Reviewed Aug 6, 2026Por el precio, ofrece un nivel de equipamiento y comodidad que supera las expectativas. El hotel es prácticamente nuevo, por lo que todas sus instalaciones se encuentran en excelentes condiciones y todo funciona a la perfección. El personal es muy amable y atento, cuenta con un amplio estacionamiento y el desayuno incluido es de muy buena calidad. Sin duda, es una excelente opción para hospedarse en Navojoa.

Reviewed Sep 18, 2025Everything; it’s one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at in Mexico and at a great price. It is new, spotlessly clean, has spacious rooms with comfortable beds and pillows, and all the room and bathroom amenities we needed. The outdoor pool was also very nice as was the continental breakfast, which included four different kinds of fresh fruits, bread, cereal, oatmeal, granola, yogurt, milk, juice, coffee, etc. We got a room on the ground floor in the back of the hotel and it was very quiet.
Nothing, everything was great, although one small item we missed was a box of tissues.

Reviewed Sep 10, 2025Todas las personas son súper amables, sin excepción, a pesar de que tiene poco tiempo que lo conocí, esta es mi segunda vez y me encanto que no ha bajado su nivel en ningún aspecto, y que bueno que ya esta habilitada la alberca, aunque lamentablemente no me fue posible hacer uso de ella.
Nada sin mal comentario, solo falta que quede activo el restaurante, que por estas dos veces que lo he visitado, sé que va a valer mucho la pena la espera. Ojalá pueda volver a visitarlos pronto.

Reviewed Sep 6, 2025Es un alojamiento nuevo, con camas súper cómodas y buena presión de agua en la ducha. Para nosotras dos puntos que siempre evaluamos e importantes. Luego es una habitación con comodidades pensadas para que el huésped pueda sentirse con lo necesario. Las habitaciones son amplias y espaciosas, bien climatizadas y una muy buena limpieza. Sin dudas, una nueva alternativa a considerar si vas a pasar por Navojoa . A destacar que el personal fue muy amable!

Reviewed Aug 25, 2025This hotel exceeded my expectations. It was very spacious, and clean. There was extra pillows. I really appreciated the additional security alarm for the door. If the door was not properly closed, an alarm would go off to notify you. I would definitely stay here again.

No me parece que la señorita Güerita , gordita. en el desayuno se fije, cuando uno está tomando los alimentos, si uno agarra mucho o poco alimento, No tiene por qué? Fijarse. Eso fue lo único, que No me pareció. Contraté. Personal más humilde como Irma y el jardinero. Excelentes trabajadores.

Hot water pressure was VERY low in shower even though the cold water has a lot of great pressure. Of course, I wanted to take a hot shower so had to do so in just a low trickle of water. Beds could have been a bit more comfortable but they were adequate.

Reviewed Feb 12, 2025Wow. Incredibly comfortable hotel. Large room. Big TV. Lots of lights. Modern heating and air conditioning. Fast internet. Safe parking outside my room.
The location is not near the center of town. There are some convenience stores and a couple restaurants near the hotel, but if you want to go to the center, you'll have to drive, or it's a long walk. The price is expensive by Mexican standards, but if you're used to hotel prices in the US (or Europe), this will seem like a bargain.

Hotel is brand new and they are still finishing some parts, some light construction was happening during the stay. The restaurant/diner was not open, and they accommodated breakfasts by serving them in one of the rooms. *** This was during our New Year stay 2024/2025, if you book your stay there later in the year they may be finished with the work and restaurant may open. ***

Reviewed May 24, 2024This is a very new place and still partially in construction. The rooms are very nice, spacious and with everything needed. beds are comfortable and the bathroom is good with an excellent shower. AC is silent and also with a fan. It has a fridge.
It is very close to the main road and noisy. The walls are also not thick, it is very easy to hear persons in the next rooms. Breakfast was still mostly improvised, but the hotel tried to provide everything.
