Proprietatea a oferit tot ce a promis, cu camere curate, bucatarie aproape complet utilata (inafara de faptul ca nu am avut cate 8 exemplare din fiecare tacâm). Zona este una foarte buna, linistita iar accesul in cladire si in apartament este unul usor. Gazda a raspuns foarte repede la toate intrebarile pe care le am avut si a fost foarte draguta ajutandu ne sa rezolvam problemele pe care le am intampinat!

Am avut o problema cu masina de spalat vase pe care nu am reusit sa o pornim din cauza unei erori. De asemenea am avuy o problema cu sistemul de acces in apartament, bateriile de la usa s au terminat, si a fost nevoie sa le schimbam singuri, insa gazda ne a rambursat banii pentru ele! Ar fi placut daca s ar adauga cateva oglinzi in apartament, deoarece fiind 8 persoane ne a fost greu aa ne descurcam doar cu oglinda de la baie!

Hadde kjøpt avbestillingsforsikring, men fikk ikke avbestilt . Ble sendt mellom vert og booking.com . Og endte med å måtte betale 4000 kr uten å være der .

Impossibile fare la doccia, acqua calda non aveva abbastanza pressione. Il doccino piccolo non si agganciava perché il supporto era rotto La serratura della porta d ingresso aveva la batteria scarica, abbiamo chiamato ma nessuno poteva venire a sostituire le batterie. Alla fine abbiamo perso tutta la mattina e abbiamo dovuto sostituire noi le batterie

Vi har før boet på stedet og glædede os til endnu et ophold

Da vi låste os ind med koden var der allerede fra hoveddøren skrald, tøj, glas, affald smidt rundt i hele lejligheden. Vi blev meget utrygge og turde ikke rigtigt gå ind, da vi var bange for at der lå påvirkede mennesker på værelserne. Det var så slemt, at vi ikke engang fik taget billeder af svineriet. Da vi ringede til udlejer fik vi at vide, at de havde annulleret vores bestilling en time inden, og så var der ikke mere hjælp at hente. Booking.com tilbød os ca. 650 NKR, så vi kunne bestille noget andet! Altså ingen hjælp at hente, så vi stod fire kollegaer søndag aften kl. 19.30 uden overnatning i Oslo!

Great location

The apartment was very dirty particularly the kitchen bin area and the shower which was so blocked it flooded the bathroom. Hosts were not helpful about the blockage waiting till the next day to come. The worst thing was the water pressure which was almost non existent. It was impossible to wash your hair with just a small trickle. The host admitted it was a known problem so I am really angry that he continues to rent it out. He suggested we get a bucket to wash in!!!!! Has verbally offered to discount our stay but have had no follow up on this.

De hadde ikke redd opp til nok personer, var ikke nok dyner og puter. Vi måtte selv re opp og hente det som manglet i en utendørs bod. (De kunne få noen til å ordne det dagen etterpå) I tillegg var det gammel mat i kjøleskapet og i skapene. Vi hadde ikke strøm på to av soverommene eller i stua under hele oppholdet. De sa de skulle fikse det, men de dukket aldri opp.

The shower didn’t work sufficiently well unless it was on cold- the host was made aware so hopefully this will be fixed for the next guests.

Highly Unclean, no water pressure so unable to shower at property. Not enough linen

The location was good. There is a shop and a public transport stop nearby, which was very convenient. The staff was friendly and responded quickly to messages.

The apartment was not cleaned very well, and one set of bed linen was missing (there was no pillowcase). And sofa was broken

Leiligheten virket dessverre ikke rengjort mellom forrige gjest og oss. Det så ut som de kun hadde skiftet sengetøy og tatt en rask runde over gulvene. Det var ikke støvsugd eller ordentlig vasket. Det var mange matflekker på tepper, sofa og gardiner. Kjøkkenet var skittent, og det var tydelige rester/sprutflekker av mat. Kopper, fat og kjøkkenutstyr var dårlig vasket, blant annet med leppestiftflekker på glass. Vi måtte vaske både utstyr i skapene og oppvaskmaskinen før vi kunne bruke noe. I tillegg var det mye støv på gulvene og flekkete vegger. Badet var også i dårlig stand: skitten dusj, veldig dårlig vanntrykk og nesten ikke varmt vann. Det manglet håndsåpe. Skuffene var skitne, med hår og flekker. Det var heller ikke gjort klart for 2 gjester, og informasjon om hvor ekstra sengetøy lå var mangelfull, så vi måtte lete og gjette oss frem. Dette var spesielt synd fordi jeg hadde med gjester med barn fra utlandet. De syntes leiligheten var fint oppusset, men at den ikke var rengjort trakk opplevelsen kraftig ned. Alt i alt: veldig skuffet. Det er ekstra frustrerende fordi dette kunne vært et veldig bra opphold — det skal så lite til å vaske ordentlig mellom hver gjest.

Tout était parfait. Le logement était super confortable et on avait tout ce dont on avait besoin à disposition.

Romslig og fin leilighet.

Dusjen fungerte ikke, det var håpløst å få varmt vann. Og fikk du noe som lignet på lunket vann forsvant strålen. Kokeplaten på kjøkkenet ville heller ikke virke. Og det var trøbbel med koder på dørene når vi skulle sjekke inn. Ordnet seg etter hvert, men ble litt stress da vi hadde litt dårlig tid ved innsjekk.

Location was handy to get to the city, beds were comfy

The apartment was filthy. When we arrived we were greeted with a dirty and foul smelling fridge, dirty microwave, cutlery and crockery put away in the cupboards which were dirty. Floors were dirty and sticky, one bedroom hadn't been made up. The bathroom was absolutely disgusting that bad that none of us used the shower in 3 days!!! The host had a "cleaner" re attend Saturday morning however not sure what they did as it didn't look any better than when we arrived. It seems they have an issue with cleaning as the apartment opposite also had the same problem if not worse there apartment had also not been cleaned and it even had belongings in it! The host was responsive however did nothing to help, instead pointed us in the direction of the linen store to make our own beds!!!!

Vam arribar i l’apartament no estava net ni els llits estaven fets, hi havia la roba bruta dels llits i les tovalloles brutes, i l’única solució que ens oferien es que el vindrien a netejar per la següent nit amb una petita compensació econòmica que no compença el no estar net i el malestar ocasionat i accés a les tovalloles i llençols nets perquè ho féssim nosaltres o cancel·lar la reserva i llavors ens quedàvem sense allotjament. El següent dia van venir a netejar i el canviar les tovalloles només van deixar sis jocs de tovalloles quan la reserva era de vuit. Tampoc hi havia coberts, plats, etc per tots…

El apartamento en conjunto ha sido satisfactorio. Buena ubicación y espacioso.

Además de la limpieza, que necesitaba un poco de repaso en general, considero que faltaba algún detalle: solo habían dos cucharas pequeñas y no estaría demás algún kit de inicio, con trapo, lavavajillas, bayeta, etc.

The place looked too empty. Some little nice decoration would make it PERFECT.

Clean, easy to access

Location, some basic things were missing like a full length mirror, tv remote. Wifi speed was also pretty bad

Great location, access to centre and good local families. Comfortable sofa and beds. Good bathroom and kitchen. Small balcony but nice to have open and for one or two to sit put. Lovely light bright airy feel overlooking park

For 5 adults an extra comfy chair would have been nice. Few extras like bath mat, hand towels and tea towels would have given an extra star. Table dod mot open fully or perhaps we could not figure it out but ok for 5.

Very good location. Easy to find, easy to walk to many places. Good view of the park from the window. Pretty apartment. Complete cutlery in the kitchen with pots and pans. Dishwasher worked excellently. Very comfortable beds.

1. NO dryer, but there is a washing machine on the ground floor. NO washing machine and NO dryer inside the apartment. We were given drying rack to hang our washed clothes. It took VERY LONG for our clothes to dry! It was not convenient at all. 2. Apartment on 3rd floor without an elevator. It's not a problem going up and down, but bringing up luggage can be a bit challenging. 3. Very slow WIFI. It's not efficient if you rely on the apartment Wifi to do work. 4. For 3 bedroom apartment for 6 people, there is only 1 mirror inside the bathroom. For convenience, at least put 1 mirror in the bedroom or in the living room. 5. The bathroom's drain was clogged/blocked when we arrived. So, the bathroom's shower corner was flooded. We had to wait till the next morning for the maintenance to come and resolve the issue. 6. Hot water pressure was VERY minimum, so there was tiny warm water, and bathing took long, unfortunately.

The apartment was light, spacious, clean and pleasant to be in. Short walk from central Oslo.

In order to get access to the apartment, we had to verify identity and pay a deposit on a completely different portal (not booking.com). Although we were 4 individuals, the beds were made up for couples, and there were no extra sheets to make use of the unmade beds in the apartment.

This place is amazing! Very bright, airy and a great homely feeling (far better than a hotel for a family) as well as being very well equipped. Great location for parks, groceries, bars and cafes. Above all, the customer service was truly five star and while being remote and not on the property, any questions we had were promptly and professionally answered. The on site housekeeper was also friendly, polite and very helpful. Overall: - great for a family (we were 2 adults and 2 teenagers), - great location (20 minutes walk to the central station and lots of grocery shops, bars, cafes in easy walking distance) - Great look and feel to the apartment - Very well equipped - Amazing customer service Would thoroughly recommend!

Nothing to dislike

We had to pay an extra for baby cot and high chair, but they forgot to prepare them and refused to refund. After, we got the instructions and went to the warehouse to pick up the things by ourselves. Very poor solution.

more towels would have been great

Lovely big apartment with a good outlook and very comfortable beds. In a good area for eating out and getting around the city by tram or bus. It was well equipped and the staff friendly & very helpful in making up for deficiencies. I would defininitely stay there again.

Although said to be on 1st floor the apartment was actually on second floor, so 4 flights of stairs with heavy baggage & small child. Not ideal for the elderly or disabled. Third bedroom bed was unmade. Some crockery, cutlery & glasses in cupboards had clearly not been washed. No dishcloth and the teatowel was not clean. Easily sorted.

There sadly wasn’t a dryer.

Location was perfect and the apartment was new and very nice. Free late check out was provided after all the issues listed below. Issues mostly seem like growing pains that can be fixed, as the entire building is still in the process of being finished.

Check in did not go smoothly - first the code did not work and had to call to get a new code. Then one of the bedrooms was not made up (had dirty sheets etc) when we got in, so we had to swap out the linen ourselves. Lately the shower was clogged and would not drain, the cleaners did come up to fix it however.
