No soy muy buena desayunando por lo que me pareio bien lo que tenian, sin embargo le di una sugerencia al personal, pues no tenian opciones de Yogourt sin lactosa para los intolerantes como yo. POr lo demas gracias, super
No seria realmente que no me gusto, diria que esta un poco sobre evaluado, me parececara la noche para lo que ofrece realmente este hotel. Es bonito si, pero no es como para el precio por noche que maneja actualmente.

Reviewed Feb 10, 2026Es hotel es nuevo, hermoso, muy bien decorado, el personal es amable, el área de la piscina, restaurante y rooftop es muy bonita, con buen ambiente, hermosas vistas, se come bien y los cocteles son muy buenos. Las habitaciones son amplias y cómodas y el personal es muy amable y atento. La ubicación es muy buena (hay de todo cerca) y es una zona segura. También tiene parquin privado, gratuito y amplio en el sótano. Fui dos veces y repetiría, es un hotel que no tiene nada que envidiar a hoteles de países punteros.

Al otro día intentaron utilizar mi tarjeta en dos ocasiones y el banco bloqueó mi tarjeta y mis cuentas al percatarse que no era yo quien realizaba dichas transacciones. En el único lugar que utilice mi tarjeta física fue allá.

The beds are squeaks when a person tries to move . Couldn’t sleep with the noise of all beds making noise at night . At the restaurant we asked for a glass of red wine and they gave us the wine cold , we asked if they could change it due to red wine is always served in ambient temperature, waitresses and bartenders looked like were new hire or don’t have enough experience serving

Recuerdo en especial el nombre de dos chicas que nos brindaron un excelente servicio a la hora del desayuno: Mercedes y Miguelina, en especial Mercedes muy atenta, cordial y agradable. 👏👏👏
La habitación en un piso más alto es lo único que hubiese querido, jajajaja pero igual el 3er piso estuvo genial la vista

En el piso 7 el restaurante nos hubiera gustado ver más Tapas y el menú del Bar más variado pero no saben hacer buenos tragos no tenían un menú con botellas de Gin, Vodka, Whysky o Ron para su compra.

Reviewed Jan 11, 2026From top to bottom, the hotel is absolutely beautiful. The 7th floor allows you to overlook the city while working out in the gym, lounging at the swimming pool, dining in the restauraunt, or partying in the Rooftop on the 8th floor.
The bathroom in my room was very small and leaves little room for privacy. I was expecting something a bit bigger where two people could move around comfortably.

Dentro de las cosas q no me gustó es q un hotel con una picina en el Rooftop y q no atiendan a un huéspedes porqué tienes un pantalón de vestir corto, es totalmente ilógico, y mucho menos con la bandera Marriot, hemos ido a muchos países y nunca habíamos tenido un inconveniente cómo ése, y emocionalmente para mí, fue horrible porqué era mi cumpleaños, la única empleada que felicito y puso en alto al hotel fue la señorita Cristal en el Restaurante q quiso ayudarnos para poder cenar, pero su superiores no reconocieron su pedido, así q es la única persona q merece mi respeto y si volviera seria por el gran servicio de esa empleada, q conste soy empleado en el departamento de ingeniería de Marriot en NY, q conozco el protocolo y aquí no funciona así, siempre nuestra política es el huéspedes primero, pero en AC Santiago no es así, lo ilógico es q la picina está en el Rooftop y no puedes comer porqué tengas pantalón corto, por todo lo demás muy bien.

Reviewed Dec 14, 2025Las vistas desde la 7a planta y su ubicación, son lo unico que merece la pena.
Un auténtico desastre, mucha espuma y poco chocolate. El dia de nuestra llegada, para empezar problemas para encontrar la reserva, con un alegato absolutamente demencial para no encontrarla. Nos dan un desastre de habitación, con vistas a los sistemas de aire acondicionado en la 1a planta, cuando expresamente habiamos pedido planta alta con vistas al Monumento, culpando a Booking de todo en todo momento. La 2a habitación ya ni siquiera era de matrimonio, sin toallas en el baño, y con la ducha goteando de techo a suelo, con el sonido incesante del goteo. Hasta 3 habitaciones diferentes (la definitiva tampoco de matrimonio) para ubicarnos casi a las 12 de la noche tras un largo viaje y varias maletas de equipaje a cuestas. Aún estamos esperando una disculpa formal.
