Only thing I didn’t love were the doors to the room, which are pretty transparent to sound, but the double locks were functional and appreciated. For those that sleep lightly, know that noise outside is to be expected from being located so centrally.

Reviewed Aug 28, 2026The location was perfect. Close to many of the main sights and good restaurants. The apartments were spacious, comfortable and very clean.
We had two apartments one for husband and I and the other for son and girlfriend. Ours was thankfully on the first floor, theirs at the top/4th floor. This is an old building and along with the historic character you get some inconveniences, the stairs are quite steep and slope down in parts. Not for the less mobile.

Direkt vor der Tür ist quasi jeden Tag für ca. 6 Stunden Konzerte, und zwar jeden Tag, die gleichen Musiker oder immer die gleichen Songs.

Za rogiem CASTRO i ciepłe, pyszne Pastéis de nata od 9 - 21 <3 Okolica mega bezpieczna, widok z okna na cudne kamienice, po wychyleniu- widać rzekę. Pomieszczenie czyste, mikrokuchnia ze wszystkim, czego potrzeba, mini ekspresik do kawy bardzo miły dodatke. Sprawne żelazko, czysta deska, dobra sieć wi-fi sprawna i mocna klimatyzacja. Wystrój bardzo miły dla oka, super pościel. Okiennice, które dodają uroku i chronią przed słońcem i hałasem. Serio to był strzał w dziesiątkę

Der Boden knarzt ziemlich. Es war sauber, aber da wäre noch etwas Luft nach oben.

Cose di piccolo conto, come: Nessuna presenza fisica ma molto presenti nel chiedere “quando arrivi?” e “quando te ne vai?” con l’impressione (forse sbagliata) che è per venderti “early chek-in” o “late check out”. Dover buttare la spazzatura quando si va via, è la prima volta che mi succede. Nessuna pulizia durante il soggiorno. Ripeto, piccole cose…

La zona es ruidosa, claro, y las puertas no cerraban bien. Se abrían solas, de hecho. El último día se nos rompió la cerradura, pero les avisamos y nos dijeron que no nos preocupáramos. Están muy pendientes.

Reviewed May 8, 2026The location of the apartment was very central, you could easily walk to most of the city sightseeing destinations. The property is on a lively street with plenty of shops / cafe / bars and buskers playing music till 9.30 pm. The kitchen was basic but had all we needed for making breakfast and a hot drink + fridge for milk and beer. + washing up and tea towels.
The email with the door entry codes did not arrive prior to the 4pm booking. We had to phone around to get the codes we needed. Our room was at the top of the building three flights of narrow stairs. The kitchen was a cupboard.

La puerta de entrada tiene una mala cerradura y se podía abrir en medio de la noche. Eso es lo único que cambiaría, ya que podría ser un problema

Reviewed Apr 10, 2026Really great location in the centre of the Porto life, made it easy for exploring the city by foot. There was often music on the square outside, we enjoyed it and it would end in the appropriate time for sleep. The apartment is nicely equipped, we really enjoyed our stay.
The building is old so it has a steep stairway and not so great sound isolation, and we would often wake up in the night when someone was passing trough the hallway up. But that is the only remark I could make and I recommend this place to anyone.

Nothing. But just a heads up for someone sensitive to sound. It can be noisy until midnight, and after 7am. But the hotel provides ear plugs. I'm not that sensitive, I didn't need to use them, and was able to have a good night's sleep.

It is a very old building, consequently you get problems with sewage's smells. It is unpleasant. Host should be more concerned about it, at least to make sure that these aromas are masked with neutral aroma diffusors in the bathroom.

硬要说的话，咖啡胶囊能多放几个就好了。然后就是房间的灯太暗了，晚上回房间略微不太方便

Bad lighting/darkness in the living room part. All the lights are concentrated on the bed. No stopcontact to use without removing a lamp. No central heating, only airco that goes max to 30°c and that degrees doesn't heat up the room by nothing, the temperature outside is basically the same as inside the room (cold).

Reviewed Oct 22, 2025The apartment was perfect, small but everything you need is there. It was clean and the location was perfect as well. Definitely recommend.
We think that bed mattress caused that we felt some back-pain in the morning, but nothing serious. Just better mattress would be perfect.

Well I ended up getting sick and I stayed in the apartment for 24 hours while my family wondered it was perfect! I could listen to music while relaxing, I could go downstairs and get food if I got hungry or my family would bring me something. This was my second time in this apartment and I love it!

Reviewed Oct 14, 2025The location was perfection, right in the middle of the middle!!! The room was small, but well-appointed, lacking only a closet🤣 The room & facility were very clean. My gripes: -Asked for a ground floor room, didn’t get it. Recovering from a torn ACL injury and the 4 flights of stairs were not easy to manage. -Asked for early check-in, didn't get that either. -There are no accommodations for luggage storage for early arrivals or late departures.

Subir con las maletas 4 pisos. Por la noche suena la madera si te tienes q levantar y despiertas al resto.
