Hello Helsinki - Kruunuhaka

The location is very central, and the view from the apartment is lovely. The apartment is warm and comfortable, the TV is large and easy to connect to your own phone for streaming, and the Wi-Fi (which you need to ask for) works well. The bed and kitchen are also perfectly fine.

- The communication was extremely lacking and it negatively affected the entire accommodation experience. I contacted the property through email, WhatsApp, text, and Booking.com messages, and received no reply until we were already in Helsinki. The night before arrival, I had to call Booking.com because the situation felt very shady, which made the whole experience very uncomfortable. We asked for check-in details and whether early check-in was possible, but instead we ended up waiting in a restaurant in Helsinki with no information until much later. It would have been no trouble for the property to respond earlier, and it would have completely changed our experience. For communication: 0 stars. - Additionally, there is a hallway light that shines directly into the bedroom whenever someone enters the building. This could be easily fixed by covering the window, but as it is, it makes sleeping difficult.

Very clean, good location, spacious

There is a window above the main entrance and no door on the bedroom so every time someone enters the building, a light flashes in your eyes. Bring a sleeping mask!

Well appointed and good sized upper story apartment just outside the city centre with excellent views. Decent cooking facilities and equipment. Excellent communication with host.

Smallish bedroom so limited space for suitcases.

All necessities that you need for short or even longer staying and great location!
