Hotel Fiesta Navojoa

Property was remodeled on the exterior but the beds and floors need renewal as well. The shower was exelent.

Good stay. No complaints. Just a little older and dusty but had a great stay and loved the late check out time.

Smooth & easy check-in & out. Clean room, helpful staff & great morning breakfast goodies before hitting the road again!

Clean property and safe quiet good overall 👌

Very easy access from the highway. Unfortunately, being so close to the highway made it very noisy. The internet was terrible; very difficult to access and kept getting dropped. When I finally got connected it was extremely slow.

Stayed several times and always good experience. Breakfast could be more imaginative

Checked into room experience was not friendly but ok. Got to the room no wifi available tried to contact front desk. No dial tone. Went to desk re: internet didn’t really seem to care. After two trips maintenance man came but was not able to assist with no wifi. There is stated to be two Fiesta 1 and 2. Only Fiesta 2 showed but was not available. Asked if there were beverage available to purchase was told yes Coke, sprite Orange strawberry. Asked for coke and sprite neither available just orange and strawberry. Finally requested a room that might have internet and was assured the new room was fine. After moving all luggage etc from 2nd floor to 1st floor again no internet. Gave up used data for necessary needs. Just go next door to Holiday inn I hear it is very good.

We were naive on how to turn on the fridge and they were super fast to help us.

el aire acondicionado pésimo casi no enfriaba el teléfono no funcionaba la agua de la alberca olía mal no lo recomiendo

Good and friendly personal

Nice room. It waa very noisy till 11 ut then quket.

Just got back from the worst two nights I’ve ever spent on a hotel. Two or three rooms immediately above us with about ten noisy, drunk partying young men. My sleeping pill kicked in before it got really bad the first night, so just my wife suffered. Last night my wife (a Mexican) approached them twice and they were very polite, but the noise never abated. At least four calls to reception and two conversations with security, but no action was ever taken and that was the big disappointment. The staff had no interest, or maybe were too scared, to confront these young men.

The TV and internet did not work. Even after notifying the front desk nothing was done.

That we were late to check in and they were expecting us so friendly and kind

They were not able to accomodate with the atay that was paid for way in advance. Had to leave and file a claim.

I have stayed here before. Very secure and friendly staff. Woke up in the night and no water in the bathroom. Back on a 4 AM. Nice place, but bed is very hard. Parking is great. security all night

Amazing property with tons of potential. Hotel staff let this place go.

TV set was out of order. No air conditioning. I took it because it was last room available, but I consider price should be lower in such conditions

Reasonable price and well cared for property

Room and bathroom were clean. Bed was hard and pillows too soft. The internet was so slow, sites could not be downloaded. Staff rebooted their modem, but nothing changed. Room was quite and parking appears secure

This is kind of a 'get what you pay for' property. Nothing really wrong with it. A little dated/tired. It was relatively quiet, beds were 'ok'. Bath/shower facilities were 'ok'. It was ok for the one night we were just passing through.

Affordable and close to everything

.

We had a pleasant stay although the room was a little dark due to its location. Believe it or not the door handle fell off but the maintenance guy responded immediately and jury rigged the missing set screw right away. As a pass through location this is a good little hotel with friendly service, spacious rooms and close to many local restaurants.

The bed was very hard and uncomfortable.

The Hotel Fiesta is very easy to locate being right off the highway. Check in was very easy and our room was very spacious, clean and modern. The shower was unbelievably large with lots of hot water. The room had a microwave and fridge. The beds were firm but very comfortable. We will definitely be staying here again!

Very safe, clean and welcoming. Just one night passing through on way to Mazatlan

Hard plank bed

Nice basic place

Always friendly staff, clean and comfortable room. Highly recommend

Booked on expedia a month in advance of our trip, put us in the worst room in the property, in a dark room that was beside the bathrooms, no view out of the one window other than the doors to the visitors bathrooms. wi-fi would not keep a connection it was so weak

It’s a perfect place to stay for a night. Safe and clean. We always stay here in our way through

Price is good...location right off highway...but the beds aré like concrete...wifi is terrible..owner needs to update the rooms!...place across the street has good pierna...only stayed here because Booye hotel was booked!

Great service, clean, wifi. Location was safe and quite

I’ve stayed at Fiesta three times in the past three years. For whatever reason, they always put me in room #112. The first two visits were fine, but my latest stay involved killing 5 cockroaches. One cockroach had somehow crawled up onto my shoulder while I was laying in bed. The staff is pleasant, and the location is convenient, but I won’t be staying there again.

Fue muy buena, pero su servicio de Internet es pesimo.

They change my check in day with out notice stupid people

Like the location and I feel safe there. They should plug in the refrigerator before you arrive.

usually stay the first night in San Carlos on the way south ,but decided to try Navajo having driven thru many times but never stopped, never have i had to sleep on such a hard bed, terrible beds :( ,staff was friendly, morning breakfast very meager ,but clean

Convient but nosie. Our room in front lots of streetk noise

This time I found the room had a odor To it and the room was not up to my standards. I will not book there again

The room itself was great but maybe because it was a king bed we were in a corner room which must have been next to a mechanical room because every time the water ran or toilet flushed, a noisy pump would run for a while. As alot of guests arrived after 9:00 p.m. that noise continued quite late, as did the noise from the guests arriving with doors slamming and car doors beeping and people talking loudly. The area was clean and safe, but very noisy. Breakfast was great, but there was an inadequate number of tables as the breakfast room was small. Coffee was very good!

I always love it here but their beds are way too hard. they need more comfortable beds. Other than that it is very nice.

Our stay was very good. Our room was very clean & the staff was wonderful.

It was quiet and enjoyed sitting by the pool after a long days drive.

Esta muy bien ubicado el personal es amable Solo una observacion la reservation decia cuatro personas Y solo habia dos tuallas en el cuarto

Needs a lot of work .older place and it lots of repairs.i.e front door has gaps all around and rattles and allows all outside noise to come in.Light shade torn and scotch taped.Fridge not cold

Hard a hard time registering, he spoke no I English and I spok very little Spanish. Do get it done

Clean and well located Oooooooooooooooooooiiiiiiiiiiiii

Easy accessibility from the highway. Room was clean and comfortable. Continental breakfast was sufficient.

They canceled and by the time I got there were no room available for me, I don't know why they canceled. They said because expedia didn't give them any credit card to confirm the reservation, if I don't give a credit card I can't book the hotel. At the end I had to sleep in my car.

People are partying and the manager could not control them so we had to move in the middle of the night. The manager would not let us leave our belongings in our first room and just sleep in the second room. Instead, at midnight, we had to move all of our luggage which was massive because I am moving to Mexico. The next morning, 10 minutes before the end of breakfast, a surly staff Person Was clearing away the breakfast buffet and was shooting I daggers at us while we were trying to get the meager breakfast that was left. The first room we asked for did not have washcloths or hand towels. When we asked for these two items, they said they had none. The second room had a hand towel. Who knows?

We chose this hotel based on recommendations from our Facebook travel site. Good thing because it was a nice hotel. Great staff. Great location for our overnight stay en route to PV. We will stay again. Typical hard beds but we don’t mind that. Nice to have a fridge and the shower was great water pressure.

The place is dirty and look they have not changed or clean carpet in years. We always stop thee on our way to Mexico. We felt is very dirly.

the beds are too hard.....thats all i have to day. what do uou wsnt? a nook

We have stayed here often and really like it. Clean, close to restaurants and stores, right on the main hwy.

I think a nicer place than the Bestwestern Del Río and cheaper!!

Nice place to stay when traveling to or from Mazatlan to Nogales

I got the impression that this hotel is recently under new mgmt. - front desk didn't seem too knowledgable about the property...and the "breakfast" was a sad joke! They've got a lot of nerve, advertising that sorry excuse for a meal as even a "continental" breakfast! I don't like to write negative reviews, but....sorry, this just didn't "cut it"!

Great stay! A gem in the desert. If you don't like firm mattresses don't stay here though. If I peeled back the sheet I'm sure there was concrete under there but otherwise perfect.

Have stayed here before and it was very noisy last time and this time the bed was so hard it was like a plank. It is a good place as it is right on the highway and is very secure if you are worried about it. The rooms were a good size and had a nice furnishings. Clean and would try it again, maybe a king bed would be better. Would have taken a king bed, but they are all on the second level.

Upon arrival (after 8 hours of driving) we were told by the front desk gentleman that the hotel no longer accepted pets, and added "Don't you speak any Spanish?" While it is possible that they changed policies, their site still shows they do (on Hotels.com). He offered no help or suggestions, just stared at me. Our previous stay was nice, but I can't really recommend under the circumstances.

This is our 6 th time staying at Fiesta Navojoa hotel. We travel from Langley BC to PVR and back with our dogs. Hotel is very cozy and clean, staff very friendly. Simply put a very nice small hotel.

Easy check in, good value, clean and quiet unless someone is standing outside your room talking on a cell phone.

We enjoyed our stay here. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Nice size rooms, very clean. Room was ready for check in on a busy weekend. There is no restaurant, but there was snacks in the room available for purchase. The bed was a bit hard, which we aren't used to but not a problem. We asked about where we could eat, and were sent to a restaurant down the road, which was walking distance. When we got there, the restaurant was closed for 3 days, for fumigation. We returned and the person at the desk couldn't think of anywhere else he would recommend. Then finally thought about the motel just up the street the other way. We did go, but it was NOT very good. Anyway, better to just research something and drive, but we were tired from a long day of driving. Overall this place is convenient, and comfortable. A bit noisy earlier in the evening, but quiet overnight.

Check in was smooth. Breakfast adequate.for us as we were travelling through. And needed to make an early start to cross into the USA. will stay again when driving to Mexico.

Wi-fi poor, breakfast ok(average) If they had better wi-fi would have gave this hotel a better rating

I booked this hotel on my return home from PV again. Once again the hotel did not receive my details and payment until i had to show the receptionist my email from expedia again. The hotel staff , the woman on the way down were good. I had a problem with my ac unit and staff didn't want to tell me how to set unit on phone. We were in bed and i didn't want anyone in my room. Next time i will stay up the street at best western. They had all my details and was fine

It’s a nice hotel, bit far from downtown but quite.

Good nights rest we only stayed for a night not much else to say personel was helpful parking was great guard watched our truck helped us park.

Didn’t have reservations, room was adequate, no wash clothes 1 hand towel. Breakfast was a joke.

Nice hotel with good snack & drink choices in your room for a fee. Mattresses are not soft as with all of Mexico, I’m from Canada where we have fluffy mattresses. Still I was satisfied with my stay.

Staff is wonderful. I asked to change rooms because of dirty looking and ragged carpet. Lovely wood type floor in second room, very clean but the facets in bathroom wouldn’t turn off without a struggle. Will stay there again because of staff.

Our entry into Mexico was, as usual, makes hell look like heaven so after after 8hrs on cow path hiways and atrocious tolls our greeting at the hotel was in keeping with the spirit of the day. Expedia had neglected to pay the hotel so our registration was exactly immediate. An hour later we were checked in. Our trip can only get better.

Hotel convenient located an Hwy 15 on north end of town, about half way between Mazatlan and Nogales.

This hotel is located on main road into town. Super easy to see from road. Our check-in was super fast & accurate. The staff were very helpful directing us to restaurants for dinner. Our check-out was easy.

Very hard bed. Room desperately needs updating. No art on the walls, contributing to dinginess. Cheap desk put in strange place. Great big-screen TV though!

Right on the highway and is close to a very nice restaurant. Has a continental breakfast also.

easy to locate, popular with foreign and national travellers. Clean and comfortable

Easy, comfortable night on the road. This was a safe, pet friendly hotel close to restaurants. The staff was helpful. As an older woman traveling alone I felt safe.

We were traveling from Oregon to our new home in Mexico. Although we usually stop in Guaymas the first night in Mexico, this time we decided to try Navojoa and selected the Fiesta Hotel. We were able to park our loaded vehicle right in front of our room. Plenty of food options around. Our dog was happy too!

We have stayed in the Hotel Fiesta Navojoa a few times over the years when traveling into Mexico. Our stay this this time was not very good. Our assigned room was tired looking and in need of updating. The carpeting was ragged, the towels were even more ragged, the sheets had some weird spots on them, and and the morning breakfast was unappealing. Also our room (#104) was quite noisy from road traffic which we asked about at check in and were assured that the room would be quiet at night. It was not. The shower, however, was good. Overall we will be looking for another hotel in Navojoa the next time we travel into Mexico.

We stayed at the hotel en route from La Penita heading back to Canada in early April.. Hotel room was clean, had decent towels, coffee maker, hairdryer. Shower had plenty of hot water. We were at the front of the hotel so there was a fair bit of noise from the highway. Recommend taking a room further back from road. Bed was hard. We had 2 dogs with us and were able to walk them around the parking lot. Booked hotel on-line and had no issues checking in. Would stay there again. Rates about 3.5/5

We stayed for 2 nights. During the day we traveled the 55 KM to Alamos to their music festival. We found the staff friendly and helpful. The girl at the front desk spoke very good English and help us with cancelling a double booking that had somehow happened. The room we had was at the back which was very quiet as the hotel as they all are in this city was beside the main road. The room was very clean. It had an excellent fridge with freezer that was not in the listing. Some English TV to watch at night was also a pleasant surprise. The only negative was that the bed was very firm. The pillows were fine and we definitely stay there again.

There was a mixup with the reservation. I had booked two rooms With a king bed in each for two couples and it took them a while to find a second room. They were very helpful and we got both rooms. Beds were ol, rooms clean and highway noise wasn't too bad. Will Stay again.

Stayed in early Jan 2017 for 1 night on way back to US from Mazatlan. Nice, clean, quiet hotel. Very good value for the money. It is in a convenient location & is pet friendly which is very important to us as we travel with 2 small dogs.

I need to contact a representative of Expedia, because my reservation is not able to get it, I made another reservation and I had to pay again, you have to refund my money. Tianjin you Catalina Irucuta

Very convenient . Right on main road in Navojoa. Stayed one night on our way to Mazatlan.

Great place to stop overnight on the way to Mazatlan. Staff very competent and friendly and the price is right!

We had a good check-in. Staff was excellent. Room was nice and it was clean. It was right on the Highway and very secure.

Great value for overnight lodging...clean and well maintained property. Only negative was the beds were hard but not that uncomfortable

There was a cockroach in the room first thing, no hand towels,or wash cloths, and the toilet was leaking.

This is one of the worse experiences ever. The woman at registration was not welcoming and upon being asked to please provide us with a room in the more quiet area of the hotel, she gave us one near the pool! I asked to please give us a room in a different area. Without any reply, she gave us a key to another room. When we got to the room we saw there was no coffee maker, no microwave, and one drinking glass for 2 guests. When I called she explained that those rooms did not have coffee makers, and the hotel could not provide one. Although I asked for another glass, it never came. The "room service menu" did not provide a number to call within the hotel so my husband had to call the same woman again. She said room service was closed (this was on a Sunday at 9:30 pm). When we asked a staff member where we could find a place to eat nearby, he directed us to walk 6 blocks beyond the hotel. When we stepped out of the parking area we saw a brightly lit restaurant within 200 feet. The toilet stopped working by the 3rd time we used it. The pool was not clean, and the gym's air conditioning was not working, this in a town which averages 96 degrees in July with about 70% humidity? It felt more like a sauna.

We were on a road trip,we just stayed one night.the hotel is nice clean and safe.my only complaint is the king bed was hard as a rock but overall was ok!

Bed was too hard not comfortable. Everything else was ok. Staff was friendly and pleasant.

Great service ,clean rooms well recommended

We stopped at this hotel for just one night heading home from Mazatlan. The price was right, it was clean and had a nice large hot shower. The beds are firm, TV has oodles of channels but few in English. Free wifi and a swimming pool were very nice. We skipped the free breakfast offered in lieu of an early start but it was included in the price. Try to request a room closer to the back to reduce road noise.

Expedia did not confirm my reservation changes with the hotel but the hotel manager was able to accommodate us after some discussion.

I have stayed here several times and haven't had any problems has a nice outdoor pool and is nice and clean .The only thing to lookout for is all the snack lift in the room for you to eat .Your going to have to pay for them.
