Reviewed Sep 13, 2026Самый главный плюс это месторасположение. Первая линия, центр также очень рядом. Есть балкон на втором этаже где можно поесть, в комнатах на первом этаже есть летняя кухня где можно приготовить.
Комнаты на втором этаже маленькие. Мебель требует ремонта, вид на море как показывают на фото в объявлении нет, вида совсем нет.

We walked into the room and decided not to stay in it and booked somewhere else. Room looked very shabby and unpleasant. We had a baby with us and wasn’t comfortable putting her down on any of the surfaces. The property is an unpleasant mix between a campsite and a hostel. Profile is misleading as it only shows two photos of rooms and both photos are just of beds. Rest of the photos are of the location. This is done purposefully not to show how shabby the rest of the room is.

Reviewed Sep 2, 2026Beim Spülen drang Wasser hinten aus der Toilette- und es roch sehr unangenehm. Die Wände waren total aufgequollen davon schon. Haben es sofort gemeldet. Es wurde sich erstmal sehr aufgeregt, dass wir Etwas zu beanstanden hatten. Ist mehr eine Camping Behausung. Haben es gleich gemeldet und das Geld aber zurück erstattet bekommen von Booking. com.
ALLES. Ok.die Lage ist gut. Und man hat einen Parkplatz. Das warst dann auch...

La stanza aveva formiche che si sono insinuate anche nel frigo e talmente tante zanzare che non abbiamo potuto dormire la notte, inoltre le lenzuola erano macchiate e sfuggivano agli angoli, quindi ci siamo ritrovati a mettere il viso sul materasso

Malí pokoj chyběla mi tam malá kuchyňka. Cena byla vysoká 15200,- + jsme museli platit 27€ poplatek nevím za mě že to bylo v campu přes 5000,- za noc je hodně drahé.

Reviewed Aug 6, 2026A part központja, éttermek, bárok, strandok karnyújtásnyira. A szentély mellettünk, az óvárosba felvezető lépcsősor az utca túloldalán. Kilátás a tengerre, hatalmas biztonságos parkoló. Ha igényled, van saját mosodájuk. Egyszerű, de nekünk tökéletes szállás volt. Egy kis hűtő, zuhanyzó, francia ágy, egy emeletes ágy, nagy erkély asztallal és 4 székkel, nagy ruhaszárító állvány. Az udvaron kacsák, macskák, tyúk és egy törpe kakaska.
Ilyen nem volt. Ha nem luxusra vágysz, akkor tökéletes.

J’ai pris cette nuitée car là où je séjournais ( zambrone ) la douche et la Clim ne marchait pas , j’ai trouvé cette nuit avec un prix plus qu’abordable en dernière minute, le staff est super gentil et la cour extérieur avec les animaux m’ont rendu heureuse le temps d’une journée. En front de mer , à côté de l’endroit le plus connu de Tropea , c’est un privilège . J’ai pu me baigner jusqu’au coucher du soleil La chambre était clean , et bien climatisé et les draps étaient propres . Merci infiniment, je recommande ! Grazie di cuore ! 💙 Laura

I like the location, it’s excellent, close to the sea, and it offers secure parking for the car (so I don’t have to deal with tight parking spaces and narrow city roads). The rooms vary in size; some are small, while others are larger. Cleanliness is okay, but not the best.
My room this time around was quite small. There was a queen bed and a bunk bed. If it didn’t have the bunk bed, there would probably have been enough space to move around.

Reviewed Jun 29, 2026Die Anlage hat einen direkten Zugang zum Strand. Über eine lange Treppe kommt man direkt in die Altstadt.
Das Zimmer war für 4 Personen. Wir waren nur zu zweit von daher war es ausreichend. Für vier Personen wäre es sehr sehr eng. Kaum Ablageflächen und Stauraum. Außerdem war einiges kaputt und schimmelig. Der Strand ist klein, etwas abfallend und teils kiesig. Die gesamte Anlage ist alt und abgenutzt. Für einen längeren Aufenthalt würde ich eine andere Unterkunft wählen..

La struttura non è affacciata sul mare come scrivono sulla descrizione ma sta dentro un parcheggio privato di Tropea, gestito dalla struttura stessa, quindi tutti il giorno c’è un via vai di macchine e polvere. Pertanto negli appartamenti con la cucina esterna si cucina e si mangia tra la puzza di auto, polvere e rumore. La descrizione è ingannevole: le stanze non si affacciano sul Mare e addirittura gli appartamenti a piano terra sono proprio dentro al parcheggio ed è una situazione molto squallida . Le stoviglie date in dotazione sono vecchie e sporche Tra l’altro mi è stata data una sistemazione diversa rispetto a quella prenotata, molto molto scarsa

I see some people in the comments complaining about the bedsheets- I think they are just wrinkled and/or stained cuz they do their laundry themselves and they don’t iron or bleach them. I asked the lady for new ones and she gave me a full set.
The toilet wouldn’t flush sometimes so I had to fill up the bathroom bin and use it to flush.

Reviewed Jun 8, 2026Tutto a portata di mano! E' stata la permanenza più gradevole avuta a Tropea. Al piano terra vicinissimo alla spiaggia e proprio sotto la scalinata che porta al centro storico. Un appartamento completamente autonomo con tutti i servizi, con una comodissima cucina sulla veranda aperta che rende tutto più "estivo" e comodo. Parcheggio interno gratuito senza avere il pensiero di dove lasciare l'auto che può essere posteggiata a due passi dall'alloggio. Il ristorante-pizzeria-bar è accanto (la colazione con cornetti soffici è fenomenale). Il personale sempre molto disponibile e simpatico. Per chi volesse mangiare in spiaggia, personalmente consiglio gli enormi panini con impasto pizza che valgono un pranzo completo!). Ritorneremo di certo.

Reviewed Jun 7, 2026Die Lage der Unterkunft ist wirklich hervorragend. Der Strand liegt direkt vor der Tür und die Umgebung ist wunderschön. Das ist ohne Frage der größte Pluspunkt dieser Unterkunft.
Leider gab es während meines Aufenthalts mehrere Probleme, die den Gesamteindruck deutlich verschlechtert haben. Das WLAN hat während meines gesamten fünftägigen Aufenthalts nicht funktioniert. Auf Nachfrage wurde von einer vorübergehenden Störung gesprochen, tatsächlich hatten jedoch alle Apartments kein Internet. Liest man andere Bewertungen, scheint dies kein Einzelfall zu sein. Wer auf WLAN angewiesen ist, sollte daher davon ausgehen, dass keines verfügbar ist. Auch die Toilettenspülung funktionierte nur unzuverlässig und hätte dringend gewartet werden müssen. Darüber hinaus fehlte es an grundlegenden Serviceleistungen. Während des Aufenthalts wurden weder frische Handtücher bereitgestellt noch Toilettenpapier nachgefüllt. Gerade bei einem mehrtägigen Aufenthalt sollte dies selbstverständlich sein. Besonders negativ aufgefallen sind mir die mangelnde Organisation und die fehlende Professionalität des Personals. Beim Check-in wusste man zunächst nicht einmal, dass ich für fünf Nächte gebucht hatte. Noch bevor eine Begrüßung oder Erklärung erfolgte, wurde direkt die Touristensteuer kassiert. Erst nach Rücksprache mit einer anderen Person konnte meine Buchung bestätigt werden. Die interne Kommunikation wirkte insgesamt chaotisch. Am unangenehmsten war jedoch der Umgang mit Gästen am Abreisetag. Obwohl der Check-out offiziell bis 10 Uhr möglich ist, wurde bereits um 9:15 Uhr laut an meine Tür geklopft, um zu fragen, wann ich auschecken würde. Das empfand ich als unprofessionell und respektlos. Noch bedenklicher ist, dass ein anderer Gast aus dem Nachbarapartment mir von genau derselben Erfahrung berichtete. Auch bei ihm wurde bereits deutlich vor dem Abreisetag an die Tür geklopft und nachgefragt, ob er auschecken würde. Das scheint also kein Einzelfall, sondern eher Teil der üblichen Vorgehensweise zu sein. Insgesamt kann die ausgezeichnete Lage die zahlreichen Mängel bei Service, Ausstattung und Organisation für mich nicht ausgleichen.

Descarga não funciona direito e mesmo avisando não foi ninguém resolver. Precisa de mais organização no check in e check out. Fiquei 3 dias e não teve limpeza nesse período .Wifi não funciona , melhor esquecer internet e aproveitar o Mar que é surreal de tão lindo . Mas o lugar é tão bom que compensa tudo isso .

Reviewed May 15, 2026Die Lage ist ein großer Pluspunkt. Es gab einen Kühlschrank und einen Wäscheständer (auf dem Balkon). Klimaanlage hat funktioniert, bewachter Parkplatz vor der Tür, nah zur Altstadt und zum Strand. Die Pizzeria vor Ort ist super, toller Strandbereich, gute Preise
Ich hätte mir ein Glas gewünscht. Die Doppelstock Betten sahen sehr klapprig aus.

Reviewed Apr 6, 2026Me encantó que estuviera tan cerca de la playa, si bien entiendo q hay gente que se queja es importante tener en cuenta q no es un hotel para mí es mas especie “posada” yo me quedé en las casitas y para mi estuvo genial, además que podía cocinar, la gente es muy amable incluso los vecinos q me tocaron. Así q feliz
No es queja, solo que ten en cuenta de que para llegar básicamente hay que subir unas escaleras y bueno es un buen training, además de eso mi cocina no tenia tantos utencilios pero creo q es que están mal dispersos en las otras casas, sin embargo, para mí estaba perfecto todo lo que había porque pude desayunar y hacer cosss sencillas. Pero tengan en cuenta eso. Feliz en mi estancia
