El alojamiento está muy bien ubicado, en todo el centro de Nerja. La piscina está aunque es pequeñita, está muy bien y tranquila. Con el aparcamiento no tuvimos problemas nunca, aparcábamos cerca del Mercadona donde hay muchos aparcamientos y está a 10 minutos andando del alojamiento. En general, el apartamento tiene todo lo necesario.

Por decir algo, estaría muy bien tener un tendedero para poner la ropa mojada. También al ser tan céntrico si que es verdad que hay ruido pero a nosotros eso no nos molestaba.

Over all ok. Should have booked a balcony tho. Could do with more lighting in the bathroom. I’d say it was clean enough but fairly basic.

La relación calidad-precio es muy mala.No pusieron papel higiénico,tampoco un poco de gel y bolsas de la basura las tuvimos que comprar.El colchón se hunde en el medio,el sofá incómodo,no hay lavadora.El estudio merece que esté más acorde con el precio que pagamos por él.

This is a fantastic location. Steps away from beaches and restaurants but still quiet at night, no sound comes up from the street. We had unit 1C so we had a balcony attached to our room. The balcony was spacious and did offer views of the ocean. The rooftop shared patio area was also really nice. It has a small plunge pool and even better views of the ocean and the beaches. There are many loungers up here so lots of space if other people are also there.

Parking is horrendous. This is not the accommodations fault but it took us an hour of driving around before we could find a spot. If you are here with a car I highly suggest arriving before 7 when people come to the area for eating. There was also basic amenities in the room. No shower gel or pods for the Nescafe machine. The hand soap was watered down.

The location was excellent, and it was a very clean and well-stocked apartment.

Boendet marknadsför att dom erbjuder transfer från och till flygplatsen. Fungerade vid ankomst men när vi sökte dem på alla sök möjliga alternativ för bokning transfer från boendet till flygplatsen fick ingen som helst kontakt eller svar på meddelande eller mail. Mycket dålig köksutrustning

Un sitio precioso, con una ubicacion y unas vistas magnificas de la playa. El apartamento espacioso, bien cuidado y comodo. Muy recomendable.

Lo unico que la terraza no tuviera sombrillas. Lo demas fenomenal

Excellent location, very central. Excellent air conditioning which was great as it was very hot! The apartment was very clean and well equipped. Pool area was lovely and relaxing.

Pillows were very hard but that's just personal preference.

Ubicacion estupenda , al lado del balcon de europa. Vistas increibles al mar , tamaño perfecto y bien organizado. Limpio. Tiene una pequeña piscina con solarium ,con vistas al mar . A 10 minutos andando de la playa del playazo, y a pocos minutos de dos pequeñas playas al lado del balcon de europa. Parking cerca y comodo en plaza de españa.

La terraza con vistas.

Piscina super chica, horario de entrada a partir de las 16 hs y horario de salida hasta las 10 hs, no vale el dinero que piden y los horarios malísimos! No hay jabón ni champú, encima te piden que saques la basura, a nada de pagar mucho por ir a limpiar.

Facilidad de entrada y acceso. Literalmente es el centro de Nerja. Instalaciones cómodas. Bastante silenciosa.

La hora del check out podría ser más tarde, pero es verano y puede entenderse.

Excellent location, v clean and comfortable. Lovely roof terrace and pool. Air con worked a treat. Basic facilities but everything included for a great stay. Would highly recommend.

Location absolutely superb

Construction work starting at 8am every morning right underneath the apartments,no warning at all from the owners.aircon very poor in the room we stayed in.no towel changes at all in apartment.

Location only which was exactly as expected.

Cleanliness, broken floor tiles, inadequate bathroom towels & bed linen, neither replaced over 10 days, rusty balcony rail & clothes rail, broken sum umbrella left on balcony floor, two mugs one broken, attempt to fill holes in walls but unpainted...we could go on as totally disappointed. For 5 days we had to put up with a kango hammer from early morning below with construction work which we were never advised about.

The Location

We arrived at 11-35 on Thursday the 18 th June when we put our coad number into the box there was no key we rang the number for the property about four times and received no answer we then had to go an find accommodation for the night and as yet have still not received any refund . Also the towels at the property are so old they smell and are disgusting.😒

Location is fabulous, very close to Balcón de Europa. The apartment has everything you need. Bed is comfortable. Air conditioning. Check in was easy. Wifi working. Kitchen equipped. View from the room is stunning. And from the rooftop as well.

The check in at 4pm is really bad. We will come to a day that check ins will start at 6pm. We arrived at 1pm, bought an umbrella and stayed in the beach until check in time. The communication is so slow. There is no shower gel/shampoo. Any place I ever stayed that’s the minimum they offer. So bring your stuff. Towels are a bit old and thin. The pool is shallow. Looks like a kids pool. I kindly asked to put the beds together, they said ok but when we arrived they didn’t put them together, so I did it by myself. Overall it is a good place, all clean and tidy, but with small things that can be a bit annoying.

No change of towels or bed sheets for the entire week, we requested an extra set of keys several times with no communication back. Photos do not represent what is actually there, no parasols or chairs despite several requests in searing heat, we ended up having to buy parasols ourselves in order to enjoy the roof terrace. Very limited crockery in apartment for example 1 wine glass once again had to buy our own. Other guests had similar experiences to us. We will definitely not be back to this property and do not recommend it to anyone.

The location was great

The constant drilling from bnext door at 7 am in the morning. This meant we both had struggled with sleep. The whole building was rattling and the noise was unbearable. The builders had said the owner knew about this and so.we were not warned about this which was why I have given a 7/10.

First floor just above a bar with a radio blaring until 1 a.m . I would never have booked had I know this. Also pool on roof terrace but no shade at all.

The location is beautiful.

It is a little dated. There needs to be new towels bought for the apartment as they are very old and smelt damp. There was only one wine glass. The freezer needs to be defrosted. The roof top garden is a bonus however the plants need a little attention and it could do with being painted. Apart from the towels , The other issues would not stop me from booking again The towels were my biggest issue apart from that the apartment is adequate.

The location was EXCELLENT and the rooms all had plenty of space. Bed was comfortable. Place was clean, but needs a bit of updating.

The furniture is very uncomfortable (sofa and chairs). They had trouble making the payment upon multiple tries online before my arrival. They could not run through my credit card or my friend's (for their room). I had to go to their office (different location) to pay, which was an inconvenience. Definitely a problem on their end as I've not had the problem with any other stay.

Bed was comfortable, kitchen was basic but we had everything we needed.

Bathroom screen was dirty, towels were shocking, so don’t expect them to dry you and only left with 2 hand towels, bath sheet and bath towel , were supposed to be white but I would describe as a dirty white. Didn’t see cleaner at all to ask for fresh ones. 1 1/2 toilet rolls left. Balcony was dirty. Pool filtration system wasn’t on, pool was dirty both inside, floor and around top with scum and dirt. Sun beds were bleached and not clean, tiled flooring was dirty and plants looked a bit worse for wear. No umbrellas or any shade provided.

Elendig renhold ☹️ fikk ikke vasket leiligheten ,byttet håndduker eller sengeklær i løpet av de 14 dagene vi bodde der. Veldig skitne og slitte solsenger. Ingen renhold på takterrassen , den var veldig skitten. Et slitt bad med tegn til vannskader og svart sopp under kransiden på badekaret.

Beliggenheten

Jeg hadde bedt om å få en leilighet i toppetasjen vendt mot Plaza Cavana, og fikk bekreftet at vi skulle få det. Da vi ankom fikk vi likevel ikke slik leilighet, og vi brukte lang tid og mange mailer før vi fikk byttet etter en uke. Området omkring bassenget ble aldri vasket. Vi fikk byttet håndklær én gang, og det først etter å be om det. Det var ingen renhold i leiligheten. Air condition fungerte ikke. Vi har bodd her tidligere, men standarden er nå langt dårligere enn den var tidligere. Ikke verd den høye prisen sammenlignet med andre alternativer vi har prøvd.

The rooftop lounge area was lovely. The location was excellent. Check-in was very easy with the lockbox.

The towels were threadbare, I’ve never seen such bad towels in my life.

We enjoyed the balcony overlooking the plaza. It was a bit noisy at night, but quickly quieted down once the bar closed. The room was spacious enough for two people.

Var ikke svømmebasseng, ikke renhold i leiligheten eller takterrasse.Fikk ikke nye sengklær,handduker på 6 dager. Møtte vasker tilfeldig i gang. Ho måtte ringe sjefen om ho kunne vaske leiligheten? Søppel ble ikke tømt, fri for toalettpapir. Strømmen var borte en kveld og ingen nødlys virket i trappeoppgang. Ingen røyk/varme detektorer, ingen brannvarslere noen plass. Soppvekst på badet. Skjønner ikke at booking. com kan anbefale dette stedet. Vi anbefaler ihvertfall ikke dette boenheten.

Old fashioned and basic. Faulty lock on the patio doors. Could do with a sun brolly on the patio.

Good location in the centre of town. Clean and comfortable apartment with all the facilities I needed. Have stayed here before and will again.

No fault of the property but the proximity of the bars below, in Plaza Cavana, can make it noisy in the evening until they close around midnight.

Ubicación, el apartamento es muy amplio y tiene muchos detalles, la piscina aunque pequeña está chula y tiene hamacas en la terraza para tomar el sol

Las toallas estaban muy muy viejas, daba grima usarlas, el colchón se hundía bastante aunque no llegaba a ser incómodo

The location was excellent

Nerja was lively but the apartment was dirty and in need of a refurbishment, the walls need to be painted badly. The towels and bedding were never changed and we had to buy toilet roll, we will never be staying the these apartments again.

Location was good. The rooftop was nice. The studio apartment was adequate. It was old but clean.

The towels are abominable. They look like they are 30 years old and rags you would use in your garage to clean your car. There was no place near the beds to plug in our phones to charge them.

Good size apartment with a decent sized balcony. In the heart of the old town. Previous comments said they could hear noise from the street but our apartment was on the back and it was quiet.

The kitchen facilites need updating. They are on the old side. Decoration in the apartment on the tired side too. Balcony area is in need of some TLC. Looking scruffy. We were even left a pair of the last guests knickers!

Location was very good and both balcony and view were good. Nerja was very worth visiting.

The furnishings and property was very dated and not very well maintained. The settee was very uncomfortable and partly broken, The towels in the bathroom were obviously very old. very poor cooking facilities made it impossible to eat indoors.

Noise at night for 4 days due to something wrong with the plumbing. No kettle to boil water. Appartment walls seemed to be in the midst of a repaint as there were dabs of paind all over them.

Selv om det var stille og rolig både fra trafikk og fra de andre leilighetene fikk vi nattesøvnen ødelagt av buldring fra vannrør antagelig fra bassenget på takterrassen. Søvn er viktig, så oppholdet ble preget av mangel på det.

The location and ease of access was perfect. The photos of the property on the website are accurate, (although it stated single beds, but were made up as double when we arrived which was preferable anyway).

There were few if any extra conveniences that you do tend to find in self-catering apartments such as shower gel/shampoo etc. The cooking equipment was minimal so you probably wouldn’t want to be doing much cooking, not that you need to with so many great value restaurants and cafes so close by.

Mitt i gamla stadsdelen med restauranger, barer och affärer. Nära till allt på promenadavstånd.

Fick inget byte av handdukar under veckan. Inga parasoller på takterrassen.

Sofa bed was tired and uncomfortable to sit on, basis facilities, floor tiles cracked and the place generally needs updating.

Location was excellent. Self-check in very smooth with no issues. Apartment very clean with everything you need for a comfortable stay. One recommendation would be to upgrade the hairdryer provided. Although great that one was provided, the setting was stuck on a very low airflow so took quite a while to dry my hair:/(long hair). Pool area on roof terrace had fabulous views out to the sea and across the roof tops of the centre of Nerja.

The location was excellent, located in the heart of Nerja & the roof terrace was great.

We were there for 2 weeks, which in hindsight was not a great idea. if you want to stay in sometime it wasn’t that kind of place & the balcony overlooking the Plaza doesn’t get any sun whatsoever so the time of year meant that it never really got warm enough to sit outside. I contacted the host several times to ask for clean linen but got no response, I managed to catch the cleaners in another apartment and got clean sheets & towels once but that was it. I had to take towels to a laundrette! The double bed was very wobbly and not suitable for 2 adults so my husband ended up in the sofa bed! The rest of the furniture was ok but tired I would suggest that this apartment is more suited to a short stay holiday
