LUXURY LUMINOUS 2bedroom apt CENTER of BRUSSELS

The apartment was good and spacious, and the service was excellent. They were very kind and allowed us to check out at 12:00 p.m.

The kitchen was not very well equipped, but that was not a major issue. The biggest problem was that the listing stated the apartment had air conditioning, and we were counting on that. However, there were only small fans available. It was very hot, and sleeping at night was quite uncomfortable.

Spacious enough for 3 people

It was not clean. Really dusty and the paintwork was badly damaged plus many other areas are dirty like the balcony is unusable and the windows are filthy.

The host was very helpful and provide us with extra information with the city.

Nous avons d’abord partagé ce feedback directement avec l’hôte après notre séjour, mais malheureusement nous n’avons pas reçu de réponse. Comme nous avons malgré tout passé un bon séjour et que nous envisageons de revenir l’année prochaine en raison de l’emplacement idéal, voici un commentaire honnête, que nous espérons nuancé et constructif. Ce que nous avons aimé : Appartement très agréable et cosy Décoration soignée et chaleureuse Lit et oreillers très confortables Espace salon agréable et confortable Emplacement excellent par rapport au site de Tours et Taxis Flexibilité appréciée pour le check-in anticipé Dame présente lors du check-in très gentille et serviable

Ce qui aurait pu améliorer l’expérience : Les murs blancs de l’appartement mériteraient un rafraîchissement ; les nombreuses traces donnent une impression de manque d’entretien Les fenêtres étaient également assez sales Il y avait de la poussière sur plusieurs surfaces et le canapé avait une odeur de poussière, ce qui donnait l’impression que l’appartement n’avait peut-être pas été loué récemment L’équipement de cuisine est assez basique ; nous aurions apprécié quelques éléments supplémentaires comme plus de casseroles/poêles, une paire de ciseaux ou une essoreuse à salade Les serviettes de bain pourraient être plus grandes et plus douces Enfin, à deux reprises, la communication nous a semblé un peu agressive, ce qui était dommage. Une première fois lorsque nous avons demandé une facture, et une seconde lors du check-in : après seulement quelques minutes, il nous a été dit que l’on nous attendait, alors que nous étions déjà arrivés dans l’immeuble, mais avions simplement du mal à comprendre si le point de rendez-vous était en bas ou directement à l’appartement. Un simple message du type « Tout va bien ? » aurait été perçu de manière beaucoup plus agréable. Dans l’ensemble, nous avons malgré tout passé un bon séjour et remercions l’hôte présente sur place pour l’accueil qui n'était pas la même personne que celle avez qui la communication a été tendue (par messages écrits). L’emplacement est vraiment parfait et nous reviendrons probablement l’année prochaine.

Had everything we needed for the weekend away ! Great comms from Bright…. It really helped make things easier to find and navigate the local area

I know it’s nit picking, but a microwave and better instructions for use of the room thermostat would have been useful

Location, they r advertising that the apartment is in the center of brussels but it's not..very much not in the centre

große Wohnung- gute Übergabe .- die Dame war super freundlich und hilfsbereit Die Lage ist zwar nicht richtig gut, aber o.k.

einige Möbelstücke sehr abgewohnt . könnte man leicht beheben- gerade bei Luxuswohnung im Titel erwartet man sich mehr. Man kann Garage im Hause buchen, jedoch sehr eng mit normalen Wagen.

El apartamento está limpio y es práctico.

Se ofrece como un apartamento con plaza de parking y no lo es. Hay aparcamiento en la calle, pero es una zona de pago. Se ofrece como un apartamento con TV pantalla plana y no hay TV. Lo que tiene es un proyector, al que puedes conectar tu móvil para proyectar vídeos de un plataforma online.

Nice spacious and comfortable flat. Communication on arrival was very clear.

lacks fresh repairs, didn't like the walls in some places and the dismantled wardrobe in the hallway, otherwise everything was great

We were greeted at the apartment and shown the entry system etc and where local amenities were. It is a bright spacious modern apartment in a quiet area. Very secure. Had everything we needed including multiple fans for hot weather. Nice little balcony for sitting outside. We loved the cinema projector for watching films from our Netflix account.

A fair walk (about 15 mins) over busy roads to the nearest metro is a bit frustrating especially when you are arriving/departing with cases. However the apartment more than makes up for this minor hassle.

The property is quite and modern. Large living room with the kitchen and all facilities. Friendly and useful staff.

Second bedroom could have done with having a wardrobe. No microwave or bottle opener. Asked for a bottle opener to the dropped off to the apt which they said they would but nothing was received unfortunately. There seemed to be a big issue with rubbish outside the apt which was pretty bad. Not quite sure what the deal is with there rubbish collections but looked like it hadn’t been picked up for weeks.

Spacious apartment, close to public transport and a couple of shops located in walking distance. Hosts were awesome and really accommodating

Is a modern and very comfortable apartament. The personal is very nice. I recomend it 100%.

The flat is not at the center of the city, but is near to the North Station and it has a good conection with the city.

The apartment is very nice, cozy and clean. It is the same as in the pictures. Hosts are very friendly and easy to communicate. City center is only 30 min by foot. Bus stop and Metro are near the apartment.

There are no restaurants and coffee shops near by.
