El piso tenía condiciones insalubres. Chinches en las camas; basura acumulada en la entrada y muebles; humedades y malos olores en las habitaciones; e insectos en el suelo. El acceso es a través del panel publicitario de un restaurante de shushi en la planta baja, no está bien indicado para nada. Las escaleras para poder acceder no son seguras, una vez abres las puertas el olor de la humedad es bastante desagradable. Algunos muebles no están montados y se nota que los propietarios llevan tiempo sin pasar y hacer el mantenimiento, ya que nos preguntaron si sabíamos dónde estaban las piezas faltantes. La terraza está totalmente descuidada, hay juguetes rotos y no hay luz en la terraza de abajo. Tuvimos problemas con el agua caliente, aunque eso se pudo solucionar, no cuenta con hidromasaje. Es una bañera muy sucia, antigua y sin accesibilidad para personas con movilidad reducida. Las sartenes estaban rotas, no tenían mango. Los cubiertos y vasos sucios, había restos de colillas. No era apta para cocinar. No contaba con suficientes almohadas para la capacidad de huéspedes reservados. El sofá tenía manchas y no se podía unir, por lo que se separaba mientras dormías. Lo más preocupante fueron las chinches que había en los edredones y nos picaron. Se adjunta fotos

Muito mal cheiro, escadas muito perigosa para crianças e até mesmo para adultos.

El sofá cama estaba roto. No estaba equipado como indicaba en la descripción. El suelo crujía, se hunde. El inodoro en una ocasión, se desbordó inundando el suelo, porque la cisterna se queda atrancada. Y el olor en la escalera y a humo dentro del piso, es desagradable.

Si è venuta a creare una situazione molto disagevole. - Nell'appartamento eravamo in 4 ed era predisposto per 3. Soprattutto mancava l'essenziale: - non c'erano forchette per mangiare, né pentole per fare una pasta, né tazzine per un caffè... e per pranzare c'erano solo 3 sedie! - Abbiamo trovato la pattumiera sporca con le immondizie delle persone precedenti. - Il microonde era sporco; - in bagno abbiamo trovato fazzoletti sporchi; - 2 rampe di scale piccole e ripide per salire in appartamento ( dovrebbero specificare che non è adatto per disabili ed anziani), più la notevole ripidità delle scale per accedere alla camera e ALL'UNICO BAGNO! - Macchinetta del caffè non funzionante; - non c'erano i prodotti da bagno in omaggio; - non c'era il ferro da stiro.

Non funzionavano i lucernai che rimangono aperti e entra molta luce. Il bagno con doccia piccola, eravamo in 3 ci hanno fatto trovare 1 asciugamento

Les instalacions són deficients, velles i poc cuidades. No hi ha pràcticament res de menatge a la cuina, una trista forquilla i cap cullera. El matalàs és molt dur Escales empinades

Nous voyageons régulièrement et séjournons souvent dans ce type d’établissement, mais nous pouvons dire sans hésiter que cet hébergement fait partie des meilleures expériences que nous ayons eues. L’accueil a tout simplement été exceptionnel. C’est la première fois que nous recevons autant d’attention et de conseils dès notre arrivée : présentation détaillée du logement, explications sur la ville, recommandations de restaurants et de lieux à visiter… Nous nous sommes sentis attendus et réellement les bienvenus. L’appartement est magnifique, décoré avec beaucoup de goût, parfaitement entretenu, très propre, élégant et chaleureux. Chaque détail semble avoir été pensé pour que les voyageurs passent un séjour agréable. Le cadre est superbe et l’ambiance particulièrement reposante. Nous avons également énormément apprécié la place de parking privée, un véritable atout qui compte beaucoup pour nous et qui rend le séjour encore plus confortable. En résumé, tout était parfait du début à la fin. Nous avons été enchantés par notre séjour et, si notre programme nous l’avait permis, nous serions restés avec grand plaisir plusieurs jours de plus. Un immense merci pour cette magnifique parenthèse à Dijon. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir et recommandons cet établissement les yeux fermés.

The sofa convertible to bed is broken and doesn’t hold up. The room doesn’t have ac or fan. There was a floor pan and that didn’t work. The towels are disguising. The complete house floor is sticky with some residual floor cleaning. No toiletries provided. The apt is noisy and unpleasant to live and sleep. The stair to the apt is dingy and prone to accidents.

The stairs, the apartment was in the third floor and the stairs were too narrow. The shower had hot water for 20-30 seconds and had to wait about 1 minute to have hot water again.

Probably only location was little advantage, otherwise there were so many flaws in the property. Though property size is big but not throughly planned.

The images shared didn’t made any justice to the real property. So many flaws 1) stairs were so narrow that luggage can’t go up easily. 2) rooms furniture was damages at all places. 3) lot of issues with toilet and it’s toiletries.

Les espaces séparés et bien définis. Et le self check in et check out - contactless, c'etait très bien organisé.

L'appartement est vieillot. Les armoires et les fenêtres ferment mal. Les rideaux et tapis déchirés.

The apartment is in a safe neighborhood, there are shops nearby. The owner responded promptly to our requests made through booking. When they solve their hygiene problems, it will be a place to consider for a stay in Belgium. We were refunded for the remaining two nights.

We found bedbugs and had to urgently leave the apartment and find another location. Be careful, the money is credited to the account after two days, so you definitely need to have a considerable reserve

Manque d'ustensiles de cuisine. Lit trop dur , nous avons dormi dans le canapé qui était pour nous plus confortable, manque de volet.

Proximité de l’ING Arena et du centre Facilité pour se garer Logement spacieux, ok pour une nuit. Facilité pour récupérer les clés. Présence de draps, essuis et nécessaire de bain.

La douche était cassée, le pommeau de douche 🚿 est défectueux. N’hésitez pas à le remplacer. La vaisselle était sale mais remise dans les armoires. Canapé très marqué par des auréoles diverses.

Un lugar agradable y limpieza aceptable. La parada del bus y del tranvía están cerca. Alrededor del apto hay varios locales, entre esos un Aldi a menos de dos calles.

À notre arrivée on a trouvé le lit défait et ça se voyait qu’il y avait quelqu’un avant et il n’a pas été rangé Le lit qui fait mal au dos La literie n’était pas propre, Le lavabo de la salle de bain était bouchée Les portes de sécurité pour enfants ne sont pas pratiques , on ne fait que se cognés à chaque passage À l’entrée de l’établissement il y’a une odeur horrible , je ne sais pas si c’est l’humidité

La fenêtre à simple vitrage... une voiture à bippe dans la rue toute la nuit. Mais ça, le propriétaire n'y peut rien...

L'appartement était très très propre, accueillant, confortable et fonctionnel.

Peut être envisager de renouveler certains équipements (comme la cuvette des toilettes, le pommeau de douche)

Varias cosas pequeñas a mejorar… la ducha tenía un gancho roto que la sostiene así que se hace un poco complicado mantener el baño limpio y seco. El sofá cama aunque estaba bien se veía bastante sucio y lo más importante de todo aunque ante esto no se puede hacer nada… que el baño quede dentro de la habitación lo sentí incómodo como que despertaba a los demás pasándote

O apartamento é espaçoso, com o essencial para a nossa estadia. Aquecimento bom. A localização é razoável, possui transportes perto (Tram) mas estamos a uma viagem de 20 a 30 minutos do centro de Bruxelas. Por outro lado é bastante perto do Atomium e da mini europa. Possui bastante. comercio na rua, restaurantes, supermercados, cafes e pastelaria.

A colchão da cama de casal não é confortável. Alguns moveis da cozinha necessitam de ser remodelados e seria bom ter algum tipo de vedação para a porta da rua e do patio, uma vez que deixam passar o frio da rua.

Noise from the street. It felt like someone has been smoking in the apartments just before we arrived, and the smell kept for the whole period of our arrival. The apartment was clean from the first look, but it wasn’t.

Die Wohnung ist wunderschön hergerichtet und sehr geräumig. Die Terrasse hinter dem großen Schlafzimmer lädt zum draußen sitzen ein. Die Einrichtung sieht neu aus und ist für zwei Personen ist ideal. Zu viert war sie für zwei Nächte genau richtig. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Mit dem Auto ist man schnell und problemlos zu Atomium und Mini Europe gekommen, die Fahrt in die Innenstadt war dann nicht mehr weit.

Die Küche ist etwas spärlich eingerichtet, was Brettchen oder Schüsseln zum Kochen angeht. Die Basics sind vorhanden und haben uns für einmal kochen gereicht. Leider ist die Befestigung des Duschkopfs an der Wand kaputt, was das Duschen etwas kompliziert gemacht hat, da man den Duschkopf die ganze Zeit in der Hand halten musste. Parken ist schwierig, da es keine kostenlose Parkplätze in der Nähe gibt. Auto aus- und einladen war daher sehr hektisch.

Clean place, good location - easy to get around, stadium, atomium, expo in walking distance, city centre with tramway.

La casa en general está bien. Bastante limpia, la habitación principal bien equipada, el colchón bastante cómodo y la ropa de cama nueva. También una terraza agradable por si quieres comer o cenar fuera.

Tenía pocos platos y solo 4 vasos. Como eramos 4 había que estar fregandolos de continuo, y la tapicería del sofá tenía muchas manchas.

L'appartement est très bien et Propre. La terrasse est super pour apéro et petit déjeuner car nous étions en visite donc peu la en journée.

La cafetière ne fonctionne pas, j'ai écris a la prioritaire sans réponse mais ils sont en vacances donc je comprends.

Le fait qui ai une terrasse et des jeux pour enfant

Les lit étais beaucoup trop dur, pas de climatisation beaucoup trop chaud et pas d'ascenseur ayant 2 enfants en bas âge se n'était pas simple d'y accéder, et niveau mobilier pour le prix se n'étais pas vraiment adéquat un peu déçu

Il soggiorno, la cucina e la camera erano arredati con gusto, e discretamente puliti. La terrazza è vivibile e molto apprezzata per la cena e la colazione.

La pulizia del bagno (il vater era sporco) e della cucina (alcune stoviglie non erano perfettamente pulite, probabilmente anche a causa della mancanza di una lavastoviglie) metterei lavatrice

Beauyiful terrace

It was very clean and nice.

Location is good, easy to find. Nice terrace to enjoy glass of wine at evening or morning cup of coffee

It doesn't mean we don't like but you have to be very careful with the door-blocker of the stair on second floor because it's didn't installed a proper way and bit dangerous specially at night and special for kids

The flat was in a convenient location to the Atomium which is where we were visiting for an exhibition, easy to drive or walk to. The area around the flat was well serviced with restaurants and takeaways or a supermarket if you wanted to do self catering. The flat was well presented with all the equipment needed for our stay - crockery, utensils, towels, bed linen etc.

To be honest all was good. The flat was clean and comfortable and in a good location - not in Brussels centre but it was easy to get there if needed. The only downside is the lack of parking but this is overcome by parking a bit further out or moving your car around. We weren't impacted by this as parking is free 9pm - 9am and on a Sunday so as we were out all day using the car we were in the free hours.

Spacious, over two floors- central area with bars/restaurants/shops and easy transport. Beautiful nature area nearby.

Stairs were a bit steep and tight- okay for us but be careful if you have children with you (there are baby gates installed)

The appartment is located close to supermarket and public transport. The appartment has a good standard and is providing all necessary devices and services.

In some regard the appartment could get some refurb but still good to stay in. We experienced the street as quite busy and loud on weekend evenings as there are a few restaurants and bars in front.

There were not enough blankets for everyone, not recommended for more than 2 people

It’s a sweet home Nice stay

The property has a well equipped kitchen, with a sofa bed in the lounge, and a double bedroom and bathroom upstairs. Unfortunately it was very hot during our one night stay and the only way we could cool down was putting the one fan on as we couldn’t get a breeze through the window. There is a terrace with toys for small children.

Some things to be aware of: 1. The property is the second floor above a shop and there are two sets of narrow stairs to climb. This was difficult with our large suitcase. 2. The property is on a fairly noisy road – in addition to the heat, we struggled to get to sleep as there were so many people being noisy in the restaurant across the road – not the property’s fault, but had we known it was on such a busy road, we probably would have chosen a quieter property. 3. As stated in the description, there is no free parking outside the property. There is unlimited free parking on Mutsaerplaats, which is about 500m away (6 minute walk). 4. The shower has a shower curtain but despite using this, we found water still went everywhere. 5. The description states there is a hot tub, but we couldn’t find it!
