They responded quickly and did their best to help and solve the problem.

When we arrived, there was a very strong fish smell in the room. It was so unpleasant that it was difficult to stay in the room. We contacted the host through Booking, and he said the only thing he could do was bring us an air freshener, as there were no other rooms available that night. In addition, the shower did not drain properly. Since we were staying for two nights, I asked him to check if another room would be available the following day. Fortunately, there was another room available, and he moved us there and upgraded us to a better room. The second room was excellent.

I had a wonderful stay at Anstay Homestay. The room was very cozy and comfortable, making it a great place to relax and feel at home. The WiFi was very fast, which was perfect for my online work and allowed me to work without any interruptions. There is also a shared washing machine and dryer available for free, which is very convenient for longer stays. The building has secure access with a password, so you can come and go freely while still feeling safe. The area is quiet, clean, and peaceful, but at the same time it’s very close to the beach. There are also many great restaurants and nice cafés nearby with delicious food and drinks. Overall, it’s a fantastic neighborhood for both living and working long-term. I would definitely recommend staying here!

The location was great - close to a local park and less than a kilometre to the beach. Free filtered water from a tap by reception. Super friendly and helpful host.

Only location

All old in the room and in need of renovation. The wall where the bed rests is stained with black mold. The springs in the mattress are bulging and it is very worn out. Ants on the kitchen counter and in the bathroom. And the air conditioner has never been cleaned; it makes it difficult to breathe. No soundproofing. And from five in the morning the neighbor's rooster!!!

Spacious, clean and nice staff

They made a mistake. We had 2 single beds and decided to put 1 big bed… when telling that to the manager he did not make any adjustments. Not serious.

It was a clean, spacious room on a quiet street. 5 muns walk to the beach. It had lots of restaurants and convenience shops close by. WiFi was good. The owner was super helpful. We wanted to receive parcels and he allowed us to use his number just in case we were not in. I would recommend this place

Little amenities and some key missing e.g. face and hand towels, shampoo and shower gel. The condition of the room was passable. We found stuff from previous visitors in the fridge and we were greeted by a cockroach returning back.

The view from the bedroom on the first floor (ground floor) is directly on a wall so it’s a bit dark but for the price it’s still worth it The bed was not the most comfy we had during our trip, but again it’s more than acceptable for the price.

For the price i paid, this room was absolutely massive, felt more like a suite. Had closet, big loving room-type space, a giant balcony. I didn't use the facilities though they were great.

Location wasn’t that good, the apartment had a weird vine and for some reason we had a window right above our bad with a view of the hall are where other visitors can see everything inside, host said that he can organise a breakfast for us, but when we asked about that we were told to go the restaurant

The communication with the host was easy and he was very nice and helpful. We liked the stylish and modern apartment and it was very close to the beach. It was easy to extend our stay. We are very satisfied.

Because of the air conditioner, we heard water dropping out. But after a while we could ignore the sound, it was not that bad.

Really nice location in a quieter neighbourhood, lovely coffee shops nearby, great food spot down the road called "Bao An". 10 mins walk from beach. Really comfortable studio apartment with balcony. We were sad to leave.

Not clean Lizard in the room Bathroom was not equipped Fry pan kept was not for induction so made it unusable Small towels Overall very poor experience. Also the hotel management kept making some change to the booking that generated 100s notifications on the app and email!

Quite a good location near the beach and walking distance to restaurants. Shower was hot and powerful and shampoo and shower gel provided. Spacious room.

The room had a lot of bugs, there were flying ants coming through the wall and onto the bed as well as a couple of cockroaches. The Wi-Fi wasn’t very strong.

The place is very nice and has a good location, it's near everything! The internet is very fast. There is a cafe at the nearby corner that serves really good coffee and host that speaks English. The place is very clean and homey. We firmly believe what made this place special is the host and her family, Family is very kind and generous. Communicating with them in English won't be a problem. As a tourist, the host makes sure that we get to see the best Da Nang has to offer. If we're back in Da Nang, for sure, without a doubt we will book this place again.

Close to the Beach

Would have been nice to have a welcome book for the area and the facilities and towels that are proper bath size.

Good size, quiet location within walking distance to beach etc. Nice staff and clean.

The kitchen wasnt very well equipped when we arrive even though I mentioned prior that we would be cooking. However, we asked for what we needed and the owners were polite and prompt in giving us the equipment. Also, I think they were in the midst of adding more crockery, utensils etc as we saw them sorting through brand new items. There is also a washing machine available on the top floor.

The owners are really friendly. We arrived earlier than our check-in time and they let us in by providing us with the door code we kept our bags and went out exploring. The host was very active in suggesting places and food to eat around. It was my first time traveling to a distant country and Anstay gave me some fond memories. I would definitely stay here if I travel to Da Nang again, which I mostly will.

The host is very friendly and welcoming. They let us check in a little early with no problem and were happy to hold our luggage for a few hours after we left. The apartment looks very nice, the room is spacious and fully equipped for a long stay, They will clean the room for you anytime you need so the room is always clean.

Highly recommend! I had a late check in at 2am. (plane delayed) but the host still waited and checked in for me. clean rooms and exquisite art. I decided to stay 2 more days. Highly recommended.

I like that a young couple is running such a modern type of hotel. Nice and quiet location close to the sea. The bed mattress was very comfortable. Wifi was amazing.

The kitchen amenities were dirty and we wouldn't use it for eating. There was also something strange on the walls mostly in the bathroom. Also the AC was leaking and making noise (but they quick-fixed it). You have the washing machine available but most of the time it's full. But overall it was great price to value ratio and one of the best accommodation we had in Vietnam.

Had a wonderful stay at Hana’s place! It felt very homely and Hana greeted us with cold drinks whenever we returned from a day out. Communication with Hana was great from the beginning and she was very flexible with check-in & check-out times. Hana was so accommodating and allowed us to keep our luggage & room while we spent a couple days in Hoi An. It was very convenient having access to the laundry machine on the top floor. Would definitely recommend Hana’s place!

Hana is the best, literally the best host I met so far. She’s friendly, helpful and always trying her best to provide me the best comfort possible. She would recommend me places to play, see, shop. Some local experiences and what to avoid! If you travel to da nang, especially first timer, her place is definitely the must.

It was a very delightful stay. Food was easy to come by. There were plenty of food stalls around the neighbourhood for breakfast/lunch. As for dinner you would have to explore and walk 10/15 mins and you’ll find some street stalls outside of the neighbourhood. A few restaurants and marts nearby as well. 5/10 mins walk to the beach. The room is well suited if you are travelling alone or with a partner. It’s very cozy and well kept. Nothing much you can do in the room but I’m sure no one will be spending their entire day indoors. Hanh is such an amazing host, always asking if I needed any assistance. Gave me some good recommendations on what to do and where to eat. Overall good experience, will definitely stay over again if I’m in Da Nang.

The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. The bed is the most comfortable I’ve had in my 10 weeks in SEA. Even the bedding felt luxurious.

There is no elevator so know that you will have some stairs to climb.

Nice location, nearby the beach. Really comfy bed. All necessities were there - water heater, some cooking ware, ref and a stylish bathroom. Plenty of sunlight! Best of all, one of the warmest and most helpful hosts in Vietnam! Super helpful and made sure I enjoyed my stay, even tho I was just there for one night. All this for a very affordable price! Can't wait to stay again!

Couldn't figure out how to make Netflix work :( Was supposed to book another night, but there was some issues with booking.

Checked-in easily. The owner (or staff) sent me text via Whatsapp to check the arrival time and he is waiting for us. Room is large and good. The owner (or staff) helped us carry our luggage to our room on 4th Floor and gave some advices.

There is no elevator. If you have a problem to go up the stair to 2nd, 3rd, 4th or 5th Floor, this place may not be suitable for you.

Lovely and valued place. Closed to the beach. The host and service team have shown warm and professional hospitality. Will be back.

We stayed for one day and it was a great stay! Everything is very clean, great internet connectivity and the host are very friendly and helpful! We will be back in the future!

Just finished trip in Da Nang. This is a very good choice for economic travellers. We rented a motorbike through Hanh and it made our trip much easy and meaningful. The location is in a local neighborhood but everyone around is very friendly. What really made our trip is the feeling of being home. Her hospitality and flexibility made us feel like staying at home,and the Holliday trip in this colorful Da Nang made us relaxing and enjoyable.

Place was easy to find. It's called ANstay homestay & apartment in google maps. It is a few minutes walk from the road though. There are a lot of eateries nearby and seem to be a good neighborhood. The room itself was complete of the amenities and very clean and comfortable. Only stayed for a day and the host shared her food with me, she was very kind. If I would stay in Da Nang again I'd book here. For a room for two people, the price is definitely good.

Homestay has a wonderful decor, modern and stylish. We could really feel the host care for guests. From cleaning, security, host attitude, we felt great here. 100% recommend.

I had an enjoyable stay here. The apartment is neat and peaceful enough for my refresh trip. Love the spacious blacony and a small bluetooth speaker. I spent most of my time to stay in my room and enjoyed my remote working downstairs. The trip was enough for my soul before being back to hard working!

ANstay Son Tra building is really nice. The rooms are very well furnished with a really nice ascetic. They're also well equipped, including a water filter for drinking water. I had a brilliant stay here, the staff were incredible, helpful and friendly. This is also probably one of the few locations without any nearby construction or street noise.

Highly recommended to stay in ANstay if you’re in Danang. The place is clean and well maintained, they clean the room everyday and also new towels everyday too. The last time we’re in Danang, we experienced mild typhoon with power shortage during the 1 night, however the next day it was all cleaned.

Would really recommend staying in ANstay for anyone who’s coming to Danang. The room is cleaned everyday, host are so friendly and very very responsive. It feels like home during our 1 week stay there. Location is also perfect for those who want to stay close to the beach and the quiet neighbourhood (only 4mins bike ride) but still wants the peacefulness and quietness of it.
