Hideaway in Green Hill Park

This was my second stay here, and once again I had a really lovely experience. Amber is a wonderful host - warm, welcoming and very thoughtful. The house is beautifully clean, quiet and has such a comfortable, relaxing atmosphere. I slept extremely well again, and the bed is genuinely one of the most comfortable I’ve stayed in.

Honestly, nothing significant. My stay was very comfortable and everything was exactly as I hoped.

Camera e bagno puliti, letto comodissimo. Struttura molto accogliente, con possibilità di fare check out fuori orario.

Clean and neat, easy self. Check in and kitchen goods.

Lovely hosts.

Amber was an exceptional host - friendly, thoughtful, and genuinely welcoming from the moment I booked. Communication was excellent, and she made everything effortless. The accommodation was spotless, comfortable, and very well equipped, with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The location is peaceful and surrounded by beautiful greenery, making it a perfect place to unwind while still being conveniently close to Hamilton. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Nothing at all. Everything exceeded my expectations, and I wouldn't change a thing.

Loved the clean warm space. Tastefully decorated. Loved the TV in my room and enjoyed the ensuite. Kitchen facilities were good and host was friendly and accommodating.

Everything was great

The room

If there can be a good level of privacy, there was someone else there, when I was leaving the house I was being watched, it was a bit uncomfortable. It felt like she was always just there.

We were unable to access wifi in the bedroom. TV in bedroom was only Samsung TV - non paid subscription and everything else was subscription - there was no "normal" NZ programming. Had not been aware someone else would be onsite in the house all the time.

Very clean bedroom and sheets. Heater worked fine and tv fully functional.

Excelente! 100% recomendado!!!

Very clean and perfect for my stay

Location was amazing nice a quiet

Stairs lol carrying bags not great should have got room down the stairs lol

Clean, quiet location

Despite early start the next morning the other household member was on the phone talking loudly on speakerphone in the adjoining bathroom after 2230 so didnt get enough sleep. No sound proofing.

Excellent place to stay, clean and big.

Very comfortable and clean

What a beautiful home. Well thought through and Amber is more than obliging. Great shower, comfortable bed, massive TV and plenty of room in the fridge.

There was nothing to not like

Amber was lovely and the place has easy access to to public transport and has beautiful scenery in my opinion

Everything

Everything

The quietness, peacefulness cleanliness I enjoyed my stay

Nothing! It was great.

Everything was above and beyond

Nothing at all

We had a nice comfortable stay at Ambers place. We were only there for a short stay overnight but for that it was perfect. The cleaning was immaculate and the house was cozy and warm with electric blankets on the bed and suitable heating in the bedroom. Parking was easy and instructions to get in were easy to follow.

Accomodation is brand new and very clean.

It was a short but very pleasant stay. We requested late check in but were further delayed but the instructions were detailed enough to have no issue to check in without any assistance. The room was quite clean and tidy.

Nothing much to talk here

Clean, tidy, top! 👍🏻

Nothing to add here

Everything

All good

The location was perfect for my sister to catch up with her friends as it was not far from where she used to live. There are close ammenities. The accommodation was very comfortable and the host was very friendly. She was also very helpful.

Immaculate. Let us come in early. Fantastic beds. Very comfortable.

We didn't read ad well enough. Hadn't taken on board that was part of functioning household. But didn't matter at all. Never saw them and was delighted with the accommodation.

Clean and tidy. Friendly and supportive staff.

Welcoming, clean , comfortable place. Labels in kitchen were helpful.

The automatic soap dispenser made cleaning dishes after cooking a little trickier but it worked really well nicely for hand soap

Instructions were easy to follow for entry into the house. The room and private bathroom were very neat and tidy and extremely clean and there was a nice welcome information sheet. The kitchen had clearly labeled draws with a good stock of everything needed to eat or drink. Although I didn't spend much time there in the evening as I went out to dinner, I was pleasantly surprised when I got back to find a light had been left on for me. The hosts remained upstairs during my visit and I felt extremely comfortable.

Modern, large living space, friendly owner.

Amber is lovely and welcoming the house is very modern and emaculately clean, very, very nice. I would highly recommend it and would have hesitation in staying there again.

It was great, nothing I did like.

Modern, comfortable and really clean home. Great to be able to use washing machine. Easy parking outside.

Host Amy was friendly & welcoming. Everything was fresh and clean. Would definitely stay again for an overnight stay 👌

Nothing

C 'etait FABULEUX !

Absolument rien. Tout était parfait !!!

Host Amber was very friendly and kind.

Location is good. Room is clean.

Charming host

No

Not adequately listed as a shared house caused confusion and felt uncomfortable to stay

Extremely clean and comfortable with thoughtful furnishing. Can use their kitchen and free to use washing machine.

Private toilet is not an ensuite and parking is street parking but no issues.

L'épaisseur de la moquette.

Quartier calme mais très à l'écart.

The house was clean and tidy, very well appointed, really close to where we were visiting.

A bit confused as not sure if we were sharing with owners or as it was sharing with other people.

Sehr freundliche Besitzerin. Ich durfte sogar Wäsche waschen.

Good value for money.

The location is excellent—right near State Highway 1, making it very convenient for travelers. The house is newly built, modern, and spotlessly clean. We were pleasantly surprised to find a fully automatic mahjong table in the living room—a fun and unique feature! Unfortunately, we only stayed one night and didn’t have enough people to play.

Clean

That it was a shared apartment, I was travelling with my little family so made it uncomfortable because my child was being a child but was trying to be mindful of the other guest. Was quite cold & bed was very uncomfortable.

I like that it was close to shops and the neighborhood was quite

Everything was good

We loved how clean and well presented this home was. Great communication. We received a warm welcome and clear instructions. Thank you for having us to stay.

Location and friendliness was great. The owner went out of their way to be friendly.

It didn't say anywhere in the information that this was a B and B type of arrangement where there was not a private lounge. There was also no indication in the photos. This should have been made clear. There was no TV in the bedroom. The owner was in the lounge so I didn't feel I could ask about using the TV. Also there was no top sheet on the bed and no spare pillow. It was summer and hot so hard to sleep with a duvet.

The room was very comfortable It's at the side of their lounge and kitchen It was perfect for the circumstances as we had travel up from down south and was exhausted We went straight to bed to rest It was very close to Resturants, grocery shops and malls

Felt alittle uncomfortable being in their space

Beautiful clean modern property. The room, also had access to a patio area for breakfast.

Would have preferred a 2nd pillow, but I'm sure if I had asked, then Amber would have provided one.

Bardzo nowoczesny, czysty i pachnący nowością obiekt. Łatwy dojazd z autostrady oraz cicha i spokojna okolica.

W tej cenie absolutnie wszystko przewyższyło moje oczekiwania.

The property is relatively new and everything was impeccably clean.

It was all good and had everything we needed for our stay.
