Attention tiques de lit, impossible de dormir. Piscine abandonnée, elle existe mais très sale, il n’y avait personne, d’ailleurs l’accès pour y aller semble aussi abandonné. Assez compliqué aussi avec le personnel qui voulait nous changer de chambre sans savoir pourquoi sans compter la chambre de mon fils pour laquelle la Climatisation ne fonctionnait pas… bref le pire hôtel de notre trip au Vietnam

Отсутствует кондиционер, для тропического климата это очень тяжело. Предоставили по просьбе вентилятор, спать было легче, но конечно это не полноценно решает проблему

Reviewed Aug 31, 2026Hotel très bien situé avec comme gros point positif un personnel vraiment très serviable ++++, agréable et aimable ++++ il y a toujours quelqu'un à la réception. Restautant, spa et supermarché sont juste à côté. La piscine au rooftop est incroyable !! Ascenseur tres rapide. Endroit plutôt calme. Et climatisation très efficace !! La chambre est plutôt grande. Ils proposent des excursions.
Gros problème au niveau de la connexion, on a du utiliser nos données mobiles. L'équipement de la chambre est correct. IL manquait des serviettes et un oreiller à l'arrivée. Mais le personnel a été reactif. Les autres jours il manquait la serviette de main, c'est vrai qu'on a pas voulu redemander mais c'est dommage. Et le ménage restait à désirer certains jours. La taille des lits est un peu petit à notre goût en terme de longueur. On a essayé deux fois la laundry, on a égaré ma chaussette mais en la demandant, je l'ai récupéré. Attention les tâches ne partent pas toutes au lavage. Le linge sentait bien bon. Et attention il y a deux hôtels tres similaires juste à côté. Avec la meme devanture, même décoration, meme agencement et meme couloir. Les clients de l'autre hotel de notre "chambre miroir" sont venus chez nous et le jour suivant c'est nous qui nous nous sommes retrouvés chez eux. Grosse frayeur sur le moment mais le personnel nous a bien réorienté. Et c'est ensuite que nous avons vu les affiches sur l'ascenseur.

The room wasn’t so clean. I wanted to make tea, but inside the kettle already was water, so don’t know who’s water was that and how long time it is there, never had this kind of situation, so didn’t try to use kettle anymore. Can hear every move outside, how your neighbour talking in the room, how they take shower and how they just walk, so it made stay not comfortable. Actually in Danang can find for this price more comfortable hotels.

В номере не было крючков для одежды что бы повесить одежду,кепку,шляпу только пару вешолок на троих это мало нет сушилки для полотенец, купальников не где сушить развесить.

Reviewed Aug 16, 2026Great hotel close to the beach, with lots of good restaurants nearby and Apple coffee across the road for the best coffee in Veit Nam! The rooms were clean and spacious and the shower fantastic. I must mention the two ladies at the front desk Nhi and Quynh,who were very pleasant and helpful, they sorted out a couple of problems we had extremely efficiently.
Nothing really,I have stayed in hotels a lot more expensive,that don't live up to the Golden Rose.

Shower was cold, I got a key to the room because the card wasn’t working, I asked for chopsticks at the reception and they never came and no clue why the ‘triple’ room is called triple because you have two beds. And before I forget the minifridge turned all my drinks into slushies

Pas de gardien pour porter nos valises à l’arrivée. Obliger de payer en cash, le distributeur le plus proche prend 5€/ opération. J’ai du demandé 2x à ce que le ménage soit fait. L’hôtel ne semble pas fini tout est sale… la piscine n’a pas été nettoyé en 5j l’eau a fini par tournée la piscine a dû être fermée 2j sans compensation ni excuse. Une honte d’être référencer sur booking

Сонный персонал,сломанный сейф и шкаф пару раз просили починить,так и ни кто не починил;сейф заменили после многочисленных просьб заменили через пару дней. Грязный бассейн зацвевщий с зелёной водой. Не было холодной воды три дня
