with the price paid.

Breakfast. Limited selection. Some dishes were cold. Overheard staff informing some guests whom had arrived a few days earlier that they are trying to improve. Orange juice from bottles not opened put on ice tray with no ice. On second day of breakfast, left my unfinished food on the table to get a 2nd helping of coffee only to discover everything was cleared when I returned with my coffee. Coffee House/Bar at ground floor had no service. Was told can't be charged to room. Need to first pay at counter before the beer is served to you. Wanted to pay on check-out with a Debit Card but was not able to credit back the deposit held on the Credit Card when I checked in. Vehicles cannot reach the main entrance of the hotel. No signs on Main Road to show that there's a hotel at the side of an office building.

The location of the hotel is very near to canton fair complex. Which is a good thing

There was no one that was able to communicate in English. The buffet was very poor. Wasn’t value for money.
