We extended our stay for 1 more day.The room thy provided was so small without minibar(fridge) Hotel f&b and cleaning staff were extremely unhygienic. We advised them to cut their nails before they provide food to us. Cockroaches were there in the main room lobby, microwave.

Reviewed May 1, 2025Staff was ready polite, but the guy at the reception needs some training on how to treat people who have waited for check-in for about 45 mins, and asked to vacate the rooms even before put checkout.
The property is well maintained, must say. But during our stay the kitchen was closed the entire time and we had to order food from outside in the midnight.

Cleanliness wasn’t a thing for this property. The bedsheets were dirty and a lot of hairs were present, we had to get it removed and asked for the new bedsheets. The room is too small and congested. Definitely not value for money!

the washing machine facilities were not as expected with no dryer and our clothes drying on clothes line outside were quickly filled with the delhi pollution and dirty The hot water system was not reliable ans the majority of the time we have to take bath in the big bucket to ensure constant hot water
