El desayuno estaba bien y la habitacion limpia

En booking reservamos una habitación con vistas al mar, y cuando llegamos no teniamos ningun tipo de vistas, ademas de que no disponen de este tipo de habitación (en teoria). Entiendo que no haya recepción porque es un hotel pequeño, pero cada vez que necesitabamos hablar con el que gestionaba todo era imposible, no nos respondia por telefono ni a whatsapp. El colmo ha sido que hemos quedado con el a las 7 de la mañana para que nos llevase al puerto a coger el ferry. No nos ha esperado y le hemos llamado varias veces y sin respuesta

El jefe nos empezó a escribir un mes antes ofreciendonos todo tipo de actividades. Constantemente preguntando por nuestra vida privada (somos dos chicas). Cuando llegamos e hicimos el check in nos empezó a enseñar muchas fotografías de chicas, tanto en las excursiones como en la playa. Al llegar a la habitación habia muchas cosas sucias. Leímos reseñas en Google y vimos que era un acosador de mujeres que se dedica a alcoholizarse e intentar tocar a las chicas en las excursiones o proponer planes como hacer una bbq con el (que tambien nos propuso) y luego trae amigos para que haya mas hombres que mujeres. Al leer eso inmediatamente, y pese haber pagado todo, decidimos marcharnos el primer día. No entendemos como alguien así puede tener un alojamiento en una plataforma como Booking.

Hospitable and honest host and staff. The accommodation is separate from the checking in area which gives it a lot of privacy and freedom. One can come and go at anytime without feeling like the staff are monitoring your every move. Very safe and quiet area. Less than a minute away from the police station, pharmacy and clinic. Things truly important to me as a solo female traveler. Breakfast was lovely and i had something different each morning (western and local) which I appreciated. Got to enjoy my breakfast overlooking the sea every morning. Also, the place has some of the best sunsets I’ve ever seen. The excursions were probably the best part of my stay at the property. Owner helped arrange photos at the sandbank with most scenic views and i got to swim with turtles.

Place is clean but I think paying closer attention to the finer details could really elevate the experience. Overall it was a pleasant stay, i got to meet and interact with great people.

It's the best hotel in Guraidhoo to stay. The staff is very professional and extremely caring. The hotel is very clean and has the best location on this island. They provide day activities at very reasonable price like all sorts of trips to see the wildlife, e.g.,dolphins, swimming with the sharks, Mantas, turtles. They offer a wide range of whater sport activities, puddleboats, glass boats, surfing, and diving. We had fantastic fishing trip. Salaam owns a pretty cafe right on the bikini beach. He offers nighttime entertainment, disco, and karaoke. Also, every Friday there is dinner with live music. You can have Internet on the beach .We all had a fabulous time.

Im having a great time . It's a really nice place with big rooms and really clean. Also they offer nice attraction which made my day . swimming with sharks . Nice owner and staff I recommend 👍

Bikini beach is 4-5 minutes walk, at any time we could easily find space even in the shadow. Water is amazing! Breakfast are served in the garden which was perfect way to start the day! It’s was quite fulfilling. Everyday different fruit and types of eggs were served. Rooms a little bit didn’t meet our expectations, however it didn’t influence on our overall experience. By the way, air conditioning is very comfortable, designed the way it doesn’t blow on the bed. As for safety, we would rate it 11/10. Possible to book with Union Pay card and to pay cash upon arrival.

It was amazing to stay in that place ,the excursion i have done is stunning the owner is been so helpful and nice and a gentleman same as Saeed the manager ,the food and breakfast so delicious .Guraidhoo island is the best ,much better than maffushi ,good quality and price. i really want to back here again

Everything was amazing

The level of comfort, cleanliness, and personal service was on top level. Welcome drink upon arrival in a cute garden with sea view, the way they care about their guests and their needs.

The BEST island with amazing beaches and snorkeling! Just a FANTASTIC place to stay! Guraidhoo - ferry every day, easy to reach, bikini beach is one of the most beautiful I have ever seen. White soft sand with turquoise warm water and this sandbar ! great for kids too, sunbeds and the best cafe of this hotel owner and there are corals and ship wreck for snorkeling experience and the shark feeding place - simply amazing to watch especially in the evening. There are great restaurants with fantastic prices, but the owner of the hotel was so kind to do barbecue for us with fish we bought from a local fisherman, but he also does fishing trips so you can catch your own fish and he will grill it for you in this beautiful restaurant he owns right on the beach. He can also prepare a romantic dinner with heart shaped lights on the beach-great for couples. Also parties at his restaurant - fantastic buffet dinner so you can try different dishes with live Maldivian music and after the dance and disco party. He also take you to a small island party nearby with a fire etc. - incredible experience! And the best! He does all the trips - to dolphins, sharks, turtles, rays, mantas, different sandbars every day - organized very professionally, including snorkeling equipment, towels, some food, etc. I have been on many such trips with different companies in the Maldives - but this one was amazing and for a much better price! The owner with his team also does all those underwater and drone videos. I highly recommend this place, you won't regret it! Room is also very nice with big windows, comfortable bad, nice bathroom, even a fridge with freezer and kettle, close to the bikiny beach. Beautiful romantic garden with lights, relaxing breakfast - very tasty - different every day. Welcome drink, the team is waiting for you when you arrive by ferry to take your luggage. Best experience in the Maldives! Not only the accommodation but just everything ! Best holidays in our lives !

All was just fantastic experience !

The host Salaam provided with amazing excursions to swim with sharks, dolphins, turtles and great snorkeling. He is a great man, a very friendly and extremely accommodative. He can organise everything you wish . I also thoroughly enjoyed communicating with local people on this beautiful island. Unforgettable experience overall, definitely will be back again.

So many Mosquitoes, we can't sleep. Because the bathroom's window and door have gap for them. Room not connecting to the beach can see nothing. Bad view. No drinking water for free in the room. High price for this hotel.

I think the construction in the area disrupts the view of the island

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this fantastic beachfront resort, and I can’t recommend it enough! The staff were incredibly attentive and provided excellent service throughout our stay. The food was also great! We were particularly impressed with the organized activities, which were both fun and affordable. A special shoutout to Salaam, who guided us to wonderful sights while ensuring our safety, and to Said for his outstanding cooking. Overall, it was an excellent stay, and I can’t wait to return. Highly recommended!

Check the room first before payment! The rating and pictures here on booking are misleading. Probably fake reviews. The rooms are very small. There are no windows in the room, just glass door to the shared hallway. If you wish privacy, you don't have a window. Sheets and towels are dirty, mold inside the blankets and pillows. There is no airport transfer included, you have to pay for it. Also most of the equipment shown here on Booking is not included. Dirt in the shower door rails, smell in the bathroom. The owner is not keeping word, be careful for his tricks. He tries to make more profit using various shady attempts. Other people on the island are not like this.

They clean it daily, and stuff is on your disposal 24/7, they are very nice. For that money it was worth it. Food is nice and every day they change it a bit. 9/10 for all 👌🏻

I was visiting this island for the third time. Please read my two previous detailed reviews. This time I discovered that you can easily visit nearby 5* resorts , it costs 70 dollars per day visit. In the day visit lunch, snacks and unlimited beverages drinks are included. I visited all 3 nearest resorts. Transfer time was 10 - 20 minutes. It was a great fun in addition to the amazing trips Salaam providing for all his customers to see Manta, dolphins, sharks, turtles and the longest sandbanks with the clearest waters in the world. All your activities will be filmed on Go Pro 12 and the phenomenal drone videos will be shared with you for free. Unforgettable snorkeling experience is guaranteed! Also, you can visit local restaurants in the evening for the lovely tasty dinners. The average costs is 5 dollars per meal. Yet, Saeed you are amazing chef, I will never forget that perfectly grilled, delicious giant fish!

The weather, as it was too much raining in some days and strong wind.

Location- The properly is just 45 minutes from Male and 1 hour from the airport. You can got into the Bikini Beach easier where you can relax. Inquiries- The instructions were clear on how you can get to the island. All the arrangement of your desired tours are being handled by the Guest House itself. Staff- The staff will get you from the island boat terminal going to the hotel when you arrive. They are very accommodating in serving their guests. Kudos to the staff and to the guest house owner. Accommodation- They gave me a nice room with clean bathroom and comfortable bed. Foods are being served by schedule and can get it earlier than the scheduled time. Price- Overall, This is one of the affordable guest house in Maldives. From the food price offers and tours. Truly worth it.

Expect that you will be staying to an island. Everything was above expectations! I love everything!

Affordable price and friendly workers (except the owner).

I cannot understand how an accommodation owner can care so little about the management of his business. Communication with him is impossible, he hardly ever replies to messages and cares very little about his business or customers. For example: I needed an invoice for the insurance due to a health problem we had, I was asking for it for 7 days in a row and I had to give up, either he didn't answer or he answered nonsense. It seemed like a joke. I was only there for 4 days and I had problems like this from a week before I arrived. It was no coincidence. I guess since he cares so little about his business, this negative comment won't matter to him either. On this island you will find much better options for the same price, I don't recommend it to anyone.

We loved our room with the big window and trees infront! Cleanest and most comfortable place we stayed in during our whole trip. Absolutely recommend. They offer sea turtle snorkel trip which was amazing and you even get pictures and videos included in the price.

Fresh orange juice for breakfast would be nice

The location is super, just next to the bikini beach. Is very clean and quiet, very confortable beds, and very nice view, a part of ocean.The host is very nice, always respond promptly to our demands. The food was wonderfull. Our trips organized by our host was perfect. He made us a perfect holiday, with turtles, sharks, many tropical fish, filming us with drone and under the water, swimming with fish..superbs memories !!!.. l still dreaming at this holiday!

Our stay at Wind Breeze in Guraidhoo, Maldives, was spectacular. We were there to celebrate my mother's 50th birthday anniversary, and the experience exceeded all our expectations. While the hotel was very normal , local vibes, air-conditioned rooms, and a simple but good breakfast, what truly made our stay unforgettable were the excursions organized by the owner, Salaam. He offered very reasonable prices for incredible experiences like swimming with sharks, mantas, and turtles, sandbanks and watching dolphins. Professional drone videos and underwater videos were made as well. One of the most memorable moments was a surprise boat trip to Picnic island, complete with a birthday cake and BBQ dinner for my mother's birthday. The hospitality was remarkable. Salaam and his team always made sure we were comfortable, often bringing us refreshing watermelon and attending to every detail with great care. The attention to detail and the warm, welcoming atmosphere made this vacation one we'll never forget. The island Guraidhoo is small but very nice, the bikini beach is 5 minutes walking from the hotel and it’s very beautiful. The ferry from Malé it’s 2 dollars and the speedboat 25 dollars There are some restaurants and supermarkets in the island but most of our meals were made in the hotel because it was definitely cheaper than outside. There is also an hospital and police station very close to the hotel. Special thanks to Salaam for making my mother's birthday the best she’s ever had. We will always cherish our time at Wind Breeze and highly recommend it to anyone looking for an authentic local and extraordinary experience in the Maldives.

Very small place. No one cleaning. The bathroom had a problem . That was a little apartment with narrow stairs.

I forgot to mention that only a small piece of soap was provided No shower gel or body lotion or shampoo and conditioner

A very nice guest house right next to the beach. Supermarket and restaurant are all very close, And one thing to mention is that Bikini Beach is just a 5 minute walk from the guest house. The owner of the guest house arranged all the facilities that I needed, even if it was airport pickup and day excursions . If anybody planing to visit guraidhoo the beautiful and peaceful island in Maldives i really recommend this guest for you .

I absolutely adore Guraidhoo. It is the best island to visit. The bikini beach is just beautiful, the best of all islands around, better than Maafushi beach. It has its own sandbank, you can walk far to the sea. Guraidhoo is not a small island and it has a great promenade, you can have a lovely long walk admiring sunsets. The longest on Maldives Cocoa sandbank is few minutes away and is just phenomenal with its crystal clear sea water. Hotel owner Salaam is offering lots of boat trips and excursions. You can visit every day new places snorkeling, fishing, swimming with Mantas and turtles, glowing Plankton beach and swimming with skates. I was thrilled swimming with sharks, manta and turtles. Salaam filmed all trips with under the water camera and above the water drones footages. Also Salaam offers sunset BBQ trips to the beautiful small island and water entertainments like banana rides, jet ski. Guraidhoo is easy accessible from Male. Salaam booked speed boat for 25 dollars and it took 40 minutes to arrive to the airport. You can also take public ferry for 2 dollars, you can visit the nearest islands by public ferry. Hotel is very nice and being cleaned non stop. Saeed cooks delicious food, thank you Saeed for looking after me! They all will do their best and beyond to meet your every need. Its was my second stay in this hotel and I recommend it 100%.

The weather could've been a bit better, but it was off season time.

The hotel owner is very responsive, friendly, and pleasant to communicate with. Before arriving in the Maldives, he helped with arrival arrangements, and upon arrival, he organized the transfer and personally met us on the boat from Maafushi late in the evening. Upon arrival, we were given a welcome drink and a delicious dinner. The room is small but equipped with all the necessary new appliances: a refrigerator, a kettle, a hairdryer, a well-maintained toilet and shower, and a mirror with lighting. I definitely recommend staying here if you are in Guraidhoo

I wanted to stay longer at this place, but all the spots were already booked :(

Wind Breeze was fine if a bit basic. The breakfast and facilities were okay but nothing amazing. We were thankful that the AC worked well as the heat was almost unbearable. The guys who were running the place did everything they could to be helpful and we had a good time on Guraidhoo. They organised transport to and from the island which we would not have been able to do ourselves.

I doubt much could be improved as the resources on the local islands are limited. I did prefer the Maldivian breakfast of tuna rather than the continental toast and egg... worth asking for.

The facilities were clean and property has air conditioning and hot water. They are very accommodating; our first room didn’t have hot water so they changed us to a different room which had hot water. They also offer breakfast, lunch, and dinner, which is extremely delicious every time. The staff are very friendly and especially the guy from Bangladesh, he is an excellent chef. He does everything from cleaning to cooking and he keeps the hotel in order. The outside patio is amazing. Overall we feel welcome here and comfortable. It’s hard to leave the place.

A suggestion would be to have air conditioning in the living room. It’s a really nice hangout area but it gets hot without the air conditioning.

It was a marvelous stay. Such a beautiful cute hotel , just in a private beach facing the sunset the famous bikini beach just minutes away, the boat equally minutes away. I had a wonderful room, very big, great bed, great bathroom, many towels for the beach as well, fridge... everything. I loved the breakfast and the owner and staff were so friendly , so attentive, so kind and so generous I am glad I chose this island as it was quiet and traditional. The bikini beach was the best, I really miss it now. Just many many thanks for everything.itvwasclike paradise.

There is no balcony as the meaning of balcony 😅

A very bright, modern, newly refurbished and cleaned to the perfection accommodation. Extremely helpful staff at arrival by the ferry and at a every need you have. Great offers for sightseeing tours and activities. They can provide day activities for all ages. Salaam can share with you a very high quality pictures and drone videos of what you enjoyed above the water and under the water. In the whole what a beautiful island and neighbourhood area, especially the longest sandbanks with its sugarwhite sand and crystal clear turquoise water. Very easy access to the nearest islands, not far from Male. Tickets cost 2 dollas by ferry.

Great location, very helpful staff and the excursions were fantastic value for money. We had a BBQ on the beach the first night we arrived, taken to a small island and had our fish cooked in front of us, it was amazing! The underwater photos taken whilst snorkelling and then drone pictures on the sandbank were fantastic. Would definitely recommend.

The breakfast was very limited and as there were not many restaurants around/open (maybe due to Ramadan), we struggled to find food.

To pay 5% more because I paid with a credit card. Those resorts, if they want people to stay more than one day should make some equipment available, like kayak, snorkeling gear, etc. so that the guests wouldn't have to pay a lot of money each time they want to go to the sea. The owner should fix things that are broken, otherwise the place will go down. Never saw the owner in a week.

When the chief of this scam realised it he took us to a hotel next door which was actually of acceptable standard so we stayed there. For scanty breakfast (worse we had) he told us to come to the other run down property garden. This experience made us feel very uncomfortable especially that we red the reports that t he person who runs this “scam” is known for criminal activity. We were relieved to leave. It’s beyond our comprehension how the owners managed to collect reviews on booking and how they operate to obviously remove the real reviews. It also puts doubts on how Booking operates.

Stayed for 5 nights. Staff are welcoming and caring. They have everything you need for a vacation, just ask. Location is one minute to the ocean, 15 min (walk and swim) to a coral reef.

If there is something you may not like just remember you are on the small island! You are on a budget and it is a specific climate!

What did we like the most? Very good location located in an area with a sea view, welcoming spacious rooms, everything was ok! But above all, I met absolutely special people. Salaam, our host, offered us unique, absolutely wonderful moments! We discovered the secrets of the Indian Ocean with accomplished professionals! We will come back with great pleasure to spend vacations with our friends from overseas!
