Absolutely beautiful home and view!! Very clean, comfortable, and has everything we need. Easy to get everywhere on the island from here! Ching is so very kind and helpful.

Location was great, with wonderful view of the sea. Villa was a dream come true, spotless with all the essential amenities from toileteries, slippers, coffee and tea, biscuits plates and sauces, a lovely kitchen and even a washer & drier. The Host was the most lovely person.

We were awestruck by the beautiful sea view the moment we walked into the house. The villa was spacious and set in a quiet surrounding, which made it perfect for a peaceful retreat. Ching, who we believe is the manager, even left us a gingerbread house, which was a very thoughtful touch.

Nothing big but just 2 things; the autogate had been a challenge because it didn’t work at times also maybe provide an extra key.

Everything was perfectly organised when we reach there. Mr. Ching was so helpful with all our needs. He makes an extra effort to make our holiday memorable. Very clean spacious house.

Access to the beach is a little bit far.

风景特别美，尤其是海景，很震撼。整个小区环境很好，私密性高，绿植花卉遍布。早上还有猴群在院子前面。房东回复非常快，有求必应，态度特别好。

别墅只有简单餐具、厨具，调料也只有油和盐等最最基本的，只能做个简单早餐。而别墅在山顶，地点非常偏，最近的餐厅和便利店都在几公里以外，买东西点外卖都比较困难。不租车自驾的话，交通很不方便，因地方太偏，打Grab司机都不愿接单，常常要等20分钟以上才能打到车。

Very clean and quiet, beautiful sea view, wonderful experience for each of stay, suitable for a big family or a group of friends. Will surely recommend to my friends who want to explore Penang.

Maybe to provide a few bottles of mineral water upon arrival for guests, especially for those guests who are staying downstairs in the basement.

The AMAZING VIEW and LOVELY HOUSE. it was well stocked and the host was VERY GRACIOUS. ENJOYED THE STAY SO MUCH!

Some rooms are more functional than others. My room has no space to lay out things, need to put on the floor. Dish detergent not good, can’t clean greasy dishes Hair dryer poor quality - only 1, need to share.

Lack of entertainment- suggest can add karaoke, ping pong, darts etc (as the villa is spacious so felt wasted as it’s pretty empty as well) Outside (gate to car porch area) is pretty dark and creepy somehow hahaha. Maybe can add more lights. Bed a-bit hard.

Beautiful property with amazing views. There were games we could play available. Netflix was great. The house was gated and felt secure. There was a first aid box which came in handy. There was tea, coffee and crackers on arrival. The rooms and beds were comfortable and the host accommodated us with an extra mattress when the kids didn't share. The kitchen was fully equipped and the washing machine and dryer was so useful. The house was spotlessly clean, and even the dishes were beautiful and a pleasure to use. The host was friendly, and responsive. We had a great stay.

Very minor and hard to think of anything we didn't like. The biggest issue we had was the house was high up on a hill and it wasn't possible to reach the beach, or any shops without a car. The toilet washer seemed to be fitted on the wrong side. Drinking water came out filtered without cooling so was a little warm but we filled the jugs and refrigerated.

Beautiful home with a full view of the sea. Very comfortable and provided everyone with our own private space and also space for family time. Safe and environment around the house for morning walk or jog. Host was super helpful and responsive.

The property is spacious, clean, bright, sea view and a whole lot more! The host, Ching was fantastic, sweet and warm! I thought I lost my purses but Ching found out both purses was in the drawer and contacted me. I can't thank her enough! Highly recommended!

I got what was described by the owner, exactly as per photos. For a home-lovers, here is where you shouldn't miss. From the car porch to the kitchen, almost nothing you couldn't find. Promised you really enjoy the facility to the scenery. They always stay in touch with me a few days prior to check-in until I checked-out with very clear instructions. My photo? It is not so convenient by walking to the beach, even though it is very close by.

Since it is on a hill, a rental car is preferable if you are staying here. Also it is harder to find food nearby if dining out.

That drive up to the house was as majestic as can be. Opening the door and seeing that high table against the full length glass as shown on booking.com was an image fulfilled. Everywhere we looked,it got better and better. The outdoors was just as spacious as the inside of it. The balconies are enough for us not to share. Kitchen is huge,so is the master bedroom, you can say we have 2 sets of living rooms.It was a joy to prepare breakfast,having my coffee out on the balcony,catching the sunrise, sunset. Evening not wise to open fully the balcony due to the critters wanting to get indoors, we are provided with the zap racket, that's helpful.we like having our bought food from our outings lay out for dinner. And having those extra electrical cords in each rooms are very thoughtful.loved staying out on the balconies as each has different views. We ended up not using 2 of the rooms as we're a small family. All in all, the host is super quick to reply and is able to direct us to places we wanted to visit. It is a memorable and one my family shall remember as a perfect holiday.To Ching & family, thank you for putting out your home.It is a home worth ❤️ to view on that ocean front. Friends have been told of your place and may they decide to give it a go as we have done.

The location of the homestay was awesome, especially waking up to a sea-view. The host was very friendly and accommodating. We loved the place and certainly it's a home away from home.

the house is spacious and clean. i enjoyed my stay here. all utensils and electrical appliances are provided and well functioning. the view is magnificent and totally instagrammable. definitely worth it. i highly recommend this house and its suitable for a healing staycation.

It's like living in a palace with all the comforts provided. We loved it so much that instead of eating out, we did a takeaway though we are travelling from Australia.
