Non c'era il piatto girevole del microonde come descritto sui servizi, mancavano le tende in cucina e si soffriva il caldo e mancavano le tende sulla porta del balcone quindi chi saliva dal giroscale poteva vedere tutto. Il terrazzo è un balconcino sporco. La casa era sporca al nostro arrivo. Il letto singolo era in parte smontato sotto al materasso e abbiamo dovuto risistemarlo per poterlo utilizzare.

Pretty nice, well mainained, clean property. Professional and friendly staff + flexible, the host did his very best to make our stay peacefully. The dog fee also fair enough 10€/ day.

I've missed the AC, 32-33celsius was the record in the apartment - hottest days of june. That was pretty hard to survive (atleast we got 2 ventillator)

Stayed with my daughter for 4days. Flat was big & comfortable. We were unable to use microwave as socket was exposed, however we were able to do light heating w/ the stove.

The building common hallway & lift were old & not too welcoming.

Spacious, good facilities ( I appreciated the kitchen towel and the paper towels, the coffee), close enough to various transport stations.

All good.

Great apartment in a super convenient location – close to all public transport. The kitchen had everything we needed, including coffee, tea, and basic supplies. Bathroom was clean with plenty of towels and toilet paper. The room was spacious and relaxing, with a nice balcony. Beds were comfy, but the pillows could use an upgrade.

Only downside: the elevator wasn’t working and the apartment is on the 3rd floor – that’s 84 steps! Not ideal if you have heavy bags, a stroller, or mobility issues. This should really be mentioned in the listing.

Quiet neighborhood with plenty of places to eat. Different ethnic food available. Close to bus routes and trams.

We stayed in this apartment and were very satisfied with the experience. ✅ Pros: – Everything was clean and well-maintained. – Excellent Wi-Fi – fast and stable. – Comfortable bed and high-quality linens. – Well-equipped kitchen with all the necessary dishes and utensils. – All amenities provided – everything you need for a comfortable stay.

❌ The only downside was that the elevator was not working during our stay, which was a bit inconvenient. However, this is not related to the apartment itself, and everything inside was perfect.

Apartment was just like the photos and descriptions. The owner's check-in instructions were clear and easy. The property was clean, spacious, and had everything with all the necessary kitchen equipment. The bed was very comfortable. There is a heating temperature control in the room, so the room was warm. Great location of the apartment between Palace Schönbrunn and old town, close to the metro station.

There is a bus stop diagonally opposite that leads directly to urban attractions. The room is located on a quiet street. There is a small elevator, which is great

Located on a quiet street, darker at night with fewer street lights. Lacking a washing machine and microwave, but that didn't pose any trouble.

Close to all means of transportation, very easy to reach the main tourist attraction, many restaurants in the area, supermarkets, everything was very good.

The property was very specious, and had everything for a short stay with kitchen and balcony, with all he necessary kitchen equipment's, the host was very helpful and very quick in response to all the questions we had, also access to public transport was very easy as the bus stop was right around the corner, over all it was a very good stay.

The sofa convertible bed could have been little better as it was not so comfortable to sleep on them. It had a partition on the mattress which was very uncomfortable to sleep on.

The communication from the host to access the apartment was excellent. The inside of the apartment was such a pleasant surprise. The bed was very comfortable. The apartment was clean, spacious and had everything we could require. Close to public transport to see the sights, supermarkets and restaurants. We were very happy with our stay and would highly recommend this apartment.

Just an Australian thing I guess. A toaster would be a useful addition to the kitchen.

The apartment is fully equipped with everything needed. It is close to the metro and a bus stop. The owner replays very quickly.

Maybe the pillows could be renewed and a microwave would be very useful, but nothing very remarkable. The lift is extremely narrow but at least there is one.

Very clean, and nice designed apartment. Easy instructions to check-in. Host is very communicative. Location is great (10 min to metro, 2-3 min walk to bus station).

The elevator in the apartment was quite small, but working good.

It was all fair and nice. Nothing to complain

This flat is perfect for a couple or for family with 1 child. Spacious living room with comfortable bed. There was also coffee for getting up in the morning. Across the street is bus station for bus 59A, which takes you directly to the center. I am very satisfied and if I visit Vienna again will return to this apartment. postscript: TV is with NETFLIX😉

It was spacious and clean .. near to inner city and surrounded with cafe shops and resturants.

in the weekdays a little of noise coming from the schoole in front of the appartment... no A/C in the summer peak heat it would be major however by mid Sept I beleive a fan is quite fair and it was there.

Located in a great spot - busstop is 1min away, railways 10min walk. The place is really clean and comfortable, the host even left enough coffee capsules for the entire stay (that’s really rare in my experience). Super responsive through chat for any inquiries as well. Would definitely return

This apartment was extremely clean and the furniture was of good quality. The bedroom was also a nice size. We really appreciated how close it was to the playground and dog park across the street. The host was very responsive and even brought us extra supplies when we requested them. We stayed for 2 weeks and the apartment was generally set up to allow us to cook all of our meals and rest comfortably after long days playing tourist.

Our main complaint was the smoke. While the apartment itself is non-smoking - the neighbors smoke a lot. Since there’s no a/c this means there’s constantly cigarette smoke blowing in the windows at all hours of the day and night, making it rather uncomfortable. This extends to the common hallways, which are always billowing with cigarette smoke.

This apartment is highly recommended. We had an enjoyable stay. location very close to public transport and short ride in to city and all attractions. Bed VERY comfortable. The host was very communicative and helpful. We will certainly stay again.
