Das Appartement besitzt alles was man für den kurzen Aufenthalt braucht. Es war sehr ruhig da draußen und innen war noch ruhiger. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Souk El Had ist sogar zu Fuß erreichbar.

Paar Kleinigkeiten in der Küche brauchen erneut zu werden.

Nothing just some construction noise from the building outside but overall great stay.

Un très bon séjour ! L’hôte était extrêmement accueillant, gentil et toujours disponible pour répondre à nos questions. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié sa bienveillance et son professionnalisme. Le logement était propre, confortable et conforme à la description. Je recommande sans hésitation !

Ordentliche kleine Wohnung, die sehr geeignet ist, wenn man in der Nähe der CTM-Busstation sein möchte. Bequemes Bett. Netter Besitzer. Alles in allem gut für einen kurzen Aufenthalt.

Etwas ab vom Schuss ohne Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe, aber dafür eben nah am Bus. Nebenan ist eine Einrichtung für Kinder, vermutlich eine Schule. In der Woche ist es tagsüber extrem laut deswegen. Die Fenster sind nicht gut isoliert. Ich war krank und erschöpft, daher hat es mich etwas gestört. Ansonsten wahrscheinlich weniger.

Przytulny i komfortowy apartament. Nasz pobyt był krótki ale możemy szczerze polecić. Mieszkanie jest blisko dworca, co jest duża zaletą. Gospodarz jest elastyczny i mogliśmy przybyć po północy. Pomógł nam również sugerując atrakcje w Agadirze a także pozwolił nam darmowo zostawić bagaż na cały dzień aż do momentu jak nowo goście mieli przyjechać. Było to bardzo miłe z jego strony.

A nice apartment with kitchen, living room and even a Waschmaschine Close to the central bus station. The host was very kind and even drove through half the city to bring me a jacket I had forgotten, thanks a lot for that.

Host Rachid was waiting for my arrival. He is very helpful, it was a pleasure meeting him. It was a restful stay in the very quiet apartment before my journey home the next day. Rachid took me to the airport, her is a very safe and confident driver.

Very easy check in and the hospitality from Rachid was next level. Lovely guy who made us feel welcome. Apartment has all the necessary things and was clean and spacious.

Location, host, apartment...all 10/10!!

This is a great little apartment for one or two people. The location 5 minutes' walk from the CTM station is just ideal if you're getting transport connections. There is also a nice cafe (Le Pole) for breakfast on the main road, and the restaurants around the fish market are just five minutes' walk down the street. The apartment is in a quiet residential building away from the main roads, and surprisingly peaceful. It's about twice the size than it looks in the pictures, and much nicer! Everything was spotlessly clean and it's unusually well-equipped - there's even a washing machine. The host Rachid was a pleasure to deal with.

Nocleg blisko dworca autobusowego - a to było dla nas ważne. Na mapach google nie do końca było wiadomy adres - musialem sie dowiadywac a samo odebranie klucza polegało na kontakcie telefonicznym na whatsapp - wtedy właściciel informował co i jak. Sam nocleg przyjemny. Był czajnik elektryczny ale za to z zastawa i szklanki - dosyc ograniczone (mały wybór). Ręczniki były wiec to tez plus. Łóżko bardzo wygodne. Właściciel naszykował herbatę marokańską.

Niestety takich rzeczy było dużo. 1. instrukcje dotyczące odebrania kluczy otrzymywałem na żywo - wolałbym z wyprzedzeniem - zdecydownie sprawniej by to wychodziło. 2. niestety w zwiazku z instrukcjami wlaściciela - dotyczącego zostawienia klcuzy - zostaliśmy pozostawieni w bardzo niemiłej sytuacji - po tym jak zostawiliśmy je w/pod danym mieszkaniem i zatrzasneliśmy 2 z 3 drzwi - okazało sie ze ostatnie 3 - furtka - były zamknięte - i utkneliśmy o godzinie 5 rano , bez żadnej opcji opuszczenia lokalu... było cieżko 3. tv i ten transmiter nie działały dobrze i po kilku minut kombinowania odpuściliśmy 4. w łazience przysznic i zasłona przykrywały sedes - bardzo złe rozwiazanie bo woda chlapała wszedzie i tylko nasze kombinowanie sprawiło ze nie zalaliśmy całej łazienki 5. mała liczba talerzy i misek w zastawie, małe szklanki.. 6. Salon - czyli ich tak zwany RIAD - z miejscami w literę U - czyli nie dało rady sie położyć przy tv razem obok siebie a z dwóch różnych stron.

Rachid was so nice! Made tee for us on arrival, had a great conversation and gave us advice about Agadir and Morocco.

Good location, next to bus station to go to Marrakesh so if you are planning to travel there, I definitely recommend! Its a bit far from the center but with taxi is easy and cheap transportation everywhere. Rachid is excellent host and helped us with anything needed.

The reason I put 9 and not 10 is that the toilet smells mold a bit.

J’ai beaucoup apprécié la localisation de l’appartement, très pratique pour se déplacer. L’immeuble est extrêmement calme, on a même l’impression qu’il n’y a pas d’autres habitants ! L’appartement était propre et Mr Rachid est très disponibles, ce qui a rendu le séjour agréable.

Cependant, quelques améliorations seraient les bienvenues : la douche présente un petit point de fuite, la cuisine aurait besoin d’une sortie d’air pour le chauffe-eau à gaz, le réfrigérateur mériterait une rénovation et il serait pratique d’avoir une table dans le salon.

La acogida por parte de Rachid fue estupenda. Llegamos a las 22h al aeropuerto de Agadir y nos concertó un taxi para que estuviera esperándonos a la salida del aeropuerto y nos trajera a la casa. El apartamento está justo al lado de la estación de buses , desde donde queríamos salir a la mañana siguiente dirección Marrakesh. El apartamento es tal cual aparece en las fotos y está todo muy limpio. A pesar de las horas tardías, Rachid nos preparó un té de bienvenida, además de indicarnos varias opciones donde poder ir a comer algo cerca del apartamento. Gracias Rachid por tu acogida y tu amabilidad. Sin duda , volveremos a vernos.

The apartment had everything we needed. We were able to cook our own meals and escape the heat with the aircon.

There was construction going on during the week beginning at 10am, luckily we were staying Friday-Monday so missed a lot of it.

Everything was perfect

The hospitality and friendliness of the owner, very personal and attentive. The apartment itself is cozy and conveniently located near the bus station.

Some things could do with a little more love but the owner was very open to feedback when we talked about it. Nevertheless we would stay again!

Very nice place, clean and cozy, Unfortunately, we stayed only for a few hours because our flight into Agadir was delayed into the night and we had an early morning bus. But I would stay here again if I ever make it back to Agadir!!

Exceptionally well equipped and very convenient for the bus station. The staff were most helpful meeting us off the coach and taking us to the apartment.

We had a great time here. The host was very communicative, friendly and helpful. He offered us: 1) a drive to and from the airport 2) a private trip to Paradise Valley. We took both, it worked very well with a good price. The accommodation itself was really nice and good for 4 people for a few days. Easy to get to the city center and the beach (either by foot or very cheap public transport). Strongly recommend it.

The host Rachid organised transport to collect us from the airport. He had left Moroccan tea and bottled water for us in the apartment and was regularly in contact via WhatsApp to ensure everything ran smoothly. The apartment is clean, comfortable and perfectly located for the bus station. We have stayed before and returned this time due to the great value for money and superb welcome we receive. I am sure we will return again.

My expectations were exceeded. Quietly located, yet only a 5-minute walk to the bus station and 30 minutes to Souk el Had. Very helpful host. Great communication.

The apartment is walking distance to the bus station in Agadir, where all the major bus companies drop off (Supratours, CTM). It's basic but clean and spacious. We just used it for one night to make our way to Tamraght the next morning. The host, Rachid, was definitely the highlight of our stay. Super welcoming and gave us all the best advice about the area and tips for the rest of our trip in Morroco.

We arrived by bus and the apartment was 5 mins walk. Rachid was in touch lots and super helpful. He greeted us with tea at the apartment and sat chatting with us showing us the warmth of a Moroccan welcome. The apartment was comfortable, clean, relaxing and had all we needed. The bed was super comfy. There were shops, cafes and pharmacy a few minutes walk away. A souk was also walking distance. Rachid sorted a taxi to the airport for us when we needed it. We would definitely stay here again.
