The LuxHomes Apartment ᵀᴹ I HOT Độc Đáo Nhất Vinhomes Marina

None

Vị trí khá thuận tiện, nằm trong khu dân cư yên tĩnh, di chuyển vào trung tâm thành phố chỉ mất khoảng 10 phút. Phòng siêu sạch sẽ, tiện nghi. Chủ home cực kỳ có tâm, hỗ trợ siêu nhanh. Phòng được dọn hàng ngày, home còn chu đáo giặt dùm mình quần áo bẩn.

Lokalizacja

Nieświeża pościel, brudne prześcieradła

Thuận tiện do nằm trong khu đô thị của Vinhomes, tiện ích xung quanh đầy đủ, phòng riêng biệt, an ninh, nước nhà tắm mạnh, đồ dùng nhà bếp đầy đủ, wifi mạnh, có chỗ đậu xe ngay trước phòng. Mọi thứ đều ok.

Hơi xa trung tâm chút, cách khoảng 5-6km, phù hợp gia đình đi xe hơi cá nhân.

Most things

AC was very weak, took very long time to cool.down, maybe ac unit needs a service. There was no face clothes, just a dirty one laying next to HANDBASIN.

Super lokalizacja

The owner was very helpful, nice and friendly. The apartment was clean, include everything that you need, the room looks exactly like the picture. This might be the best homestay i have tried in Hai Phong, highly recomended.

Nothing

Apartment with 2 bedrooms. Good enough facilities

Changing location with declared address on app. Area was noticed to cut off water from evening to next day. Lack of water,…so incredible. The trash from previous day was not removed

Very spacious, private, modern room. Located in a quiet area, yet surrounded by many sports activities.

There was some on-going constructions activities mid noon and quite early in the morning during stay.

Phòng sạch sẽ tiện nghi đầy đủ . Có tủ lạnh máy giặt đồ bếp . Chủ homestay hỗ trợ check out muộn 1 tiếng không tính phí

the apartment was well kept and close to the center

The room is very beautiful and new.

Should have a lamp in the bedrooms.

All was perfect.

It was amazing!

Needed to be given more water, both other than that it was perfect

The apartment was luxurious and clean. Located in a quiet area easily accessible with shops and commodities around it. The host was accommodating

The location

The "penthouse apartment" was actually an attic. Way too small for what they charge for it. - The room was inclined, so I hit my head a few times. - When I got there there was no soap in the toilet. - The room only had a tiny window, so it was very dark and practically nothing of real sunlight. - The entrance was nothing compared to the other apartments. The different apartments (there were 5 in total) had proper high-end wooden doors. For me, it was a half-window door, and just in front of the door was all the storage for cleaning supplies. - Probably because there was no ventilation, there was a weird smell in the ambience and inside the fridge. - The washing machine was not working, and they sent someone to fix it in the morning in the middle of my stay! They offer "laundry service" and when. I got back to my room and found all my clothes hanging in the "living room". - I asked for a refund through Booking customer service. But they reject the petition. It's way too expensive for what it is. I definitely will not recommend this place at all. I don't know what they think is the concept of "luxury", but my experience wasn't at all luxurious or at least good enough to meet the expectations of what I had to pay. Honestly, the "apartment" is located in Vinhomes, one of the most exclusive areas in this city, but that doesn't necessarily make it luxurious. It looks like they make that extra room in the attic to get more money and pay less of the house's mortgage.

The apartment is located in a gated community so it is really safe. It’s very new, clean, and good size. Host is very nice and responsive.

A little far from the city center. Bathtub didn’t have a good design, so the bathroom floor got very wet after the shower. The problem would be solved if the tub was replaced by a shower with door.

Very nice place. Clean and tidy with new high, high quality appliances and fittings. Host was very helpful with everything.

Bit of an awkward spot but was handy to the hospital which is why we stayed there.
