Amazing location near to the beach and the apartment had everything we needed. It was exceptionally clean, beds were fantastic and overall such a great place. The host made contact and sent everything we needed from the check in process to car parking. Will definitely be booking this again for further trips to Penang.

The place is really comfortable, very clean and really exceed my expectations. Fully equipped with the daily needs such clean cutlery, microwave, fridge and coway water filter. The staff Jan really friendly and make my check in and check out process very easy.

Tidiness & clealiness

We had a wonderful stay here during our Phuket trip in July! All the facilities were very well maintained, and the kids especially loved the pool and slides. The whole hotel environment was clean, comfortable, and very family-friendly. The café inside the hotel was also affordable, which was a plus! We had to check out early to catch our flight back to Malaysia, and despite our last-minute request, the staff kindly packed breakfast for all of us to take away. We really appreciated their thoughtfulness and excellent service. Thank you so much for the great hospitality. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back again in the future! ❤️

We had such a wonderful stay here for 3 days and 2 nights with our family. The homestay was beautiful, clean, comfortable, and felt just like home. Everything was well-prepared and thoughtfully arranged. We truly enjoyed our time here, and the whole experience was beyond our expectations. It was the perfect place for a relaxing family getaway. Very clean property and easy to check in. Clear instruction was given for check-in and check-out. Superb location. Close to local shops and easy to get food. Beach is just accross the the street. View from the room was breathtaking. Value for money.

Although there is a big mirror at the living hall, if there is a mirror in the room would be convenient. It is just a small suggestion.

Het appartement is niet bijzonder - maar we zijn voor deze prijs ook wel al verwend met andere appartementen - maar prima. Het is groot, heeft twee kamers met twee grote tweepersoonsbedden. 2 badkamers met een douche met warm water. Er is douchgel en shampoo aanwezig, een goede kookplaat en grote koelkast. Veel en goed keukengerei. Er is thee en koffie aanwezig om te gebruiken. De locatie is heel dichtbij een supermarkt die tot laat open is. Het zwembad is groot en er staan een paar ligstoelen. Het uitzicht vanaf onze verdieping was heel mooi. We zaten vrij hoog. Wij keken op het zwembad, de tuin en de kust. Je bent binnen 10 minuten lopen bij alle leuke souvenirs winkeltjes en bij Ferringhi Bay strand met lekkere restaurants en in de avond een vuurshow. Wat we erg waardeerde was dat de host hulpvaardig was bij het betalen van een bedrag wat wij moesten storten naar een Maleisische bankrekening. Vanuit Nederland betaal je dan heel veel extra kosten. Wij mochten het de host cash geven waarna zij het geld voor ons doorstortte naar de rekening van de organisatie die wij moesten betalen.

Wat tegenviel was het feit dat de host ineens veel meer geld vroeg voor de nacht die wij wilde verlengen dan wij de drie nachten ervoor hadden betaald. Ze gaf aan dat ze het appartement al voor veel minder geld dan ze had gewild via booking had aangeboden en dit bedrag nu niet meer gold. Dit kwam voor ons niet rechtlijnig en niet prettig over. Toen wij na twee dagen vroegen of thee, koffie kon worden aangevuld en handdoeken konden worden gewisseld hebben wij hier geen reactie meer op gehad. Ondanks het feit dat het een prima appartement is zou ik de volgende keer iets anders boeken. Er zijn namelijk zoveel andere leukere en gezelligere keuzes. Ik ben er wel van overtuigd dat er nog echt iets leuks van gemaakt kan worden. Het appartement zou veel smaakvoller ingericht kunnen worden. Over de schuifdeuren en ramen zit een grote rode sticker, mogelijk om aan te duiden dat je er niet doorheen loopt. Dit is zonde van het uitzicht en hebben we ook nergens anders in appartementen gezien. Het zitje buiten is simpel en hier zou iets leuks van gemaakt kunnen worden. Een leuke schommelstoel en leuk zitje om te eten. Het personeel beneden is vriendelijk maar lijkt de hele dag niets uit te voeren en alles wat je ze vraagt lijkt te veel moeite. Beneden in de toiletten was geen WC papier en geen zeep. Het meldden dat het op was had geen zin, men reageerde er niet eens op. Toen ik vroeg of ik wat WC papier mocht hebben, die ik achter de receptie zag liggen gaf de man aan dat die niet te koop was. Ik wilde alleen een stukje gebruiken. Na lang heen en weer gepraat mocht ik per hoge gratie een stukje hebben. Nadeel van het zwembad is is dat het niet echt warm is (ligt niet op het zuiden) en de beperkte openingstijden van 9.00 uur tot 19.00 uur. We waren vaak al weg voor die tijd en wanneer we terugkwamen was er nog te kort tijd om te zwemmen. Dit is het enige zwembad wat wij gezien hebben waar geen toezicht is van iemand, terwijl drie mannen binnen de hele dag niets doen.

It was really cozy and comfortable, the beds and sofa are quite nice to rest or sleep on. AC is cool when you need it, the view of Batu Feringghi and the sea was lovely.

The water pressure wasn't that great but it was passable.

Everything was as per the communication and commitments. Property was great. Location and view was amazing, close to a mini beach. Clean, Cool , breezy and sunlit property. Shops were at a walkable distance. Main beach was at about 7 to 10 minutes drive though. Kind of walkable distance.

We noticed a few cockroaches. Red ants were spotted around the house. But that pretty much could be because of the natural surroundings.

Everything is superb

La vue. Le logement est bien équipé pour cuisiner. Il est très pratique et spacieux. A proximité des restaurants.

Stanovanje je bilo popolno opremljeno z vsem kar potrebuješ, pralni stroj, omare, fen, stojalo za sušenje perila……Kumunikacija z lasnikom je bila tekoča in brez problemov.

We really enjoyed our stay here. It felt safe with lovely views and lots of space.

I’d recommend researching the area for jellyfish warnings as when we were there - 4 people got stung in the water. Also, the water quality isn’t very good, so we didn’t get to enjoy swimming in the sea unfortunately.

The location is great and it’s suitable for family trip My parents was so happy and they even ask for the next penang trip to stay here as well.

The place is rather run down. One of the sofas had stains and we had to use towels to cover them before sitting down. When we walked into the apartment, it had a bad stale smell. The housekeeping could have put some air refreshners in the apartment. The water pressure from the shower head was low, so bathing can take a long time.

Excellent 270° view of the Sea and Mountain. Well maintained and with great service. Prompt positive action of our small requests especially for a family with a baby.

Not much to mention. The main kitchen knife to be replaced and the jet shower needs some service.

Location was great. Accommodation was spacious, beautiful, clean & safe. We just loved this place.

The low water pressure was ok. BUT, that I had to find the toilet plunger twice in 4 days because the toilet wouldn't flush because of the low water pressure, was my ever end.

We had a great stay in the apartment. It was very spacious and comfortable. It is in a great location for getting the bus which stops right outside and is within walking distance to the beach and local amenities. The apartment was clean and had everything you need for basic cooking. It was also extremely quiet considering it was in a fairly large block. The host went above and beyond with communication and was incredibly helpful.
