is we found bed bugs!!! Now my best friend is having anxiety because of the bed bugs we found. We initially found 2 but if we found 2 of course there will be more.

Reviewed Sep 16, 2026El apartamento es muy funcional y completo. Tiene de todo para poder hacer una vida cómoda y no te falte de nada. El tranvía 93 pasa por la puerta y te lleva al centro. El autobús R-26 que te lleva al aeropuerto tiene parada cerca.
La zona, aunque no es culpa del hotel, está un poco sucia. Los vecinos del barrio por desgracia no son muy limpios.

Die Ausstattung war sehr bescheiden, alles sehr ins alter gekommen. Für 2 Personen Töpfe viel zu groß, keine Kaffeemaschine, spülen wie am Campingplatz. Und die Umgebung ist eine Zumutung nicht zum Empfählen, kann ich gleich in die Türkei fliegen. Die Straßen sind gerade sauber.

We could not lock the door and even closing it didnt fully close when we left for the day. The towels werent changed and the clean ones had stains.

Gordijnen open en de zon vol in de slapkamer: het was dus bloedheet in de kamer en buiten ook. Gelukkig zakte de temperatuur. De airco us in de woonkamer. Niet in de slaapkamer. Maar het kwam goed. Toch fijn geslapen.

Reviewed Sep 1, 2026A személyzet kedves, segítőkész nem ezzel volt a probléma. 3 nap után takarítás, ágynemű csere.
Sajnos egyik fürdőben és WC-ben sem működött a szagelszívó berendezés. Mindent "befelé" lehet szellőztetni....A fürdőben a tusoló fal rossz kialakítása miatt zuhanyzáskor az egész helyiség minden bútora ázik. Ezért dohos, penészes szag terjeng a 2.-3. naptól. Furcsa, ismeretlen származású bogarak (szerencsére nem tömegével) az ágyneműkön, elfogásuk esetén szép nagy vérfoltot hagyva maguk után...Brrrrr.... Közel 200 EUR/nap ár mellett (kicsit) nagyobb komfortot vártam volna el. A környékről is jó lett volna tudni előre h valójában milyen nemzetiségű negyedhez tartozik. Nem volt, történt semmi gond, de annnyira nem éreztük magunkat túl nagy biztonságban. Brüsszelben ez számomra felfoghatatlan!

The water from the shower very weak and no hand gel or hand wash from the sink to wash your hands need to get from shower bath dispenser & the lift reported already play up & didn't sorted by the staff to double check & put signs the lift out of order need some girls stock from the lift.

It had everything you need in the kitchen and bathroom too. The main reason for such a low rating is the location. When we got a taxi from the train station to this area he said “why are you staying here? Don’t go out at night time it’s not safe”. We felt we couldn’t walk anywhere in this area. There were groups of men everywhere and generally just didn’t feel safe for girls.

Reviewed Aug 8, 2026La proximidad al tranvía y a la estación de Bruselas Nord era muy cómoda para ir a cualquier punto de la ciudad. La habitación era super amplia y teníamos un baño y un aseo. Las camas muy cómodas y la cocina muy bien equipada.
El aire acondicionado no funcionaba y estábamos en plena ola de calor. Menos mal que los ventiladores sí iban, pero hubiéramos agradecido el aire.

Sejour pendant la periode de canicule en été pas de climatisation ni de ventilateur dans la chambre (demande faite à la réception d un ventilateur mais non ) tres bruyant quand la fenetre est ouverte la nuit mobilier vieillot

Reviewed Aug 7, 2026la habitación estaba muy bien las camas la tv todo. pero algo que si me encanto fue el recibimiento del personal el trato fue increíble mas de lo normal persona super atenta.
que las escaleras de la cama de arriba sonaban y no parecían bien ajustadas por el tiempo pero muy bien el resto

Reviewed Aug 6, 2026Todo. Llegamos a las 09:00 am al alojamiento para dejar las maletas e irnos a la ciudad y nos dieron las llaves de la habitación directamente !! Super serviciales y atentos a todo. Un placer ir a sitios así. Muy buena conexión con el metro que va de Bruselas Norte a Bruselas Centro y también para ir a visitar Gante y Brujas.
