Everything was great!

I liked everything, especially the bed because it was very comfortable. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay.

There was nothing I disliked, but I hope next time the water dispenser has water already.

The place is indeed cozy! A perfect place to regain strength after a long trip and stroll in the city. It's clean, spacious, and smells good. It's complete with what we needed like kitchen tools and cleaning materials. We would surely stay here again. 🫶

I realy appreciate to have water dispenser i was to tired and was so thirsty ,and i was glad i have something to drink . The Room is complet to all the this i need .also the items for Kitchen and TV channel is up to date🥰

Location and lovely guards

Not enough communication with host, did not reach out during our stay for cleaning services etc given we were staying for 2 weeks. Everything else was excellent.

The condo unit is the same as advertised. It was clean, comfortable, organized, homey, nice lighting and interior design, and smelled so good. The unit was almost complete with everything we needed- kitchen, kitchen table, mini fridge, microwave, utensils, cleaning materials, flat iron, free mineral water, electric kettle, etc! The bed with side table was comfortable. Wifi was relatively strong. The bathroom was clean. Tv has Netflix. The view from the unit is also nice. It has a swimming pool. The host was accommodating. The location is relaxing but has no public transportation except for grab/taxi.

These are all manageable: we booked for 3 people but the hygiene kits are only for 2 people and for 1 night/day only. Towels are only 2 but the host was able to send one more towel (just message her). Water from the bathroom overflows when we shower but there's a mop for cleaning so not big deal. There is dust from the aircon so we adjusted the aircon window.

One guard at the lobby was strict. He said we couldn’t take photos unless we have to pay 1,500. Be careful using professional cameras. Better to use your phones.

I'm with my parents and so it is just right for us. The room is warm and cozy. With strong net connection and smart tv, this room is ideal for staycation, too. It's near SM (you can just walk) and Jack's Ridge (ofc, you need to ride hehe)!

Not really what I didn't like. This is more of a disclaimer since this is a condo unit, the road/highway is a few meters away, so either you have to walk or wait for a taxi or book a grab car to get there.

Absolutely loved this condo! It was incredibly clean and well-organized. The host was fantastic, very accommodating and responsive. I would definitely stay here again!

I love the place, it's very clean and fragrant. I am also delighted with the room's ambiance and aesthetic. My family and I had a great stay. We were able to sleep comfortably, and we were just very pleased with the room, pillows, and the linen's fragrance. We felt at home. Moreover, we were able to use the pool and we had a great time swimming. Lastly, I got the keys smoothly.

Lovely clean and spacious studio apartment. Great location a short 5 minute walk from SM Mall, and also the Weekend Market on Fri-Sun evenings. Kitchen has Fridge, Microwave, Kettle, Toaster and Rice Cooker and of course utensils. Good swimming pool open until 9pm on weekdays and 10pm on weekends. (quite often leaves in pool from overhanging trees) Large TV with free Netflix, and good free Wifi connection (60-70MB speed) Host quick to respond to any messages. A great stay overall.

Stayed here for 3 weeks and would instantly book again for our next visit, however the price has increased substantially since my stay, so will have to review other options

The host is very accommodating, friendly, and helpful . Huge swimming pool, 24-hour security condo, large TV with prime ,a i kitchenette ,comfy large bed ,and fast internet that you can 😉 enjoy my kids love it there.

I wish they had a couch . And free water.

The host is very kind. We were able to check in earlier than 2pm. They have almost all of the amenities we need and they are all functional. They have utensils on their kitchen and dishwashing soap. It is near at the mall so it is accessible. Even the staff are friendly. Pool are cleaned every morning. Wifi is stable. We were able to have our meetings.

They only provide 2 towels and we were 3. But it is still okay with us since we have our own. You must also bring your own toiletries like shampoo and soap. But they have handwash liquid you can use.

The room gives you a hotel-like vibe. It was clean and well-maintained. The Wi-Fi is excellent, I was doing some work during the stay and could attend my Zoom meetings without lagging. The host is reply promptly to all our questions.

The stay was nice, I just hope parking is included.

Everything in this place This place was really clean and comfy. It is worth more than the money we paid for. It has all the basic things you need for a short stay: mini ref, smart tv, heater, rice cooker, microwave and of course free wifi. This place was so quiet and peaceful, really a great place to relax. The pool was really nice too and obviously well-maintained. It was not crowded as each building has its own pool. The location is perfect, really close to SM. Lastly, security is 10/10. Really a great place to stay 💯 Super satisfied and we will def come back

I loved everything other than the taxi problem.

It's a bit hard getting a taxi, specially if you are in a hurry. You need to wait for someone to arrive or call a taxi company which is most of the time busy.

The room was not really clean. It was tidy but not clean. I was disappointed with the toilet/bathroom coz the water in the shower won’t drain right away. You are showering with your feet submerging into a stagnant water.
