Hotel Applewood Residency - Offering Free Airport Drop

Excellent location right next to the airport; ideal for early flights. Rooms are neat, linen fresh and housekeeping attentive. Reception team polite and accommodating. Good budget option for transit travellers.

Great staff and modern interiors — felt safe and comfortable. Restaurant offers decent food, though not many European options. Reception sometimes needed a manager for foreign check-ins — caused a short wait. Still an excellent practical choice for transit

Nice and functional property near Aerocity. The staff were polite, food fine, and complimentary airport shuttle convenient for my early flight.

I chose Niranta because it is a transit hotel, so we could get a couple of hours rest before our next flight

I didn't have breakfast as I left too early. The hotel made no offer of early breakfast or packed breakfast.

The pick up from the airport was very poor and 2 hours late! The drop off was a better.

I had no breakfast as I needed to leave very early in the morning. The hotel did not offer any options for breakfast such as anything to take away or leave out for me.

The senior person at the hotel who booked me in, Rohit, took unauthorised photographs of my identity /travel documents including my passport and OCI document. He used his personal mobile phone to do this. This was without my permission or knowledge. This is a serious breach of my data protection. He then said that he would delete them. However, I had no means of checking this and had no confidence that he would not use them for illegal purposes.

Very nice hotel, clean and recently built. Photos correctly represent the rooms. Daily cleaning and towel change available on request. Very helpful staff. Good breakfast with limited choice, but good quality with Indian and continental options. Free airport pickup worked perfectly

Very friendly staff, comfortable and big rooms. I got an unexpected upgrade, thanks again. Ideal if you want to be close to Delhi Airport. It only takes 5min. Free airport shuttle is provided both for pickup and drop.

Buffet. Not there

Cleaning

Hotel situated in Mahipalpur close to the terminal. Staff were polite, rooms neat, and bathrooms spotless. Complimentary pickup from Delhi Airport was offered as part of the stay and worked very well. 160️⃣

Doesn't

We have booked Apple wood hotel but when we reached it closed from 6 months. Then we call them they take us in hotel Kiara. Even though they can't call us. They not provide us drinking facility at our room. We should fill out bottle by ourselves. Hotel is also not clean. Very bad experience at this price.

Stayed here just for a few hours before my flight from Delhi Airport. The room was compact but clean, AC worked well, and staff were polite. Free airport pickup came within ten minutes and saved me the trouble of arranging a cab.

Location - close to the airport Relatively clean

Everything! It looks like fraud! Without any communication or notification the hotel decided to place my family into a different hotel “the Kiara hotel” which looked nowhere close to the Applewood I booked. No compensation was offered. The taxi from the airport (without waiting time from our side) was charged high with the explanation that it was either because of the parking or traffic though at the booking the manager offered the best discount. One week in advance one room was cancelled - the hotel didn’t want to return the money, we had to fight for that. The reception was rude and not welcoming. Within my 2,5 years living in India, lots of travel and staying in many hotels, this is first time it happened.

Staff friendly and helpful.

Recieved a call to say we had been relocated due to limited rooms, but we had been upgraded to 4 star. More like 2 star, not like any of the photos, no coffee making facilities or fridge like in photos or info. Had to ask for towels and glasses as none in room.

A very pleasant stay overall. Clean, modern interiors, efficient staff, and quiet atmosphere. Complimentary airport drop organized exactly on time for our early flight

Stayed for a short layover near Mahipalpur. The hotel was clean, quiet, and affordable. Staff was courteous, and the free airport drop early morning was right on schedule.

We had a layover near Delhi Airport and location was perfect as it was only 5 minutes away from the terminal. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Clean rooms and value for money. They even provided a free drop to the airport early morning without any delay

Spacious rooms, plenty of hot water and comfortable bed. The staff were friendly and helpful. Food at the in-house restaurant was great. Free pickup from the airport made arrival easy and stress-free.

Nothing

The pictures and location what they had wasnt correct. I had a terrible experience at this hotel. The room was dirty, the paint was peeling off the walls, and there were no windows at all. The door felt like it was made of cardboard, and I hear screaming from the next room. It did not feel safe or comfortable, so I didnt stayd there.

My need was to spend just a night to catch my early morning flight, the airport is few meters away, you don't need a vehicle if traveling light as you can pull your trolley and walk. This is a new hotel and all the furnishings are new, staff courteous. Free airport shuttle available on

Good location

All good

We had to take snacks at other building we’re vegetarian food items were very much little available and they were too costly

Excellent customer service and great location.Arrived at 2am and had a very quick check in..When we left the hotel, employee Ghanshyam took our luggage right to the check in desk for our onward journey making the whole process so much easier.

Rien

Booked in advance. They did not let me stay there as only people from India can stay. Arrived at 5 a.m. after an overnight flight. Had to go look for another place. Shouldn’t be bookable! Stay away if you are not Indian!!!

Staff was helpful

Everything else than the staff. It was terrible experience. There was no window in the room, it was dirty as hell, everything was old snd barelu usable

I stayed here before my international flight from T2 and it was the best decision. The room was clean, AC worked perfectly, and I had peaceful sleep before my long journey. Breakfast with hot tea was refreshing and the staff were very professional.

Excellent property, didn’t expect at that price. Service, cleanliness, staff behaviour, food quality, bed linen — everything is perfect. Highly recommended 👍🏻

Everything is great — room lighting condition, cleanliness, kind staff. I would stay again. It was so nice. The property is well maintained, great location nearby international airport.

A great choice if you're looking for comfort without breaking the bank. The room was clean and had everything I needed. Staff was helpful and check-in/check-out was a breeze. It's not a luxury property, but for the price, it exceeded my expectations

KoI recently stayed and had a wonderful experience. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, providing a cozy atmosphere to relax after a long day. The staff was incredibly hospitable and always ready to assist with a smile. I was particularly impressed by the central location. Overall, a great stay with excellent value for money. Highly recommended!

Nicely decorated and clean facility. Extremely helpful staff. Convenient location right at the airport

Property flooded our inbox with continuous bogus mails demanding pre-payment & threatening cancellation. Though we paid upon arrival & checked out as scheduled, we are still receiving mails asking for payment!! Morning breakfast was fantastic...

I booked this as it was good value and very close to the airport for my early flight check-in. The room was clean and very comfortable and the staff were all extremely helpful.

Short tuk tuk ride from terminal. Room was clean and there was hot water in own bathroom. Made for those staying overnight between flights

. I was surprised as it was close to the airport and cleanliness was wow awesome. I would love to come again and recommend others too. I saw the review and came as per review — the rooms are very clean and tidy, the staff was so helpful.

Yes really fantastic and I would recommend for everyone. Staff behaviour was very good, cleanliness was superb, and location to the international airport terminal 2 is very near. I have met great people there, even foreigners were giving good comments. Thank you for the hospitality.

Exceeded my expectations! The room was spotless, with fresh linens and a pristine bathroom. Housekeeping did an outstanding job maintaining cleanliness throughout my stay. The comfortable bed and cozy ambiance made for a perfect retreat. The staff were friendly and accommodating

I did not stay here as Hotel was not open. There were locks on the outside of the property

The hotel did not respond to any of my messages or phone calls, not did they send taxi to pick me from airport. Once I reached the hotel there was no one there and it was locked with complete blackout. I had to arrange for another hotel last minute which caused inconvenience. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, it may be a scam.

Soundproof room, nice staff, good price, good facilities, brilliant location!!
