Beautiful hotel Very helpful staff

There was an attached Japanese Restaurant that I would advise Caucasians to avoid at all costs. They will treat you like a stray dog that wandered in from the street. While locals are ushered into special rooms and an elite elevator, we were treated like criminals.

We only stayed one night but honestly wished we'd booked a few more. From the moment we arrived, the front desk staff were absolutely brilliant—so friendly, welcoming and incredibly accommodating. They even upgraded our room, which was a lovely surprise. The gentleman at the pool and spa was also fantastic and couldn't have been more helpful. The hotel itself is spotless, the breakfast has a huge choice and everything we tried was delicious. It's the kind of place that makes you feel genuinely welcome. We'll definitely stay here again

We liked everything at this hotel

best location in front of the sea

.

Very clean, great facilities and staff very helpful and friendly

Nothing couldn’t fault it

Opulent, great food, friendly staff and excellent facilities

Nothing couldn’t fault it

The hotel itself was under renovation so I was put in the apartment block next door. It seemed brand new. Everything was fantastic. Large apartment, comfortable bed, quiet an$ extremely clean. Plus factor, only 15 minutes from Cat Bi airport.

Allt.Hotellet var kanonfint, personalen var underbara.Kan verkligen rekommendera detta boende.

L'accueil des personnels et leurs très grandes disponibilités. Merci pour tout. M Thierry PAULME

Sehr sauber! Deutsch sprechendes Personal im Restaurant 👍🏻

Etwas außerhalb von Haiphong . Aber ok.

We stayed 1 night because we had to take an early flight and this hotel is close to the airport. Staff is superfriendly, rooms very spacious and excellent service.

Lovely hotel

Bed was a bit to hard

Sạch sẽ, nhân viên phục vụ rất nhiệt tình.

Very spacious rooms, comfortable bed, hot tub and spa in general very nice. Room service food was very good and the staff kind and attentive.

Breakfast wasn't exceptional, bathtub slightly outdated

Good hotel, convenient location, nice rooms, very clean and quiet, nice pool for swimming.

the sauna and jacuzzi are not very good

Price due only 6 hrs stay same 1 day

We stayed here randomly when we were stuck from a typhoon. Had a good wine list

Very dated both in decor and amenities. The room was old fashioned and the whole place had a strange vibe.

Staff was helpful and place was clean, however it is a very old hotel and felt like we stepped back into the 70’s. There was also no one else there so the lights were turned off in the common areas like the steam room, sauna, and pool.

Excellent welcome by staff.

Cleanliness & Location

Great gym and pool Rooms are big and clean

Nothing

Het eten was echt heel heel heel slecht. Zowel avondeten roomservice als het ontbijt.

Hotel location is near the airport but far from downtown and not many opportunities around there. Nice spacious pool. Breakfast was good. We had a suite and it was very spacious and comfortable.

직원들은 매우 친절했고, 객실과 시설은 매우 청결했습니다. 가성비가 매우 좋은 곳이라 생각되어 적극 추천합니다.

Price and gym

Almost nobody in the hotel and we just booked it because of the jacuzzi, but it was not allowed for our kids to go there, even if there were no other hotel guests in the spa for ours and they even turned on the lights for us when we checked , as they actually not expected other guests in the spa. Just because this was hotel policy- flexibility 0%

Room is pretty

I had a wonderful stay at the Pearl River Hotel. The hotel is ideally located in the heart of the city, making it incredibly convenient for getting around, especially with the airport just a short distance away. The staff were extremely supportive and always ready to assist, making my experience even more enjoyable. The atmosphere of the hotel is elegant, with beautifully decorated interiors and well-maintained rooms. I highly recommend it for anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and excellent service.

All clean and beautiful. Room was comfortable. Breakfast was amazing.

Clean

No

book 3 beds with 3 persons they give us only 2 beds

Very close to where we wanted to go. The room was very nice and big.

The breakfast was a big but not very nice choice.

Absolutely nothing

So outdated. The fact that they say they’re a 5 star hotel is shocking! It was a 5 star hotel about 30 years ago. The room had a mouldy smell. The hairdryer was so outdated, I’ve never seen anything like it We’ve stayed in places that were almost half of the price of this one and they were way more modern and didn’t have such vile smell.

The best thing about the Pearl River is the great team of amazing staff! Our room was lovely, very clean and with everything you could need.

Nothing, everything was great. I would definitely stay again.

Absolutely exceeded our expectations! We loved everything there: comfortable rooms, meals, interior, the swimming pool etc. The staff attentiveness is beyond imagination, especially at reception! We stayed in numerous hotels over the world, but we have never experienced such a warm welcome. Thank you Pearl River hotel for making us feel trully at home.

Nothing to dislike, really

good value for money. nice pool. good sized room. great restaurant around the corner.

beds were SO uncomfortable and like concrete. staff not very attentive and never around the pool. drinks orders took an hour to make then 30 minutes to arrive.

The hotel is located in a strange area but close to the Airport, which is what we needed. There was a slightly strange smell in the room. Breakfast was good.

There was a slightly strange smell in the room.

Great location, close to Haiphong airport. I had a meeting which was only down the road from this hotel so was well located for my needs. The restaurant serves both local and international food which was good for my needs. The hotel also arranged for a car to pick us up from Hanoi airport and take me to the hotel which is approximately a 1.5 hours drive away.

special thanks to Mia

Very well maintained, luxureous hotel. Great service from the staff.

Hotel staff is amazing, goes out of way to help anytime needed. Excellent experience. Wud luv to stay again in future!

NA

Bar closed at 10pm, no further option for food and drinks other than room service. breakfast very basic for a 5 Star hotel.

Nice room and front desk staff was very helpful.

No pool lounge chairs available. Nobar service at pool. A waste because we wanted to spend time at the pool. We should have been told that basically the pool was closed.

It is a luxury hotel with great service, but the location of the hotel makes it difficult to go to other places by walk, simply because crossing the street for non-Vietnamese is too challenging!!

I typically stick to 1 brand of hotel but I didn't have the option in Hai Phong. I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of the hotel, the good food in the restaurant and the very nice staff.
