Hotel Miro Mansion Old City

The hotel is located in a perfect spot for exploring the old city and is within easy walking distance of all the main sites including the Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, Grand Bazaar etc. The apartment is boutique in style but a little frayed round the edges (e.g. a window blind was hanging off the ceiling and the wardrobe didn't have door handles!). However, it had all the required facilities and good air conditioning. The served breakfast was excellent and ample.

A few little attentions to detail (see above) would lift the hotel to another level. Early morning Mosque calls (5:30 am) might annoy some, but we found it to be quite atmospheric and added to the overall experience. The hotel has no lift, so be prepared for climbing the steep stairs if located on higher floors. The floors themselves seem quite thin so noise from the apartment above ours was a bit of a nuisance.

Mizerie de sus până jos , în cameră era pot să zic destul de ok față de scări , sala unde luai micul dejun,nu s-a făcut niciodată curățenie , nici măcar prosoapele schimbate , mâncarea la mic dejun a fost lafel am mâncat primele 2 zile apoi nu am mai mâncat … personalul amabil cred ca era chiar proprietarul hotelului a fost destul de amabil , parcarea destul de scumpă 15 € pe zi mi se pare foarte scump!! Pozele cred ca sunt de când s a deschis hotelul !

El servicio fue muy amable, nos ayudaron en relación al taxi hacia el aeropuerto y otros asuntos. El desayuno muy bien también.

No me gustó la comodidad de la cama y que no habia ascensor siendo 5 pisos.

The hotel was very budget-friendly and had an excellent location. It was right in the middle of the Old City, with Hagia Mosque and the Blue Mosque only around a 5–10 minute walk away. We also had easy access to local attractions, beautiful restaurants, and the Grand Bazaar. Because so many places were within walking distance, we didn’t need to spend much money on transport, which made the overall stay even better value for money.

The mattresses were quite old and could definitely be improved. The quality of the bed and mattress has a big impact on the overall experience, and newer, more comfortable mattresses would make the stay much better.

За 40 евро в сутки хороший вариант! Было чисто в номере, завтраки не большие, для утреннего перекуса хорошие! Расположение тоже нормальное!

La cordialidad del personal.

Hubiese estado bien tener una habitación el los pisos inferiores. Las imágenes no llegaban a corresponder con la realidad, ya que la habitación parece más grande lo que era. El aire no funcionaba muy bien, pero afortunadamente con las ventanas abiertas corría aire.

Dość przestronne, nowocześnie urządzone i wygodne pokoje. Śniadanie smaczne, urozmaicone. Bardzo miły i pomocny personel - pozwolono nam zostawić bagaże w hotelu w dniu wylotu, już po opuszczeniu pokoju. Dobry internet.

Le personnels était super, très à l’écoute, il peuvent discuter avec vous pendant des heures .

Emplacement, je me suis rendue en voiture mais personne nous a informer que pendant des heures fixe, les routes au alentour de l’hôtel ainsi que celui qui est devant l’hôtel était fermé.

Was not as we expected it to be, I was not expecting something good for this price but still was disappointed with how it looked inside, especially the smell and facilities were bad. Dirty bed sheets, very old facilities, were given already opened and used slippers.

The hospitality shown by the staff in terms of catering to basic needs like getting an iron box, serving the breakfast and sorting small issues promptly.

We came late and we got the topmost room which has low ceiling. Therefore, I had to lower my head several times while walking inside the room.

Very helpful and polite staff(Iroda,Ertunj,Ulvi). Nice breakfast. Really worth the price. 5 minute walk to the tram station. Groceries and restaurants around.

The property is well located, walking distance to popular attractions and tucked away in a quiet street.

The soap dispensers were not attached to the walls properly and so weren’t able to be used in the bathrooms

Příjemný a vstřícný personál, krásný výhled na moře, celkem ucházející snídaně. Všude bylo čisto.

V pokoji byly odlepené lišty u zdi. Ve sprše byla hodně uvolněná baterie, která vypadala, že každou chvíli spadne ze zdi. Špatně odtékal odpad sprchy. Velice nízký tlak vody ve sprše - téměř netekla voda a když tak jen čůrkem. Téměř netekla teplá voda ve sprše a v umyvadle netekla teplá voda vůbec.

Slow drain in the shower, a little scratched furniture, a bit of cat pee smell on stairs indoors, low ceilings (rooms is small and one couldn't stand tall in half of it)

The brick wall is great idea. We loved the cats. Everything was perfect.

Un po trascurato negli accessori che andrebbero sistemati come i porta saponi. Ci vorrebbe solo un po piú di manutenzione.

Δεν υπάρχει κάτι αξιόλογο να αναφέρω, το κατάλυμα ήταν επαρκές μόνο για το νυχτερινό ύπνο.

Πολύ κακή σχέση με την καθαριότητα και την υγιεινή. Μείναμε 5 ημέρες και μόνο την πρώτη ημέρα μας άλλαξαν τα σκουπίδια, δεν άλλαξαν ποτέ σεντόνια και πετσέτες και δεν ήρθαν ποτέ να καθαρίσουν. Επίσης στο ξενοδοχείο κυκλοφορούν ελεύθερες γάτες τις οποίες συμπαθούμε πολύ σαν οικογένεια, ωστόσο οι μοκέτες και τα καθίσματα δεν καθαρίζονταν ποτέ και ήταν όλα μέσα στην τρίχα ακόμα και στην τραπεζαρία για το πρωινό. Το πρωινό ήταν κάθε μέρα το ίδιο με πολύ περιορισμένες επιλογές και σίγουρα δεν ήταν αυτό που περιμέναμε. Όταν κλείσαμε το κατάλυμα φαινόταν ότι είχε μια πολύ μεγάλη έκπτωση, αλλά εκ των υστέρων καταλάβαμε ότι η αρχική τιμή που αναγραφόταν ήταν σίγουρα παραπλανητική καθώς σε καμία περίπτωση δεν ανταποκρίνεται σε αυτό που ήταν στην πραγματικότητα το ξενοδοχείο.

Very friendly and helpful hotel staff! There are lovely cats in the hotel that you can cuddle every day, which was a really nice touch. The location is great – close to all the most important places in Istanbul. The hotel could use a bit of refreshing, and the breakfasts could be a bit more varied. However, they were tasty, always fresh, and served by very kind staff. Overall, I recommend it for a short trip if you want to experience the atmosphere of this wonderful city 🤍

Kahvalti iyiydi, konum mukemmel, kapali carsi 5 dk, tarihi yerler 15-20 dk yuruyus mesafesi. Tramvay duragi 5 dakika. Deniz 5 dakika. Market 5 dk. Etrafinda cok sayida restoran ve alisveris imkani olan yerler var. Personel cok ilgiliydi, gerek duydugumuz her anda yardim ettiler. 10 uzerinden 10 puan hepsine. Otel dizayni cok hos. Kucuk ve guzel butik otel sevenler icin ideal.

Kahvalti fiyata gore iyiydi ama biraz daha gelistirilebilir. Gurultu oluyordu bazi geceler, otelden ziyade musterilerden kaynakliydi, yapilabilecek pek birsey yok.

The location is great, just 15 minute walk from Sultanahmet square. Many restaurants around as well.

Vstřícný, komunikativní a ochotný personál. Ubytování v centru města.

Zdolávat čtvrté patro po točitých schodech není příliš pohodlné. Sprcha ucpaná vodním kamenem, ucpaný odtok. Dveře do koupelny se otevíraly. Některé vybavení v pokročilém stádiu rozpadu. Okolní ulice zanedbané. Snídani jsme nestihli. Koupili jsme s výraznou slevou na jedno přespání, takže nelitujeme. Původně nabízená cena je ale naprosto mimo realitu.

El desayuno poco variado, y el último día que teníamos que ir al aeropuerto a la 8:00, no pudimos desayunar ni nos dieron opciones de comer nada allí porque hasta las 8:30 no comenzaba el desayuno, teniendo en cuenta que el vuelo era a las 11:30 de la mañana y que teníamos que estar allí dos horas antes pues la verdad es que casi nadie podrá desayunar antes de ir a coger el avión por la mañana

Hotel pulito e confortevole, in un'ottima posizione per visitare tutte le attrazioni della parte vecchia di Istanbul. Personale molto gentile, sorridente, accogliente e disponibile, pronto a dare consigli e aiutare per stampare boarding pass, mappe città, chiamare taxi, offrire bevande a tutte le ore e molto altro.

Non c'è stato nulla che non mi sia piaciuto.

Just the beds weren't the comfiest or we didn't have a hairdryer in the room but that's not that important. But the staff made us feel welcomed and that made up for everything! Thank you.

L'hotel è in una posizione centrale e vicino a molti mezzi pubblici, oltre che a negozi e ristoranti. I punti principali di Sultanahmet si possono raggiungere con una passeggiata. La stanza era molto carina, con tutto il necessario a disposizione (come asciugacapelli, sapone, ciabatte). La colazione viene servita a partire dalle 8.30, e include cose dolci e salate. Alla reception c'è sempre qualcuno a ogni ora del giorno e della notte.

Non c'è l'ascensore (non un problema per noi, ma da prendere in considerazione in caso di bisogno).

Unsere Erwartungen wurden weit übertroffen; wir wurden sehr gut bewirtet. Von Anfang bis Ende waren stets herzliche Menschen da, die in jeder Hinsicht hilfsbereit waren.Frühstück war sehr gut.

Staff were very friendly and put in a lot of effort to make me comfortable. The location depending on what you like was quite good (busy part of the city so close to a lot of landmarks but which also meant noisy)

The facility looked just as in the picture but in reality was quite dated and could benefit from some refreshing.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere was very welcoming. I especially want to mention the reception staff — they were incredibly friendly, professional, and always ready to help with anything I needed. Their warm attitude made my stay even more enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area and will be happy to return in the future!

Piuttosto vicino al centro città, staff disponibile e cordiale. La camera è abbastanza spaziosa, il letto è comodo e la doccia è grande.

Le petit déjeuner est trés simple. Il y a des concombres, du pain, des olives, du fromage et des oeufs. Il a l’air petit mais il cale quand même. Nous avons eu la même chose pendant les 5 jours. Le personel est trés disponible et accueillant. L’hôtel est situé à 10mn de marche du grand bazar et d’un arrêt de tram. Il est trés trés trés éloigné de l’aéroport si vous prenez les transports en commun.

Zu Fuß alle Sehenswürdigkeiten gut erreichbar. Personal sehr nett.

В день заезда вообще не было воды (вроде как в этот день не было воды в половине Стамбула). Район очень сомнительный, входную дверь в отель закрывают - надо стучаться и ждать, когда откроют. Очень крутая лестница до номеров, мне не проблема,но многим будет некомфортно. В пепельнице на балконе остались окурки от прошлых жильцов, нет подставки под мыло в душе, все двери открываются в неудобную сторону. Жить можно, но за эту цену можно найти гораздо лучше.

Nice space of the room, pretty far away from tram stop. The room need for deep cleaning, the tiles in the bathroom was dirty with toothpaste and shaving foam (it has not been cleaned for a long time), also some furniture have run-out. Nice breakfast.

Calitatea produselor mic dejunului destul de slaba, capacul WC-ului rupt si grila ventilatorului din baie necuratata. Camera 402. Izolarea fonica a camerei slaba...se auzea orice de la vecini. Pretul parcarii mare 15 eur.

Struttura centralissima e a pochi passi dai punti di maggiore interesse turistico. Camera accogliente e pulita. Colazione sempre varia e di qualità. Personale gentile e sempre disponibile. In più alla reception ti accolgono anche due meravigliosi e morbidi gattoni. Struttura consigliatissima. In futuro sicuramente la sceglieremo ancora.

The hospitality was great, breakfast was fine, and the bed and room facilities were very good. Some hotels don’t allow an extra bed, but Mir’i Mansion offered it as part of the booking. Although we travelled during peak Christmas time and paid a much higher price, we still value that the quality was as expected. Thank you very much for the service during our stay — worth mentioning. The hotel location is easily accessible to tramways, just a few metres away, and it is in a central location.
